Jim at Lustre Clean came out yesterday and cleaned our carpets. He was timely, effective and pleasant. He called to let us know he was on the way and arrived as scheduled and quickly got to work. He was also responsive to our initial inquiry for a quote and worked to meet our schedule. His equipment is top of the line and his cleaning technique is spot on (pun intended). Very knowledgeable about carpet, carpet issues and how to resolve. His price was fair but not cheap (goes to getting what you pay for). Carpets were not saturated and dryer in just a couple hours. Hi seriously needed to refresh so I looked out to get my carpets clean. I had a couple of pet stains that I couldn't get out with my own machine, A lot of small spots and some traffic marks coming into the living room. Jim was a pleasure to work with! I can't stand when people immediately ask for my life history and blood type and try to upsell just to get a quote. Jim was not like this, he asked just about the space (square feet and type of stains) and gave me a quote. He confirmed our time a day prior and texted when he was on his way, he was right on time! I did not have high hope for the carpet but just wanted to know it was at least clean dirt :) Jim exceeded my expectations he was able to get out an ice tea stain that had been there for several years as well as some other trouble spots, along the way he was honest and upfront about whether or not he might be able to get these out. He cleaned about 1500 square feet (including 2 stairs) in just about 2 hours and the price was fair and comparable and you definitely get what you pay for.
