Unfortunately, it didn't end there. As my friends and I were leaving, Bridget came outside and made a point of speak loudly and directly to me in a way that felt sarcastic and mocking. She watched our entire group leave and didn't say a word to a single other person which only reinforced the feeling that I was being targeted. I've worked in customer service and understand that tips are appreciated, But publicly embarrassing a customer, refusing service over a tip, and then continuing to antagonize them afterward is completely uncalled for.
