Done in about 15 minutes (would take me about an hour) and all for the incredible value of a whopping 14 bucks! I spend more money on water and products than that when I wash myself! Includes everything that the aforementioned exterior wash does, except they take "hand wash" to a whole new level. There are two crew members that hand scrub the entire vehicle in the bay. Squeaky clean. Extra special care on the hand dry - they even did the door jams (personal pet peeve of mine), interior trunk, and popped the bonnet once (they probably just wanted to see what Lady had under her hood - lol). Talk about thorough! They use compressed air to remove all the dust from the tiniest nooks and crevices inside, vacuum all carpets and mats, clean all the interior windows (I can see again!), AND leather condition EVERYTHING (including a bit of my steering wheel - careful guys)! If you just go through the wash by itself at the base or one up from the base wash, you will have some areas that still need some scrubbing. However, if you take the time and do some work yourself using the cloths / vacuums / mat cleaners provided, overall it's a pretty good way to clean off your car. I would not recommend for heavy mud stains or cars with any damage, but if you just need a wash off, I'd much prefer this location to something like at HEB. They also often have deals for the monthly membership, so it may make sense if you want to regularly wash your car

I was struggling to figure out where else I could go though and would probably blow $20 in gas and time driving around Lakeway, so I gave Arbor a try. Hot tip - the whole thing about taking your antenna off is no joke. I lost my antenna in the car wash. Thank goodness the machine didn't use it to whip scratches in my paint. I've never had a car wash tunnel damage an antenna like that. That was the worst part of my experience. After leaving the tunnel, the guys wiped everything down. The truck looked pristine. I can imagine if you use your car for business or just like a clean whip, the unlimited deal would be awesome. I'm not that concerned though.

You pull up to the car wash and pick your type and pay with a credit card. I went during "happy hour" 2-5 which includes a free upgrade! So I got the $13 wash for only $11. You just pull in and the machines move all around you. Usually I go to ones where you pull onto the track and it moves your car through. The dinosaurs everywhere is so funny and random. Easy in and out and my car is clean! I will go back!
