Not sure how this place has a high star rating. Went to get my nails done. I believe Tina did my nails. She filed them unevenly and when I asked her to file them evenly, she asked me which nail and I replied "all of them" and she had a remark saying "okay since you know better" AND then she proceeded to tell me my fingers are crooked AND THEN she kept aggressively putting her nail tools down each time she was done using them. She had a VERY rude attitude. Still ended up having uneven nails, had to come home and file them myself. AND THEN she proceeded to also make a comment to me saying "you're picky" and I said "yes I am they're my hands" Very very VERY unprofessional. Get better employees! read more

0 stars if I could!! Got a pedicure here & they did a 'callus removal' and butchered my foot!! I didn't notice right away until I left and noticed bleeding from a cut on my heel. Reviewing my 1st visit: I wanted to wait to make this review, as my nails don't usually last as well as others. Even gel, acrylic, press ons. Maya did my acrylics and they're very pretty, my bf is so happy to see my nails like this! Nina did my toes and this is the 1st time gel has ever lasted on my toes. Milky white can be really tough to apply evenly, and Nina has perfected it. Linh did my mom's pedicure and my mom loved her. She said that Linh was very sweet and was such a perfectionist in the best way possible! Also this nail salon is very nice looking! When I went they had a lot of patrons, but they had a lot of staff and there wasn't usually more than 1-2 walk ins waiting at a time. They also make booking really easy! Also I did notice that everything that is clean vs used is separated here. That's something that I always look out for, even in a professional setting like a classic nail salon. read more

I followed my girl, Kim, here. I've been getting dip powder done by Kim for years. She always does such a wonderful job and I'm never disappointed. This was my first visit at this salon. As soon as I walked in, they were so welcoming. Not only the employees but the clients too. The salon was clean and near many shops and places to eat. I highly recommend coming here! read more

I was happy with the gel manicure and pedicure I got today; however I was not happy with the employee. She got several texts during my appointment and after the manager left, she was on her phone for 30-45 minutes while doing my nails. I don't think employees should be on their phones while servicing clients. Please talk to your employees about this. Thank you. read more

Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. First of all, the interior is so bright and open you cannot help but feel relaxed. The music was the perfect tempo, not too slow and not too upbeat. The massage chairs are amazing and the women here definitely know what they're doing. They were all so kind and so professional. Another time back at Heather's Nails and Spa. I got my nails done by Kelly and she did a fantastic job! She took off my previous gel-x nails and did this new one. It took quite a bit of time but she is very concentrated and caring and made sure I'm satisfied with my new one here. My favorite spa at all time and will be back again! read more

First time coming in and just got a gel pedicure/basic spa pedicure with callous remover.... Girlllll.... Jasmine (I think this is how you spell her name, sorry if it's wrong ) she has magic hands!!!! Even a simple pedicure, she made it such a good and calming experience, and my toes look so good!!! I came on a Thursday morning and it was pretty busy but they still took me in walk in after 5-10 minutes. Very nice place, offered me tea/water/coffee. So friendly! Went in for a full acrylic set and pedicure. The gel they used changed colors within two days so I went back for a color change to white. The gel is lumpy and looks like my child did it. Too much money for a subpar finish the first and second time. Won't be back. read more

I've been coming here for years and honestly, even when I've tried other salons (to save a little money), I always end up coming back. The service and consistency here are just unmatched. CINDY usually does my manicure (I get gel but tried dip 2x and she is amazing. Her work is always perfect, she's super talented, and she gives the best massages too. My niece gets acrylics with her and those always come out beautiful as well. I never leave disappointed when CINDY does my nails. For pedicures, I usually just go with whoever is available, and no matter who it is, the job is always done really well. Today SUSAN did my gel pedicure and she did such a great job. Very thorough and attentive. Iv had Maya and Tiffany as well and they do awesome work too. The girls here really listen, tweak things around to make sure you get what you want. Yes, it's a little more expensive compared to some nail salons but the consistency, the hard work, and the way they go above and beyond every time keeps me coming back. Totally worth it! CINDY does waxing and eye lash tint as well. She seriously knows what she's doing and is efficient. read more

I had a great pedicure from Karen. Excellent massage skills, and my nails looked great. They have coffee, in addition to water and tea. I really liked their choice of chill 60s-70s tunes playing on the speakers. Massage chairs are fine, and prices are about what I'd expect. Overall a really nice experience. Plenty of parking in the lot, with a few easily walkable spots to stop by for a pre- or post- drink or snack. read more

