    My beautiful boy
    Michael L.

I had spoken with our primary vet, and she recommended Dr. Kelly Chandler as an option to allow our boy Gambit to pass peacefully at home since it was clear we were just delaying the inevitable and our poor boy was beginning to struggle. The day I made the call to Dr. Chandler, I wasn't ready to make that call, but it was clear that if I didn't our beautiful boy likely wouldn't survive the night and likely would've passed painfully due to the severe and rapid buildup of fluid around his heart and lungs. Dr. Chandler came that same evening, and was very compassionate and great to our boy, despite the fact we were a mess. Our boy was at home, where he was happy and content. He didn't need to fear the drive to the vet, and was comfortable to the best of his ability and was surrounded by the people he loved. Dr. Chandler handled him with care and love, and I couldn't be more grateful to her for this. She made a print of his paw on the spot, and gave us a clipping of his fur as well. 12 days later, Dr. Chandler hand delivered his ashes in a beautifully crafted cedar urn engraved with his name, and a slot for his picture from Koefran. We miss him SO much. To Dr. Kelly Chandler - Thank you so much taking time out of your day on short notice to allow our boy to move forward without the struggle. I appreciate you.

    RIP Chip

I am recommending Dr. Kelly Chandler for her competent, professional and compassionate care for our Golden Retriever. We discussed surgery for our aging dog extensively on more than one occasion. Every time Dr. Chandler addressed our concerns with patience and empathy. We took a lot of her time and never felt rushed. She ultimately came to our home and helped our companion pass. We are grateful for Dr. Chandlers knowledgeable, kind and gentle assistance. Thank you.

Dr. chandler is an amazing person and vet. We made the decision to let our lovely dog onyx go after being diagnosed with liver cancer. Dr. chandler can to our house and was so professional caring and understanding. She made my entire family and Onyx feel loved honored and at peace. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a peaceful passing for their pet.

After 16 years and 10 months we finally had to make the decision to say goodbye to our sweet boy Oliver. It was the hardest decision but we knew it was time. When I read about in-home euthanasia I was referred to Dr. Kelly Chandler. She responded almost immediately to my message called me back and arrived the next day to our home. Her tenderness and compassion are unmatched and she immediately agreed it was time to say goodbye to Oliver. It was a beautiful sunny day we were in our yard birds chirping, sun shining. All the while Dr. Chandler told us to take our time and to let her know when we were ready to say goodbye. As sad as this event is for all of us it was so peaceful and loving it helped to get through it. I would recommend "in-home euthanasia" for any pet that needs to rest, and I cannot recommend anyone higher than Dr. "Kelly" Chandler. Thank you so much#LOVEALWAYSVET Sincerely Michelle & Scott Rutherford

Perfect paw print -- she even paid particular attention to get his dewclaw.

We have a very dramatic (and wonderfully stubborn) senior Doberman that we rescued seven years ago. Nail trims used to be a nightmare because he refused to let anyone touch his feet, which often meant expensivevet visits and sedation just to get his nails clipped. Having Dr. Stacy come to our home eliminated so much of that stress, for both us and our dog. But what truly impressed me was how she helped us finally solve his chronic ear infections. We had been spending $400+ at our previous veterinary clinic every month or two treating recurring infections, only to learn that the underlying issue was never really being addressed. Dr. Stacy took the time to educate us on what was actually happening, how to prevent future infections, and how to properly care for his ears. Thanks to her guidance, he's been ear infection-free for months and is so much happier and more comfortable. She has also helped us better understand the needs of our aging dog and guided us toward a more effective care plan overall. At 10 years old, he's thriving. He walks around like the regal gentleman he believes he is, and I feel confident knowing he's comfortable, happy, and not suffering. What I appreciate most about Dr. Stacy is that she genuinely treats your pets like they are her priority. She has no problem getting down on the floor, squeezing into a bathroom closet, or working wherever she needs to in your home to make your animal feel safe and comfortable. Her compassion, knowledge, and willingness to meet pets where they are is something special. The convenience of having veterinary care at home is incredible, but Dr. Stacy herself is what makes the experience exceptional. I can honestly say every experience we've had has been positive, professional, and centered around what's best for the animal. There's a reason so many families speak so highly of her, and we are incredibly grateful to be among them. We feel completely spoiled having her care for our animals, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough! The peace of mind she has given our family is something I will always be grateful for.

