Ordered a delivery order and they didn't have pepper jack kolaches, they were extremely accommodating and gave us a BOX of jalapeño kolaches and mini kolaches. Very generous and very delicious! They even took time to write a kind note on the box!

We got a little bit of everything here for a family of 6 adults and it was all AMAZING. The glazed donuts, cake donuts, sausage & egg croissants, mini cinnamon rolls, cinnamon twist, Bavarian cream filled, fresh fruit & cream cheese topped donut, and a sausage/bacon croissant - all outstanding. Ditch the corporate donut & breakfast sandwich joints and try this little mom & pop donut shop; you won't be disappointed. My 86 year old MIL is already talking about going back there tomorrow. read more

I don't even know how to explain it but when you bite into one of their glazed donuts it's full of air and also full of donut, so fluffy and light yet hefty and absolutely coated in their frosting, the best Jerry, the best. So happy to have the most amazing donut shop I've ever been to right here in Lewisville. Nicest workers, best of everything I've tried so far and they always have really creative donuts out along with the usuals. Clean clean. Donuts, holes, kolaches, cinnamon rolls, drinks, burritos, sandwiches... and I seem to find an extra treat in my bag every time. Go here first and you wont care to go to the others around. read more

I have to tell you not only is this place awesome but the product is just as great as the service! I live close to their restaurant and have been eating there for almost two years. I am always greeted when walking through the door and the donuts, and eclairs with Bavarian cream filling and jalapeño kolaches are to die for! The prices are reasonable, they have a great assortment and are so friendly. Note it is a small QSR and with COVID they have plastic shields, wear gloves and face masks and have floor tape specifying social distancing for their line. We love you heavenly donuts!!! Rarely do I dole out 5 stars but I must say, this quaint donut shop absolutely deserves it. I would like to thank the kind owners for being open at odd hours (for odd, kolache-craving pregnant women like me). Also, for the consistent kindness :) I don't know if its because I'm there so frequently or what, but she always throws in little freebies I didn't order. So sweet! ...Literally. Heavenly Donuts has been our favorite donut place since we discovered it earlier this year! The donuts are, of course, delicious, and we love the lady that works here ( I apologize I haven't caught her name). She is always puts us in a good mood when we come in, and always goes above and beyond with customer service. There has not been a single time we've gotten donuts from here that she hasn't given us extra donuts or donut holes, even when ordering through Doordash or UberEats! The prices are also very reasonable, we are always served quickly, and our food is always heated up for us. We love this donut shop so much, and highly recommend it to anyone who loves donuts! P.S. if you like jalapeños and cheesey goodness, the jalapeño slovacek is AMAZING! read more

I was looking for a local donut shop to take my 3.5 year old too and tried this place, and it's been my last place. The have good jumbo kolaches that make my husband happy while offering fresh yummy donuts for myself. My daughter loves the assortment of bright sprinkly donuts that are here. The lady is always very friendly, provides donut holes with most purchases and has some sort of little toy/gift for my kid. I couldn't even drink it, I just feel so disappointed. Come here if you want bad customer service and to waste your money.

The vibe inside the coffee shop feels communal, cozy, and rustic right in the heart of old town Lewisville. To order you'll walk up to the counter and place your order from the barista. I order the golden milk latte (turmeric, honey, lemon and spices). The latte was excellent and I was able to order my coffee in a ceramic. This may be my favorite coffee shop in Lewisville. Definitely check it out if you are in the area.

I get it - it's a little pricy outside of waiting for the $1 bagels between 12pm-1pm - but holy schikies the quality is amazing. The bagels themselves - all 10/10. The schmears are insanely good - the basil schmear literally blew my mind. I didn't know a schmear could taste that refreshing. The cucumber sandwich - incredible - never would have thought bagel, with cream cheese and cucumber could be THAT good. Sure - it's a bit pricy pre-12pm (but what placing selling real food with real ingredients isn't these days!) spent $40 on a sandwich, bagel with butter and bagel with the fermented jalapeno schmear - but sorry not sorry - still worth it. All these cry babies in these lower reviews complaining about how the bagel they wanted was no available - it's because they are that good. Sorry - you snooze you lose. Get up earlier, preorder if you want it that bad. To the owners of Starship Bagel - hope you guys never sell out (well keep selling our of product so you stay in business yes) but you know not sell out to big mega food corps, and keep doing what you're doing. People need more food establishments making food out of actual real ingredients - not the slop bucket artificial BS that 99% of any other chain bagel shop is going to use. Just look up what Einstein puts in their highly processed schmere's, it's trash and it tastes like it too. Zero chance if they put out a basil schmere that it wouldn't be chock full of artificial junk - just look up the their strawberry schmere on Instacart - ingredients include: Maltodextrin (filler, usually corn based), Modified Food Starch (likely where the bioengineered junk is coming from as noted under the ingredients), Natural Flavor (God only knows where the hell that came from), Guar Gum (a soluble fiber derived from the ground endosperm of guar beans - not something I want in my schmere), Color (almost get a pass except they state they use Caramel which is usually an artificial / petrol base colorant that is not good for you), Carob Bean Gum (plant-based thickening agent and stabilizer - still don't want it), Xantham Gum (produced by fermenting sugar with the bacteria Xanthomonas campestris), and then lastly Natamycin (natural antifungal preservative produced by bacteria -Streptomyces natalensis - something you really want to eat much of?). I'm tired of fake food, that tastes like cardboard. That lacks any nutritional value. We should celebrate when new companies come out like this - and not only that - but they offer their bagels at $1 if they have any left over after 12pm. These people deserve a block party in their honor for producing such high quality products - that yes - those unwilling to wait till 12pm whose selections might be more limited - will have to pay a bit more. People who recognize quality and hard working people will continue to come here. Last note, if you're trying to avoid seed oils, soybean lecithin / soybean oil - this is also a great place for you - and its one of the few places my wife can actually eat at since 99% of places in the USA these days, even the ones you think are higher quality - use trash ingredients with soy as a base - these guys do not. For that I say thank you again - to the owners of Starship Bagel. You guys rock - don't listen to the winey cry baby haters.

The bagel itself was fine. My bigger issue was the service and the missed opportunity. The place was not crowded at all, maybe seven people inside. After we sat down waiting for our order, I noticed a guy in the back literally baking bagels and moving fresh, hot bagels into bins. HOT BAGELS, people. Would it have killed someone to walk 30 feet and offer me one fresh off the line? I had already mentioned it was my first time there and how much I love a warm bagel. I totally understand they cannot do this for every single customer all day long, but when it is quiet and someone is clearly excited about your product, that little extra effort can make a huge difference in customer retention. I worked in customer service my entire life, and I always believed in going the extra mile when you can - "accomodating when you can be" is a great customer service motto! I really wanted to love this place, and I appreciate what they are doing, but at this point my bagel loyalty may be heading toward PopUp Bagels. (And I have love for Dan's too.)