I never and I mean never get my nails done at a salon until I decided to conveniently walk across the street to Heather's after I had been treated to a gel manicure on a trip to New York City a month earlier. I got the luxury manicure which included not only the gel manicure but an exfoliation scrub and a shoulder massage. I didn't get the gal's name who did my manicure but she was very pleasant. Maya was amazing! She recommended Builder Gel instead of my normal Dip product. It looks so much more natural! She took her time and advised my nails would be much healthier and less thin. 2nd Visit / Pedicure Not impressive is the Royal Pedicure. On paper, it was a promise for a beautiful, luxurious treatment for $50. Were my expectations too high? I have cuticle everywhere... callous' remain on my feet, and the hot stone thing I would not entertain again. I'm not impressed. this was my 2nd visit. The first time was great, I loved it! I don't like inconsistency. I am bummed I didn't have a good experience. And the women kept speaking a language I did not understand... totally arrogant and rude. 1st time here and they did a good job. They are a little unorganized here, we had an appointment and showed up 15 minutes early and didn't get seated for 30 minutes. And when they sat us they didn't turn in the water for feet to soak for another 5 to 10 minutes. The workers were nice but just seemed to be really unorganized. People were walking in with appointments and still having to wait. That's the whole reason for an appointment, so you don't have to wait. There were also people who left because of the wait. I don't know maybe it was just a bad day for them. I'll give them another try in 2 weeks. read more

I got my nails done here about a month ago. I wanted to see how they held up before I left a review. They were friendly enough at this salon, definitely didn't go out of their way to make it special. I'm pretty specific on the length and shape I want and I did my best to communicate what I wanted. The lady that did my manicure cut my nails way too short to begin with before asking "is this good?" So it was already too late. They also filed down the tops of my nails WAYYY too much (with the machine and a nail file). The dip/gel was not smooth on the top, there were bumps and waves in it. Within 2 day I had 2 broken nails. Within a week, almost every single nail had a chip of some kind. For reference, I work at a desk all day so I don't do anything strenuous with my hands. These nails were also for my honeymoon, so it was frustrating that they kept breaking while on vacation. read more

The BEST manicure pedicure ever! I have been going to Maya at this location for three years and have NEVER been disappointed! Everyone is kind, warm, and welcoming! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon! The two girls that we had were complete opposite of each other. Once we got seated the girls started the pedicures, bu One was extremely sweet and the other was rude! My moms pedicure was 30 dollars. She gave her 40 dollars expecting change like any other nail salon. The girl tried to pocket the change. My mom had to ask for the change back. My mom told her she just needed 4 dollars back. The girl did so but ended up telling the other girls and they just gave us dirty looks. My girl was extremely sweet and apologized when she walked away. During the removal process, she had me place my nails in a bowl of acetone and kept alternating hands instead of using foil wraps and allowing them to soak properly for 15-20 minutes, which is what I later read is the recommended process. After about 30 minutes, she seemed frustrated and started rushing through my appointment so she could get to another client. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with both the quality of the service and the experience.

This place is amazing! My daughter and I came in for mani - pedis today! "MAYA" and the rest of the team were awesome! I have some health issues that have scarred my feet pretty badly but I really wanted a pedicure. They didn't judge me or refuse to work on me, they put me in the chair and got to work. I have gone here on two separate occasions- for a pedicure then a manicure. Both times were amazing! their massages for both are so relaxing i could go to sleep. I have finally found the perfect nail salon! Very clean, friendly staff and great options on the menu. I recommend trying the "builder gel" manicure. It is an acrylic type texture when it's done without the chemicals. Cindy suggested it and I will never get another kind of manicure again. And Jasmine was great doing my pedicure! read more

I'm a very busy mom and I was still willing to pay for a full service even though I was only asking for a few specific things. I don't get much time for myself as it is, and after a long day with my baby, I was just hoping for a quick, stress-free experience. Instead of listening, I was met with attitude and resistance. One technician kept insisting I "needed a full manicure" rather than simply doing what I clearly and politely requested. It felt like no one actually wanted to help just argue about what to call the service instead of providing it. The owner eventually came over, removed my polish with acetone, and said, "There you go, you can do the rest at home." That was the final straw. This wasn't about price, it was about basic customer service and respect. I was willing to pay, I communicated clearly, and I just wanted a simple, clean-up service. The rudeness and dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome. I've given this place a few chances because it's close to my home, but I'd much rather drive farther and spend more money somewhere that values their customers and treats them with kindness.

I came in with a gel pedicure and was planning on getting a new gel pedicure. The first red flag was how they removed the gel polish. Instead of soaking my nails with acetone, she used a drill to remove the polish. The drill was so aggressive that I could feel her shave off my top layers of nail and had to pull my feet back a few times because she was reaching the skin underneath! I also asked for my nails to be cut long and she cut them as I wanted but then filed them down far shorter. When she was going to set up the UV light I examined the nails further and realized I could see the raw areas in which she shaved my nail down to my skin! I told her that I did not want to put gel on top of that and pointed out to her how badly my nails and toes were drilled and where you can see the red marks where she cut skin and she had nothing to say - only flashed a rude look as if I was causing unnecessary trouble. No apology, no nothing. I did not want to deal with it so I let her finish the pedicure, paid her and went on my way. Now, examining the dried polish, she painted on the polish awful! I could have done a better job myself. I hope that she is not a representation of everyone in the salon and that she is a one-off, although I did see another lady use a drill to take off the woman's gel polish next to me. Seems like they would rather have a quick turn over and save cost by not soaking gel polish off - very disappointing!! I am including images of the polish application - unfortunately the polish is covering my raw nails so cannot picture those.
