They folded the cloth in and sewed it together. I thought they would be taking cloth out, but I have never had alterations done, so this was an assumption on my end. The work was done when they told me it would be, so I would recommend this place.

I had brought in a Halloween costume and a red petticoat to get dry cleaned. I had told the lady…read moreabout two pen marks on the front part of the costume when I brought it into the shop. I went to go pick up my items today and the same two pen marks are still on the costume. The marks are from a normal Bic, ball point pen, less than an inch long each. I asked the lady about it, it was the same lady when I brought in the clothes, she had told me that they must have washed it and couldn't get it out. Now, if I'm not mistake, I took my articles of clothing into them to get washed because they are dry cleaners, that's what they are suppose to specialize in doing. When I look inside the costume, which is black, you can see my white deodorant marks in the armpits of my costume. I asked if they could try again to get the light marks out and the lady ignored me and didn't care what so ever. I will definitely not be returning to Highland Cleaners.
