Walter wasn't very friendly in a rush and explained next to nothing to myself and husband. It is very frustrating that Walter has 2 offices. When you call there is no immediate response. I have had a lot of trouble with his hearing aids not fitting properly and the hearing experience is far from perfect. I feel he has stretched himself too thin to offer adequate service to all customers in both offices. The receptionist is so so and not on top of her job either. Whole ordeal is very frustrating!!
