Walter wasn't very friendly in a rush and explained next to nothing to myself and husband. It is very frustrating that Walter has 2 offices. When you call there is no immediate response. I have had a lot of trouble with his hearing aids not fitting properly and the hearing experience is far from perfect. I got a call yesterday saying my dads hearing aids had been paired and I coud pick them up today . I asked what time they would be open and was told 9am. After driving 15 minutes and sitting in lines of cars through 10 traffic signals on El Camino Real, I pulled into a space in front at 10:15, The door was locked and no one was there. Either they are so busy they are running staff from one location to another or they can't keep their hours straight. My advice DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. CALL BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I had to go to urgent care and it took almost 3 days for the bleeding to stop. I've LED on my bed my pillow and even the floor. I am 88 years old and even though he is service this community for a number of years he neglected to ask me if I was on blood thinner. I would not recommend this business. And will never go back.

I explained that I was hearing fine with the pair I have they then decided they would charge me $65.00 for the service. The past folks there never did that. I would not recommend utilizing these folks for hearing aids. Service is the most important when it comes to using hearing aids and they failed especially since you can purchase the same hearing aids with a different brand name for about $3000.00 or less.
