A couple of years ago we contracted with Heavenly Views to clean windows and solar panels, and I gave them a 5-star review. Yelp will probably have a link to it somewhere near these words if you want to read it. But that was then, and this is now. Today we had them come again to clean windows, but not solar panels. I'm still delighted. The work was immaculate, the technician was polite and businesslike and tolerated our curious little dog. Since the last time Heavenly Views was here we had tinted film installed on our west-facing windows and glass doors, to soften the intensity (and UV) of the San Diego sun. I was a little worried that the presence of this tint film on the windows would be a problem or might get scratched. Nope. He cleaned the film just as easily as he cleaned the windows, and it's still as good as new. I'm not going to wait "a couple of years" before I hire them again. I need my windows to be this clean more often, and the price was quite affordable. read more

I was billed for services that included cleaning interior windows that had already been professionally cleaned by my deep cleaning team the day before. There was clear redundancy, yet when I raised this concern, the response I received was unexpectedly defensive rather than solution-oriented from Michelle, the owner. Instead of working toward a reasonable adjustment, I was told that I should have anticipated the issue and informed them ahead of time even though this was never discussed or requested prior to service. The tone and lack of flexibility were disappointing and felt unprofessional. I was given the name of this company through a referral and I have to say it was one of the best referrals I have gotten. I contacted one of the owners through Facebook and she was extremely prompt in responding to me. I even had to change the day at the last minute and they were able to accommodate me without an issue. Sheperd came by to do the windows and I added a few on without a problem. He got my 16 windows done in less than 2 hours and did a fantastic job! They probably haven't looked these good since they were installed. I also didn't know you could detail windows like that but he did. What a treat to have a local family owned business do the work. They do an excellent job at a reasonable price. Will cleaned inside and outside windows, tracks, and screens and even added two bathroom mirrors he thought could use cleaning. His cleaning was excellent. No matter how dirty the window, he left not one drop of dirty water anywhere. While inside he wore plastic 'booties' over his shoes so as not to bother my floors. Frankly, I am not sure if I could say what was best, his cleaning job or the manner in which he conducted himself in my home. He has a delightful personality, excellent manners, and while basically he is a quiet worker, he can stay completely focused on the job while being open to conversation if you want. Sheperd and team are removing Christmas lights now (my fault for calling so late to get them removed in mid-January) and he put them up for me in early December for a reasonable cost. He was quick and very friendly. He also previously had dozens of five star reviews that up and vanished once 2020 rolled around. Hopefully he can get those reinstated, but I can testify to his help, kindness, and work as far as hanging Christmas lights and once we exit the rainy season and finish some construction I'll be calling him to get the windows cleaned. BTW, if you're considering him for Christmas lights know that he'll hang your lights. Heavenly Lights does not require you but into their "exclusive lighting system designed to meet your specific needs." Shepherd is an incredible person and a detailed worker. After cleaning our windows, we will have him back at least twice a year to at least clean the outsides.
