I'm very disappointed in this place. I got pedicure the other day and my toes near toenails got infection. That is very disturbing of their hygiene that they caused multiple infections on multiple areas. They don't sanitize their tools or sanitize them improperly. I would never in a million years go there again and I will not take my daughter there anymore. read more

Never coming here again! I have given this place multiple tries, I have always just gotten pedicures but I got an acrylic fill this time and it was a waste of money. I went right before Christmas so just a few days ago, the man who works in this salon made it clear he doesn't want to be there and will be sure to take out his anger and frustration on you! He is rude and was throwing my hands when he was done painting them, and got mad when I asked for the glitter on the bottom, his hands and nails were filthy made me feel so unclean. Even the front desk staff were so rude to me and my mom. I tipped him being nice because of Christmas but he ripped the money out of my hand and didn't say thank you or even look at me. I wanted to take it back and say never mind but with holidays I was being extra nice with tips. I was camping when I noticed all of my nails were cracking and pretty much falling apart and in half even when I did hit my hand on something to make my nails pop off. I came to this nail salon a few years ago and LOVED my experience, then recently rediscovered it a couple of weeks ago. To say that I was severely disappointed is an understatement... I'm usually never even the type of person/customer to be picky about my nails but my gel X nails were put on sooo thick and the nails that were put on looked very wide for my nails. All I got done was a french tip because I like my nails more natural but in all honesty they came out awful. My mom also got her nails done with me and the guy who did her nails cut her with the electric nail file multiple times and when she expressed that she was in pain he flat out said "it doesn't matter if it hurts" and continued filing her nails. I love the service and customer service of this nail salon the work is amazing and they don't charge extra for beautiful nails T does my nails and I always come out supper happy I always get relaxed when I'm getting my pedi they take their time not like other places that they barely put the lotion on and your done! I came in requesting the same "unicorn nails" /chrome nails that she had and they knew exactly what I was asking for and were able to do exactly that! I really wanted to like this place .. but now it's been twice in a row that my nails are chipping less than a week. I got them done on a Friday, chipped by Sunday and I called and they did fix my nail that Monday.. but have been breaking and chipping since then (week). My nails usually last me about 3 weeks with absolutely no breakage.. also the guy who did them has been rude both times. I won't be coming back. I've been going here for over a year and until my last visit was satisfied. Previously my only complaint would be wait time or interrupted services due to techs needing to service more people. For example having two services scheduled but pausing one due to more walk ins before returning to you. However my last appointment a month ago was my last. While getting a special pedicure with callus remover, hot stone and a massage a young technician who had never done my nails previously began very aggressively scrubbing the side of my left foot. To be clear there was no callus here and the skin is extremely delicate in this area. I flinched, pulled away and said it was sore several times. After what felt like a few mins and her continuing to scrub in the same area I finally stopped her. I explained it was burning and hurt. She began being more gentle but still in the same area. After another minute she turned my foot and could see it was bleeding. She apologized saying she didn't notice and I'm unsure if she understood she did that to me. I didn't want to make a big deal about it so didn't really turn my foot to inspect in the salon. She was much gentler with the other foot. In retrospect I wish I had talked to someone but I just wanted to get out of there and still tipped 20%. After leaving and looking at my foot better I couldn't believe she broke my skin. I was so disappointed I paid to be hurt. I've never had that experience before anywhere. I cleaned and bandaged it. A few day later the sore became larger and started oozing puss. I saw a Dr and was told it was infected. I started ten days of antibiotics as well as a twice a day antibiotic ointment. It took several weeks to stop hurting and now a month later I still have a large scab there. I am not allowing one extremely bad experience to give an unfairly low rating and instead cut an otherwise 3/4 star experience in half. I feel like I didn't rate prior as the delays and communication have been less than impressive even if I was satisfied with my nails previously. I considered not saying anything at all or simply reporting this but don't know the name of the specific technician. I do think people should know the risks of infection should a tech break your skin during a pedicure. I'm honestly afraid to go to a salon for future pedicures. read more

This was mine and my daughters first time here. I'm so happy. Definitely, will definitely be going back for sure. I had ballerina shape with glitter tips. Best I've ever had done for sure. I literally showed a picture of what I wanted and it was done, even better than expected. My daughter had stiletto shape done (her favorite) with 2 red glitter and the rest black. Also, we both got gel pedicure #2. My feet and legs feel refreshed and our toes are so cute. My daughter and I decided on black gel toes, well, because we like black polish but also because it's almost Halloween!! This is the first time in a long time we didn't have to continuously repeat what we wanted and not have to correct them on their work. I'm not bashing our last place! We loved them. I'm just saying we relaxed the whole time while we were getting what we asked for. When I was ready to book an appt it was so simple and the staff was super friendly. When we got there everyone was ready for us, no waiting!!!! I actually cannot think of something bad about this place. 4 stars because it was our first time. First off let me say, this recently was my go to nail place. Not anymore. I was in there just 4 weeks ago and got beautiful nails and loved my service. My nails lasted a whole three weeks before even the first chip and as soon as I got back from my vacation I hurried back. I walk in and the place is completely different. They upgraded the decor, which looked nice, but that is about the only upgrade they got. They also, which was not informed to me prior to my service, a whole team of brand new nail techs. I figured since this shop had such high standards before and would always tell me if they couldn't do something, I would be fine. WRONG. First let's start with the pedicure. I paid for the special which includes a 5 min massage with hot stone and hot towel. My massage was not 5 min and I did not receive either the stone or the towel, yet I was still charged that. Also my nails are uneven and not even the same shape between toes. Next let's move onto my manicure. First off the man doing my manicure seemed very distracted, he kept getting up and down and leaving throughout my service. His hands were also filthy. I showed him the picture (attached for reference) of what I wanted. He said it was no problem. My hands now look like a 5 year old did an art project on them. Other nail techs looked at them as they passed by and laughed, which I dont blame them for. I paid extra for this design, which looks horrific. (Attached those pictures as well). He also did the design AFTER he put top coat on my nails, which makes no sense. I tipped, because these are people trying to make a living and because I felt extremely pressured to because you have to add the tip before they charge your card. I paid a total of $96 for this service to walk out embarrassed and about to cry. Unfortunately with these new changes, I will be going elsewhere in the future. UPDATE: the manager reached out to me via yelp, which I appreciate. But unfortunately I do not want to come back to this salon after this service. My nails aren't even close to being straight and was intentionally charged for services I did not receive. I would much rather have a full refund. If I don't recieve a refund, I will be disputing this with my credit card company. Unfortunately yelp will not let me respond to the owner, which is why I am doing it here. read more

I paid $70. $60 and $10 for his time of service (I was not looking for a free job so I paid full price and thought the owner would make it right) I Called to let the owner know they are crooked and they told me "they need to take my nails back for a refund" I came back to show the owner and the man grabs my hand and tries to cut my nail off while I'm standing up. Disgusting UNQUALIFIED EMPLOYEE. I told him to correct things throughout the process but at some point the damage was done and it would have damaged my nail to take it off.
