The floors started peeling a few weeks after we moved in and Anthony was prompt to reply and get them repaired. Less than a year later, floors are in terrible shape, peeling and with bare wood exposed in higher traffic areas. They look worse than when we bought the house. (Other floor companies have told us the finish that Five Diamonds used - Bona Traffic HD- is so bad that they won't use it.) We have been trying to get Anthony and his team out here since March (it is November). Anthony says the same thing ("a team member will get back to you") and then they don't for several weeks, so we end up trying multiple times to get a response. Finally we got a reply and scheduled an appointment and they didn't show up. Now they just aren't responding to us. I would NOT recommend this company OR the finish they used (Bona Traffic HD poly). Shop around for multiple estimates and use a real floor company - not a cleaning company that does floors on the side. Don't learn this expensive lesson the hard way like we did.

I joined a group of neighbors to have our ducts cleaned by Paramount and unfortunately this was not…read morea great experience for us. While I think they did a pretty good job with the actual duct work (although no before/after pics so who knows?) they left a mess behind and after 2 weeks of correspondence with their owner she couldn't admit they did anything wrong and offered no real solution. First the good: Easy to set appointment up, guys showed up on time and completed the work in the time they said it would take. The bad: the guys came in the house with no foot booties on, covered in green spray paint (from painting dumpsters?), and left green marks in several spots on ceilings, walls, and vents, tracked the hose in several spots on my carpet, and left metal shavings near the unit where the hole was cut for service. After we called to voice our concern they did send the crew out the next day to address those, and to their credit the guys were apologetic and did make an effort to clean . However the carpet still has marks and there are several ceiling spots that will need to be touched up with paint. The major complaint was with the vent removal, where they pulled several lines of paint along with those vents from not cutting them first. In some spots the drywall came up with that paint. After we sent pictures to the owner she assured us it was caulk and not their problem. She never recommends caulk to customers however that was the solution to fix our problem, rather than offering a small discount off the $500+ we spent on the job. Luckily for my neighbors we went first and complained immediately as none of them had the same issues of careless vent removal or sloppy work in general. We are in a new build neighborhood where all of these houses were finished about the same time by the same foreman, and 2 of the other houses had used the same painter we did. If that wasn't the case I may have bought in to the owner claiming it was my builders fault, or the painter, but I don't think we have the special house here. While not a huge deal it is frustrating that I will now have to spend my free time patching drywall and repainting several walls/colors and hope I can match with the 2 yr old paint.

We had a stubborn paint stain in our berber carpet in the basement. It was smeared in and dried, with shades of purples and yellows. The stain was 12 by 24 inches. We tried blotting with water (it was 'washable' paint) and so many other recommendations from the web, but no luck. Carpet Keepers were honest about the type of paint, the colors and how long it had been sitting. They said it might not all come out. Well, less than 30 minutes after showing up, they were packing up their gear and getting ready to head out. I thought for sure they weren't going to get it out, but I was wrong. They got all of it out and blended the area so the slight difference in color didn't show, as they only did a small section of our whole basement. Check out the pictures because you wouldn't believe it unless you could see it for yourself. My carpet looks brand new! I'll be using them for all future surface cleaning in the future!!
