From the start of the appointment to the end he was amazing! He shook all four of our hands, asked our kids what their goals were and really tried to interact with them. We went into the workout area and he let both of my kids try any approved machine they wanted and he took the time to really teach them how to use it safely, but with a fun twist. We went outside, he explained all the programs that were relatable to their ages, he said "hey" to other employees and had the kids wave to them and say hi. It was all very natural. Aside from machines, he taught them some dumbbell exercises with the lightest weights and then had them show off their muscles. My kids were excited before, but now they are PUMPED. We never felt rushed, always asked our permission before doing anything for them and really made them feel like they were meant to be there. We ended our appointment with him taking the time to walk us all the way to the doors, handshakes from us and lots of fist bumps from my kids. It's only been a day and my kids can't wait to go back. Thank you Alan for educating my kids, being patient and most importantly making them feel seen and important. Your impression will forever last in their memories and I know they look forward to seeing a familiar face when we all go together.

The ratio was one instructor to 2 children, so they definitely got the one-on-one instruction. By the end of the session they were jumping off the high diving board into a 12 feet deep pool! It was important to me to have my kids learn how to swim, and I'm so glad they have this program available!!

They don't even pay attention! The last day my daughter nearly drowned! Luckily I was watching her and I ran and pulled her out of the pool! I told the lifeguard and her reply was sorry there are a lot of kids here. Exactly and not enough lifeguards that pays attention. I told the supervisor in the office and she just said where was the lifeguard? Exactly! I do have to say instructors seem great but safety is not their priority! First day is chaotic with everyone in the kids pool and testing them has no rhyme and reason how your child is placed into a level. I do not recommend Turtle swim go to YMCA where safety comes first!

My husband says the men's side is generally pretty gross and has a lingering smell, but I've found the women's side to be clean and well-maintained, with nothing off-putting about the sauna experience.

If you want a pebble tec product there are only two authorized installers and this company uses Sol Pacific. I liked that Don's quote was fairly priced and he didn't try to push anything I didn't need. The quote I got from Gardner was almost double and included a lot of unnecessary work. The crew mistakenly installed expired mastic around the edge of my pool and Trevor owned it and replaced it without me asking which I really appreciated. Overall I was not blown away with Don's customer service. In the planning process I was referred to one single website to pick the tile. I didn't particularly like any of their options and asked if there was another company they could refer me to and got something like "not really they all went out of business". Within 15 minutes of searching I found another pool tile company. I asked if he had heard of it and he said he could get those tiles as well. I was told all the samples would be brought before I left on vacation, but Don delivered the last sample after I left so I had pick my tile based on texted pictures so as to not hold up the project. Trevor went and purchased tile grout without asking me my color preference which I found very bizarre. They were willing to exchange it. I never got any materials showing the different pebble sheen colors so I picked my color from a brochure provided by another company. Trevor asked for the final payment the morning my finish was going in. I said the works not done yet. They said ok then just mail it. I said "aren't you going to come inspect the final product?" and got back we don't have problems with Sol Pacific. Ok great, but then why hire you if they are checking their own work and how about that mistake with the expired mastic that happened just last week? They did come back after I asked, but I was disappointed I had to ask. If you pay for their start up they would naturally come back, but I prefer my pool man to own the water and felt penalized for that.

I came in 10 min early to set up my yoga class. I started looking around and noticed how dirty the whole room was. I took pictures and I was so surprised. There was so many employees and the gym is so disgustedly dirty. I'm so disappointed. Management should make some changes. It's so sad that there is no initiative to keep the gym spotless.
