My well was drilled by one of Hedmans competitors. It has been serviced by them as well until I had issues with the same problem over and over again. I called Hedman a year ago and they came out made a change to the electronics that resolved the problem. A year later my well stops working so I call Hedman early in the morning and they say they can't get to me until 11am. They have two other clients ahead of me. I think no worries I can wait till 11 even if my wife can't. Within minutes of hanging up the phone I get a call from one of there managers John Sharp who says he will be at my place in 15 minutes. Amazing he diagnosed the problem repaired the electronics issue and informed me of things to keep an eye out on that cause the issue he resolved. He was helpful informative and new what he was doing. On one of the first 100 degree days of this summer, our residence suddenly had no water. This discovery came about 7:00 pm on last Saturday night, 6/28. I estimated we would be out of water until Monday as the majority of local well people were already closed for the day/weekend. Our initial call was answered by Kelly who assured us that the problem could be addressed and proceeded to give us an approximate cost and that Andrew was in the vacinity and could be there in 20 minutes. Andrew arrived on time and was very helpful and positive about being able to fix the well problem. Friendly and confident he proceeded to replace the burned out relay and a couple of other minor issues that the well site needed. He was so informative and knowledgeable that we signed up his company for a yearly checkup and maintenance service. So Andrew turned our potentially weekend disaster into a a running well before darkness set in. We would highly recommend his work ethic and problem solving abilities. These guys are genuinely personable people. Andrew and John have been out to my house separate times for different issues on an older well we have. Dudes are super nice, so if you have ever had a different experience its probably you. They solved the problems after the flooding in Wilton for us and when we had bigger issues with a non grounded home and no water pumping. So they will get called anytime an issue arises and like I told John when he was leaving this past time, hope not to see you for a year or more. Mainly because of course that means something else is wrong. Good people, he even called personally the next day to make sure all was working good and we had peace of mind. read more

He was so nice so informative as i didn't even know our property had a well. He was quick in diagnosis of the problem. Used Hedman Drilling twice several months ago. We worked with John and he was very quick to arrive both times. The first was for a pre existing repair from a well inspection on our recently purchased home. The second time was much more of an emergency situation shortly after when our pump unfortunately detached and they had to pull up all 200 feet of pipe. John discovered that a previous repair performed by an unknown company that was not done correctly. He addressed the issue to ensure our pump would be much less likely to separate again. John went out of his way to take care of us and we really appreciated it! We were also really appreciative of Dan Hedman who was not only fair with pricing, but very patient with us allowing us a little extra time to pay for the unexpected repair. If you are in need of a well company and want up front personal service you must call Hedman drilling. Our pump went out and they were able to make the repair in a reasonable time frame. We also had some major well head redesign with electrical and welding new casing and the final results are nothing short of excellent work. There attention to details and building like it was there own is something you do not see in a company. They will not up sell you for parts not needed shows real quality and honesty. I would recommend these guys to everyone you know! We just recently completed our home, we started building it in the wettest winter and completed it in the hottest summer and I have to say that Dan Herman and Hedman drilling were the easiest part of this whole build. They understood what we needed better than we did as it was our first time building. They were even out here working in the bad weather to try and keep us on track and even though they knew we were not going to beat the rain, they committed to us when they we're going to have it done and they got it done early. They may not be the cheapest guys out there but I would rather pay the extra money to get a guy who you can trust and will be here for you in the long run than the cheapest guy!
