All locations had travel, car services (seriously amazing) and activities planned for us. The great thing is that when you see something you want changed- he does it in a heartbeat and keeps constant communication with you when/if there are any changes. We came back with lots of great experiences, & all within budget. Fast Forward to this year, we were in the midst of planning a second vacation across the pond and I didn't even think twice about it- I knew who I would call- Skip, Yet another great vacation- this time we simply wanted luxury and relaxation and that is what we got in the Almafi Coast + Mykonos. He planned it just right- as expected :)

Having a travel agent isn't just a luxury. It's the smartest thing you can do for yourself and your trip. My personal experience: Skip helped us put together a FABULOUS dream vacation to Italy for our 10 year anniversary. From the first phone call to start planning to the day we got home everything went smoothly. He was always quick to respond, personal and worked with the budget we gave him. I'm a wedding and event planner so I'm a very detailed person and used to planning our small family trips but there are so many things to consider for your first international flight. Getting our passports, knowing which airports to fly in and out of, how long of a layover is enough time, how to travel between cities, setting up tours in a city where you don't speak the language, what to do when you're there. Skip sat down with us before we left to go over our itinerary and each activity along the way. Could I have planned this trip by myself? Maybe. But knowing the ins and outs of traveling is what he is an expert in and he can save you time and so much stress along the way. For example: Passports: We were going to just go to the post office to get our passport. When I told Skip our plan he stopped me and suggested a few passport services. As he pointed out, the post office is a government agency. Enough said. They can move slow. They can lose mail. Maybe it's not common but do you really want to take the chance of a single delay and you missing your trip? We took our applications to one of the recommended offices and they immediately caught an error on our form. Had we taken it to the post office, they would have never noticed the error and our application would have been returned and delayed getting our passport. Traveling: When I questioned the long layover there and back Skip advised me that I would need the time to get through customs. Boy was he right! We were never rushed but had it been up to me and I had moved the flights to what I thought were best, we would have missed our flights. Experienced travel agents know what to expect, are familiar with different airports and airlines. Have you ever booked a flight or hotel with an online discount company only to have an issue arise? You are at the mercy of someone on the other end of the line after waiting to get through to customer service and that doesn't guarantee the issue is resolved. $$$ and time wasted. Once we were in Italy, Skip had arranged for concierge services from the moment we grabbed our luggage. We had private drivers and even a private boat that took us from the airport to our hotel. No waiting in line for taxis. No fumbling for directions. We were treated like VIPs from the minute we touched down in Italy until we left. Skip arranged for private tours for the sights we most wanted to see. We avoided lines that wrapped around the block just to get in and were escorted through each area with an informative tour guide. Made the experience so much nicer and allowed us to have the rest of the day to do what we wanted. We visited three cities in total and used the train to travel between them. Skip had an agent waiting for us at the hotel each time who not only got us to the train station but also walked us through the station to our seat so we knew exactly what to do and how to travel. Then when we got off the train our driver was waiting for us to take us to the next hotel. Could you figure it out on your own? Possibly. But again, why have that added stress if you don't speak the language or understand what to do. While on one of our train rides, we watched a young girl get on only to later argue with the conductor, cry and ultimately have to move because of an issue with her ticket. Misunderstandings happen. But a travel agent knows how to guide you through all of that. Our second stop could have been a disaster when we got out of our car and went to check-in to the hotel. Only after having been there for about 5 minutes we realized we had left a bag in the car that had just dropped us off. The bag had all our electronics and most importantly, our passports. I calmly reached into the suitcase and pulled out the 2nd copy of our itinerary Skip had put together for us before we left. I called the number for the car service and within minutes they returned with our bag untouched. That small lapse in judgment could have been a nightmare had we taken a city taxi. We saw some of the most amazing pieces of history, immersed ourselves in the culture, ate some of the best foods and had such a relaxing experience the whole time. Truly it was a dream vacation and one we will never forget and we have Skip to think for that. I have no reservations in recommending him to my clients and brides and using him for every trip in the future!

