Passport Photo "Digital Copy" Runaround…read more On January 25, 2026 at 10:40 AM, I purchased a set of two printed passport photos and also requested (and paid for) the digital copy. I was told the digital photo would be emailed within the stated timeframe, but it never arrived. Timeline: 1. 1/25 at 12:30 PM: I called to follow up and was told to wait two more hours and call back if I still didn't receive it. 2. 1/25 at 2:56 PM: I called back and was told I needed to come in person. 3. I returned to the store,- same day of 1/25 only to be told the same information I was given earlier over the phone. I even asked and begged if I could just pay for a whole new set again to solve the issue. I was told that if the first set didn't go through, they would release the digital photo for the second attempt, and I provided a different email address just in case. 4. 1/26: Still no email (I checked inbox, spam, and trash). 5. 1/26 at 10:07 AM: I called again and was told to call back in a few hours. 6. 1/26 at 1:42 PM: I called back, was transferred three times, and ultimately was told to check spam and to come back to the store for a USB. When I returned the 1st time. I let the young lady know, I work long hours and can't keep coming back and forth in person with no resolution. That's why begged to pay for a 2nd set. At that point, I gave up. I was patient and respectful throughout every interaction, but the process was a constant back-and-forth with no real resolution, and there was no offer to refund the digital copy I paid for but never received. I'm sharing this because a simple request turned into multiple calls, transfers, and an unnecessary return trip. I hope the process gets cleaned up so other customers aren't sent in circles the way I was.

Christy is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and it's obvious she's passionate about sharing her craft. I learned so much while having an absolute blast. It was the perfect girls' outing, and I left feeling confident and excited to begin making soap on my own. Today I returned for the Foot Scrub class, and it was just as enjoyable. It was such a pleasure seeing Christy and her wonderful staff again. Everyone is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer questions--not only during the classes but about all of the products they carry. The store itself is charming and full of unique handmade items, and they even have a beautiful selection of plants. It's honestly hard to walk out without buying at least one! They accept both cash and credit/debit cards, which is convenient, and parking couldn't be easier. There is plenty of parking directly in front of the store with easy nose-in spaces, making it very accessible. If you're looking for a fun, hands-on experience or want to learn from someone who truly knows her craft, I can't recommend Feel Good Market enough. She forced me to repeat myself multiple times and essentially made me yell out the specific medication I needed in a public space, which felt like a massive violation of my privacy. Even after I went and sat down to speak directly with the original pharmacist to sort out the issue, Gaby continued trying to shout things or talk over to me across the room. The pharmacist's excellent customer service AFTER HER was completely overshadowed by Gaby's unprofessionalism and total lack of discretion. I hope management addresses her behavior.
