Hearth is exactly the kind of spot West Highlands needed. I stopped in with a friend and we were immediately struck by how beautifully they've revamped the old Novo Coffee space - warm wood tones, soft natural light, and a vibe that feels both modern and cozy. We started with the Lavender Rose Iced Oat Latte, which was as gorgeous as it was delicious - lightly floral, not too sweet, and perfectly creamy. For pastries, the Grapefruit Earl Grey Tea Bread was a standout: tender crumb with a delicate citrus-tea flavor that felt like spring in every bite. And the Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie? Absolutely unreal - gooey center, crisp edges, and that deep, nutty richness only brown butter can bring. For something heartier, we split the Spicy Turkey Provolone Sandwich, which packed real flavor - the perfect balance of heat, melty cheese, and savory turkey on fresh, crusty bread. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming, and it's clear they care about the details - from the thoughtful menu to the plating to the warm energy of the space. Hearth is definitely going into the regular rotation.

    Studying at Hearth!

Hearth is a cute little spot that is perfect for a coffee date and/or a study session. I've been meaning to check this place out as it is walking distance from me. I've been in need of a coffee shop atmosphere for weekends and this worked out perfectly. There is plenty of space inside and outside. The space is cute and also nicely spaced out. There are gender neutral bathrooms, which is a plus. I stayed here for about two hours with no issue. Their drinks are good. I had an iced chai and it was one of the better chai lattes in the area. They also have a glass to-go system where they give you $0.50 off when you return with it. My friend had a glass from a precious visit and received this inventive. Definitely coming back as I am starting to need places to help me study!

Awesome coffee shop! It has many options for food & the drinks were delicious. The place is cozy and love the outdoor patio. It's a place I would come back to again. The people were friendly as well!

I am so stoked to have a new coffee shop in the area and I am even more excited at how incredible the people are. For thanksgiving our group ordered a pie from Hearth and we messed up the pick up times. The amazing people there went above and beyond to help my sister get us pie ON THANKSGIVING DAY and we ended up with these two beautiful desserts. Also, this was my first ever bite of pecan pie and I am SOLD. The day after Thanksgiving, I went to Hearth because I had to do about five hours of online continuing ed. I got two really solid (motivating) lattes and enjoyed hearing the laughter and conversations of all of the people in the space. So far I love all of the vibes that this shop is putting out into the community and can't wait to spend some more time there.

Such a cute spot! Lots of pastry items and a variety of drinks. I had the almond croissant which was good (a little crunchy, but still good). And I have the latte with was nice as well. The customer service was great! Very welcoming which was nice because it was super busy. Definitely check this spot out

Didn't linger here for long but had an overall quite favorable experience at hearth! We came while snowing for coffee/tea, and they had some quiet options including a lavender latte which is exactly what I got. The barista was helpful and friendly. The interior is rather small in my opinion, only about 5-6 tables are available and they were all taken when we came which is why we didn't linger. They have more picnic tables outside but the day we came those were covered in snow~ The drinks are served inside thick glass jars (whether hot or cold) and they actually work rather well! If you bring the jar back apparently you get a little discount on your next coffee but I kept mine as a souvenir. The tea itself was very warming with a lovely flavor; it was one of my favorite teas that I had while on my short trip to Denver. Overall would rec coming here - it was a bit out of the way for us but I really liked the drink; if I were in the area again I would go back for sure.

It's exciting to see the expansion of Hearth! Their RiNo location was a place that I liked going to when I was in the area and needed to grab a cup and a loaf of sourdough but extremely small. With all the other coffee shops in the area, it made it hard for Hearth RiNo to be a destination. This location really builds on it in a much more cozy atmosphere. The coffee: the to-go cups come in glass containers which are reusable for a minor discount. It's always nice to see some reusability. The cappuccino was pretty good; lighter roast, bright. The other drink we got was a pumpkin spiced latte, it was refined and not sweet at all. The pastries, one of the best aspects of hearth is the quality of pastries and coffee under one roof. We got a scone and tart. The scone was soft and full of flavor, I may get this every time. The danish tart pastry had a lovely fruit center and was also scrumptious. It was very busy since we went on opening day. The line was out the door. I imagine things will settle down. Even though we had to wait a bit, everything went quicker than I had expected.

When a friend mentioned a new location of Hearth was opening in the old Denver Bicycle Cafe block, I was super excited. Walkable weekend pastries are certainly a life goal. Checked it out this morning and got a perfectly flakey chocolate croissant and coffee. (The pastry case selection was downright dangerous....going to need a chocolate tahini cookie next time.) Space is very chill, clean and comfortable. A nice place to meet a friend, but also seems calm enough to read a book or knock out a little thinking. Foot traffic started to pickup around 8am on a Saturday. They're open to bringing your own cup too! Such a great addition to the neighborhood!

Wow, what an amazing place for breakfast! We stopped in on a Sunday morning and ordered some pastries and hot drinks. The cappuccino was great and the oatmilk chai was phenomenal. The pastries were fresh, crisp and tasted great. My wife claimed that the chocolate croissant was the best she has ever had in the US! Would 100% go back when in town

They also have a great breakfast all day menu and some solid lunch options too. When I went they had an absolutely bomb Birria grilled cheese, but I unfortunately don't think it's a regular item. Regular item wise, their daily veggie or meat quiche is always great. They also have a rotating tap of new espresso options which is cool.

Utilizing the existing brick walls, the interior layout is creative with all sorts of art. Their location is their luckiest part as it consistently draws steady footprints. It thus gets packed in a few seconds. It offers (firstly) coffee based drinks. It does have a kitchen where they make more than just pastries and the like. It's definitely more than a simple coffee shop for sure. Service, however, was quite basic. The lady upfront smiled but hesitantly. She wasn't rude but I simply didn't feel welcome. Hence describing their current customer service system or skills as "good" might fuel their egos (wow, did I really say that?? LOL!!) My quad latte was decent/good. I could have done less espresso shots as it sure was strong or too strong (this wasn't their fault; it was mine.) Yes, in conclusion, the shop can and should refine its service (upping it one more level might draw solid raves from the people). Well. I'm not that distraught by any means so in due time, I might utilize them in the future.
