    Expresso, neat

This is a destination coffee and tea shop. As you can see from their signage, see my pic, they are only coffee and tea. The inside is quite intimate: I'd say quite small except the 6 of us sitting there, it felt more like being in a personal living room, than a coffee shop. The banter was in conversational tones, a patron's dog was well behaved and chilled (welcoming of all rubs and pats) and no pressure to move on. The menu, ordering and paying was by QR code - easy enough. To get a sense of this coffee shop, check out my outdoor and signage pics. My inside pic shows that one can have a variety in a small spot. The background music was chill and smooth. We started by sharing an expresso. When you look at my pic, check out the cup - way cool. I ordered it "neat", but there are options. This was full of rich flavor, not acidic but a bit dry on the palate. But we really came to try The Floater. As you can see from my pic, this is a layered cold/hot drink - also way cool. We had it "Tulip's Choice" - with real milk. This is drunk as served, no shaken, no stirring. You'll get the simultaneous warm and cold temperatures and the slightly sweet coffee and the refreshing whole milk - all at once. I'd call if a fun drink. Towards the end, it became more milk than not. It's quite an interesting little place, in a tranquil setting (above Heritage Park).

And let me tell you she nailed it perfectly. Decor- specific and on point Atmosphere- welcoming and spacious The Coffee- WOW. As I mentioned, today was my first time here, and I'm fighting the urge to order a second coffee as I sit here staring at my empty cup. Yes it's that good. I had The Crater, and it was simply amazing. Full of flavor, delicious coffee, absolutely perfect velvety texture, with just the right amount of sweetness. Summary- I'll be back very soon. You should too.

That drinks themselves are unique and crafted thoughtfully-- lots of specialty lattes--not to mention delicious. The cashier was so friendly and helpful in telling us about different drinks and giving us some recommendations. They also have cool merch and partnerships with other small businesses that sell goods in their store. If I live in this town, this would be my go-to coffee shop.

Slow Bloom always has a rotated seasonal menu that literally reads like poetry. like wdym i have the option to get a Whimsical Strawberry Magic Cheesecake Latte???? i love hojicha more than regular matcha (before the "uuurm, actually--" comments i know they're both matcha) BUT MY FRIENDS STILL CALLED ME PERFORMATIVEEEE?? and do i care? HELL NAH. Hojicha tastes like a nuttier, cocoa-like, more roasted version of matcha, and Slow Bloom does Hojicha GREAT... close with all the drink cafes in KTown.... BUT IN THE INLAND EMPIRE BABY. it was so smooth, whisked, and CREAMY. the vanilla cream top really topped it off, it was perfectly balanced and not insanely sweet. BUT THE MATCHA IS FANTASTIC HERE TOO. i tried a sip of my friend's matcha latte and it was POTENT. ur not gonna get a light green matcha... it'll be dark, yet smooth and not bitter at all. definitely one of the top matchas in the IE. the coffee selection here are so unique, and you can tell they GENUINELY care about have high quality options and varieties (their drip options are plentiful, include origins, and flavor profiles... i see all you pretentious connoisseurs--)

Oh wait, the phone doesn't get answered either. I was really looking forward to trying their cappuccino, but it looks like they keep hours to match their profit motivation.

I have never experienced coffee like this before. It is 100% worth the stop. The banana latte is my go-to and honestly I have never wanted to try anything else. It is that good. But one time I told the owner I wanted something different, and he made me a chai latte that was just as amazing. You can tell they really care about what they're making. The espresso itself is perfection. It is smooth, no bitterness at all, and the quality is always consistent. Every time I go, it tastes just as good, if not better than the last. Coming from someone who used to drink Starbucks all the time, I can confidently say I will not be going back. I will always stop here instead. I LOVE this place and recommend it to everyone. It was one of the most unique drink options for an early morning. I had waltzed right in a few minutes after opening. The owner had barely put out the parking lot sign, when I had stepped out of my car. It's hidden inside the lot and if not the signs, I wouldn't have spotted it. Upon walking in, I noticed the catching art and design of the portafilter. I stared at the design and menu before ordering. I was the first customer of the day! The owner made small talk with me, but it was definitely pretty early. He was friendly and kind, as he was making my order. Watching him brew the coffee in front of me, while holding a casual conversation was a nice experience in the shop. He also gave me a coffee sleeve with my iced drink, just because I asked (I keep sleeves as part of a collection). The banana latte is strong. After drinking half of it, I can feel the caffeine hit, which is rare for sweet drinks. You can taste the coffee, banana, and milk. Definitely a bang for my buck. The overall aesthetic, taste, conversation, and price makes me want to visit again when needed!

There are only a few places to eat open for breakfast and other times. Unfortunately, the place was under renovations at the time of our visit. I was not able to go inside or see what the inner decorum looked like. Instead, I had a nice meal outside in the seating area. The food is pretty standard in terms of early cafe. I was kind of expecting more of a brunch menu. Instead, it is mostly breakfast sandwiches and other cold cuts. I did order the namesake of the store, the Stell Club. For me, the food was average. I think the best part of the meal was the bread. It was crunchy and moist enough. The sandwich meats were definitely on the dry and salty side. I wonder if they were fresh cut. Similarly, there was some sauce but I did not notice it very much between the mayonnaise and other condiments inside the sandwich. I don't know if the idea is to make the sandwich extra salty so I'll buy more drinks. I would rate this place in the category of come here if you're starving, wait for a different place to open if possible.
