We went to lunch after church on a Sunday and they offered the lunch menu which was very affordable. Lunch was served with soup, egg roll, a wonton, rice and entree. I had the orange chicken and my sister had sesame chicken which were both very delicious. The portions are huge, I had lunch for 3 days. My family had entrees that they said we 'OK'. I got the Peking Duck, the skin was brown and barely crispy, meat was very dry and chewy in some places. We always visit the location on 120th and had recently moved to this side of town. We noticed this location and wanted to give it a try. First impressions on walking in- welcoming and super clean. We were seated right way and had very quick service the entire time. The food however, was not it. Wontons were pretty good. We ordered sesame chicken and it tasted very burnt. I don't know. I haven't been back there for a long time. It started with the food getting worse and the place needs to be gutted and fresh. Everything in there the carpet is filthy. The place is filthy. Hate to say it. It's the heaven dragon on 104th in Thornton. Used to eat there all the time. The one in Brighton is a beautiful restaurant. On this visit I decided to order sweet and sour shrimp and my husband ordered hot and sour chicken. When the meals arrived she brought my husband the wrong meal. When he told her she argued and picked up the plate then tossed it back on the table and said that's what he ordered. She walked away and started to tell the other employees what was going on. At that point I thought she was going to get him the right meal. Then 15 minutes later she comes to the table to refill our drinks. We ask if she's bringing out the meal and she said "no!" I was ordering on door dash for this place and I saw that it was almost $18. It hurt my soul, so I called and ordered it off the menu cause I would prefer to drive then pay almost double a reasonably priced amount would be. Sorry, I'm low key salty about it. Good food. Very disappointed with our takeout tonight. Egg drop soup is pretty, but had zero taste! Seriously tasted like thickened water. Pork dumplings were nicely browned, but again, filled with a chunk of roast pork. No taste, no extra condiments, but served in nicely shredded cabbage. Entree of combo Pad Thai was soggy, grainy, little taste. I thought I had ordered chicken with cashews but when I got home I had chicken with broccoli. The broccoli was nicely stir-fried and still crunchy, but the rest of it was again lacking in texture and taste.
