I returned within 7 days once I realized I accidentally bought the same book from this store before. I provided all of my information--times, dates, and amounts. She asked me if I had a Shopify account. I do, but no one at this store has ever asked for that information. I didn't even know they used Shopify. I have been frequenting here since they opened. Of course, my information wasn't in their system. It would have been nice to know that they use Shopify a long time ago. When my exchange was fully declined, I offered to leave it so another customer could enjoy it. She told me to take it to any little library. I have frequented here almost every two weeks to make small and large purchases. I was treated as if I was looking for a come up or was being dishonest. I'm truly disheartened and hope they are kind to other customers.
