I never feel rushed, and he is the best health practitioner I have ever encountered. You can tell he really cares about his clients. I highly recommend him. I've been his client for years. I got a call yesterday saying my dads hearing aids had been paired and I coud pick them up today . I asked what time they would be open and was told 9am. After driving 15 minutes and sitting in lines of cars through 10 traffic signals on El Camino Real, I pulled into a space in front at 10:15, The door was locked and no one was there. Either they are so busy they are running staff from one location to another or they can't keep their hours straight. My advice DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. CALL BEFORE YOU LEAVE. THEY ARE NOT IN THE CARLSBAD OFFICE ON FRIDAYS. IT'S THURSDAY. MY DAD WILL BE WITHOUT HIS HEARING AIDS UNTIL SOMETIME NEXT WEEK.

After Billy Joel at PetCo (of all shows) my ears started to ring and I decided it was time to go get some earplugs. I did some research and decided to go with North Coast Audiology. I called and spoke with Jan - she was extremely helpful and pleasant. I then met with Dr. Nesbitt who subsequently suggested what I should do and fitted me with custom musician earplugs. I have used them for about a dozen concerts and they are incredible!!! I wish I had gotten them sooner. I couldn't be happier with the product and service provided by North Coast Audiology.
