I didn't feel like I was being called out when I was being corrected. I didn't feel like the movements were too difficult for my skill level (which is more of a beginner, closer to intermediate I'd say), and there were a variety of options for all skill levels so that you didn't feel left out. This class wasn't incredibly serious, but it was more laidback and fun. That is also something I really enjoy because I feel less stressed/anxious. If anything, the smiles and laughter kept me interested and made me feel like I've been going there for ages. If you want to go out and try something new without the feeling of judgement then I highly recommend! Plus you get to work out while having fun! Sounds like a win/win to me. They are trained and certified to make modifications when necessary to help you keep the proper form & alignment to protect you from injury. I like the variety of clients at this studio ... male/female, young/old, fit/not so fit ... and the classes easily accommodate experienced and novice side by side. I love the variety of classes and each instructor has his/her own style so you may want to try several classes to find the right fit. The classes are reasonably priced and you can schedule online or with their mobile app ... very convenient! I like to participate in the many studio "challenges" they offer because it helps me stay engaged and there are great prizes! She can individualize my workouts based on how I feel each session and she has accurately described my needs to all the staff. I am reassured everyone in the studio is aware of my body's needs. I also do classes at the studio. Mat pilates with Mary has proved to be very effective for core strength. Gentle yoga with John is a very calm wind down from a busy day and a great "date night" activity for couples. I did 8 class pack and I got great definition. I mean it's hard work ladies but worth it. I did unlimited this month I'm loving adding it to my workouts. It's a Fun and clean place. The teachers are great. There is reform which uses bands connected to the wall , classic barre class , and empower personally my favorite. I've been suffering from a injury since October and this has helped keep me active while healing my injury. I usually hate apps for things but theirs is handy and great. I use my Apple Watch and it alerts me to start my activity. It reminds me a hour before class starts. And it has fun challenges.

Our instructor also gave a few variations throughout the class for me because I have a physical limitation due to an old injury. If I didn't work 40+ hours a week, I would have signed up on the spot. Hoping that changes for me soon because I absolutely loved the way Pilates engaged all of my muscles without being boring or overwhelming. It was a fun class which made the time fly by. I didn't take any pics because the studio was full of people but it was beautiful, inviting & very clean. They have many class level options and I'm confident one would never take the same class twice with their wide array of instructors. Highly recommended!
