The following morning he arrived a few minutes before 8:30 am took a look at the pump and within no time the pump was up and running! Pesky bug got into the pressure switch! After talking to Trenchless; I received an email confirmation for an appointment on the same day (Saturday) which was within a few hours. I later received another email of a name (Joseph Johnson) and picture of the technician to arrive. I did receive a call asking if the tech could arrive earlier since he most likely finished his previous appointment and I accepted. Joseph arrived and we discussed the problem. I previously tried to resolve the sewer clog but was unsuccessful. I already had pulled the toilet so it was easy for him to start his rooter/snake machine and he was able to unclog the sewer line easily within an hour or less. Joseph was very nice and professional and cares about his customers and the service he provides. We chatted briefly and thanked him for the great work. I did ask him if they could camera the line so I can find the cleanout right in the front of the house (not near sidewalk) and he scheduled someone to come over on Monday. Do not use if under a time crunch for Real Estate. They have no concept of inspection period requirements. Drilling a well is usually a once in a lifetime thing. These guys made it bearable. It's expensive but these days all the drillers are so busy they won't even call you back.