When I was introduced to Lauré I was frustrated and overwhelmed. I had already decided on a resort I loved and signed a contract, but room block negotiations were making my head spin. Lauré quickly put my mind at ease - she knew exactly what she was doing. She took over the communications with the resort, helped us determine the appropriate size room block, and managed the room block throughout the process. Her insight was invaluable. I would have made so many missteps had it not been for her guidance - all the way down to how to word my invitations and website to get the best response from guests. Speaking of which, we were optimistically ball-parking around 80-90 guests and ended up with over 100, which I truly believe is a testament to how effectively Lauré communicated with everyone. Once guests sent an initial inquiry to Lauré, she followed up with them like clockwork and I heard from multiple friends how responsive she was and how straightforward and easy she made the booking process. Without a doubt, we would not have had anywhere near that headcount had we left it up to guests to book directly through the resort. I cannot emphasize enough how necessary Lauré's services are if you're planning a trip with a large group and would also like to maintain your sanity. Future brides especially, you will have plenty of things to worry about while planning your wedding, do not let this be one of them. I was attending a destination wedding and Teri Hurley of Endless Love Travel was the agent that the wedding couple chose to plan and book their wedding. The guests were not obligated to use Teri, but we were told that booking as a group would lower the costs for everyone. I'm not sure if it is inexperience or ineptitude on Ms. Hurley's part, but pretty much every guest that booked their travel with her had an issue and an Endless Headache. My problems was benign compared to most. When I use a travel agent, I expect full service, and that is not what occurred with Endless Headache. When I originally contacted Endless Headache, I let Teri know that I wanted to book my air soon, as that is the most volatile portion of the trip, price and schedule-wise and asked her to send me fares. Ms. Hurley made it abundantly clear that she prefers to communicate with via email. After my initial request, I was sent some generic documents and general pricing of rooms. She did not send me airfares. I emailed some questions and did not get a response for 3 days. Within these 3 days, Endless Headache apparently told the Bride that nobody had gotten back to her on booking. I certainly let the Bride know that I was waiting to hear back from Endless Love and was ready to book once my questions were answered. Ms. Hurley decided that she would make an exception to her email only rule and finally called to address my questions. I reiterated that I wanted to book my air soon and asked her to send me fares, as I was concerned about the fares going up. She did not send me airfares. Based on her many years of experience, I was strongly advised me against booking, as December is the busiest travel month, and therefore booking during December is more expensive. Let me point out that I wanted to book air in December for travel in April, not to travel in December. So that particular piece of advice based on her many years of experience doesn't even make sense. My gut tells me that Endless Headache was only interested in booking the portion of the trip for which she gets commission. She was unable to answer any questions about the travel insurance she was selling and sent me a lengthy fine-print document to read over instead. I went ahead and put down my deposit for the room and told her I wanted to book air soon. She said she would keep an eye out for good fares and let us know when prices went down. After a month, I hadn't heard from her and asked about air again. She was unresponsive and after several attempts it was clear that she was uninterested in booking air for us. She finally sent us some air options, but they were quite terrible-not only pricey, but had overnight connections. Cancun is 3 hours away, why the heck would I be okay with an overnight connection?!?! Her final email regarding air said. "go ahead and book it yourself." That is not professional or personalized service. By the time I ended up booking air myself (seriously, why even use an agent if I'm going to have to book everything piecemeal anyway?!?!), it had increased in cost by about 75%. Thanks for the great advice of waiting Endless Headache!!! I could go on for days about the problems I and others had, but I'd rather let them write their own reviews. I will however, point out the lowlights: 1. One couple cancelled the trip rather than deal any further with Endless Headache. 2. The Groom said that his sweet Bride had only cried twice during wedding planning, and both times were due to Endless Headache. 3. After one of the guests had put down his deposit, he arrived in Mexico with no room because Endless Headache forgot to book it. 4. One couple realized once in Mexico that their transfer documents had them leaving on the wrong date 5. Without exaggeration, every guest, with the exception of one couple, had an issue with Endless Headache.

Fantastic staff, happy animals, well-kept facilities...what an incredible day we had. It feels like a dream. Easy day trip outing with the family or as a date- book your animal experiences online like we did at https://www.bluehillsranch.com . The staff was flexible to shift timing of the experiences so we didn't have to wait long in between- they were extremely accommodating and we never felt rushed either. The otter swim/playtime experience was originally what drew us, and it was even better than I'd imagined. Worth every penny! Then we got to feed and pet the capybaras, which were way friendlier than I thought they would be! The babies enjoyed some extra belly rubs too. Bottle feeding the kangaroo was so fun too- little Dundee was SO soft and loved all the pets, even gave us kisses! The giraffes were super friendly and greeted us every time we were nearby; feeding and getting quality time with them was an extra treat. The safari ride tour was also amazing- 5 of us fit comfortably and got to feed/see lots of animals that we wouldn't normally get to experience. We were surprised at how this place wasn't crowded at all in the middle of July when it is peak vacation season, so it really felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. They also have a beautiful main lodge area that is comfortable and welcoming with additional animals to enjoy.

The entire staff is kind and willing to listen.