When it was time to say goodbye to our beloved elderly dog, Simon, she treated him with incredible kindness, dignity, and care. The entire process was calm and unhurried, allowing Simon to remain comfortable in his own home surrounded by the people who loved him most. Dr. Stacy explained everything clearly, answered our questions with patience, and made sure Simon felt no pain. He passed peacefully and gently, which was the greatest gift we could have asked for. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but Dr. Stacy's compassion and professionalism brought us so much comfort. We will always be grateful for the care she provided to Simon and our family during his final moments. I highly recommend her services to anyone facing this difficult decision.

They are courtious, caring, knowledgeable and reliable. I appreciate that we have never been encouraged to complete more than the bare necessities of care. Rather than encourage costly procedures, they have always been quick to prescribe simple interventions for our problem prone dog. (These low cost solutions that have always worked for that matter). My wife and I enjoy the staff, finding them friendly and able to accommodate our questions... Which I admit are likely hard to answer as both of us are medical professionals and we tend to appreciate details more specific than would be expected. We started taking our dog to SAV on the recommendation of a friend who also takes their multiple animals there. I'd like to pass on that recommendation to anyone seeking an exceptional family of veterinarians and staff. Thanks for taking great care of our pet SAV!

Doctor was great discussed how she healed from her getting neutered 2 months ago. Said she did good, and requested medication for her to travel which he prescribed. Doctor left and she took my dog in back and I waited for 30 min. Asking reception where is my dog she only getting two shots. Jenna finally came in and said it takes 10 min for a heart worm test. I told her I didn't request a test! She informed me she needed one to get the shot. I told her that's not what the doctor said. She had all her lab work done previously when she got neutered. She said that was 2025 last year. I said could you please go back and read her chart you got the wrong dog! She was here two months ago. To make it short we were there for hour and 15 min. I refused to pay for the test that I did not request she wouldn't give her the heart worm shot. Secondly manager asked why I requested for Jenna not to be seen in the future with my dog. Told her the story and she said it's just a miscommunication and told the receptionist to make sure they charge me for a physical exam. Which they added the heart worm exam with it. That cost $82 for the exam n I usually pay only $45 totally ripped off and manager didn't help at all!!

Thanksgiving evening she became worse, and her back legs started giving out. She was falling more and more and unable to get back up on her own, and that was really the final sign to me that is was time. I researched online but a few options had no availability until after the weekend. I found Linda's website and sent her an email that night, but really didn't hold much hope. However, early Friday morning when I grabbed my phone intending to call our local vet (which I was dreading by the way), to my surprise was a text from Linda saying that she had an opening that morning. The last thing I wanted to do was to take Sadie up to my vet's office- they are great, but having to subject my beloved pet into a place that would just stress her out in her final moments was not something I wanted to endure. Linda was warm and gentle, making the whole experience so much better. Sadie was comfortable in her own bed in her own environment, and my wife and I could not have been happier. Still extremely difficult, but so much better with Linda. I cannot recommend her enough!

She was not in pain, but her condition changed minute to minute--sometimes worse, sometimes better--depending on progression and medication response. Deciding when to let her go was incredibly difficult. What I knew without hesitation was that, due to her severe stress at the vet, I did not want her final moments to be anywhere but home. Unfortunately, securing an at‑home appointment isn't always easy, and my biggest fear was that her condition would suddenly decline and I wouldn't be able to get someone to my house in time--forcing her last moments to be spent frightened at a clinic. Dr. Conner completely removed that fear and stress. She worked around our needs, scheduled appointments with incredible flexibility, and canceled or adjusted them without guilt or pressure. Her number one concern was always my little girl's comfort and dignity. That flexibility gave me the greatest gift anyone could offer in this situation--the ability to make the right decision at the right time, without the added stress of trying to force such a deeply personal moment into an external calendar beyond my control. Dr. Conner's compassion, patience, and understanding meant everything to us. I will forever be grateful. I used copilot to finalize my thoughts but the above is 100 percent accurate reflection of my experience.
