I went for a routine cleaning and was told that I had a cavity, I mean I have been going to this dentist for 2 years and now they are telling me I have a cavity? I did not have any teeth problem before this procedure. Now, the filling was done in my wisdom tooth, which again I have never had any trouble with before in my 51 years. The doctor drilled and filled and I went home. My teeth were sensitive but I thought it would go away. It did not. I went back to the clinic because I could not use the left side of my mouth at all. For some reason I got scolded and told how to chew my food by the doctor, they took an xray and lo and behold the filling was too far in. They did 'bite correction', more grinding and sanding and I was sent home. 2 months later, and I still cannot use the left side for chewing at all. SO not only I have super sensitivity in my tooth, I was made to feel like a dumb person who did not know how things were 'done in this country'. Now the only option I have is getting that tooth extracted. I lost my job and have no insurance anymore, so I cannot go and get the procedure done. Thank you Dr. Oltean for reminding me everyday what a mistake it was to trust you!!

Watched tv and had headphones during full process. The one downfall is they could not get me in for cleaning until Dec which means they are very busy. So best to schedule after first visit & keep appointments as they book as far out as my hairdresser. I do highly recommend them as so far the cost has not given me any heart palpitations like my former dental office. Honest, genuine and professional service.

I appreciated their online interface making it easy for me to schedule online (someone who has anxiety about calling and making appointments - part of why I had not seen a dentist for such a prolonged time). Their online interface also allowed me to input my insurance information ahead of time so I already knew they took my insurance. I needed to get a lot of work done but I truly appreciated Dr. O'brien's professionalism. She never once made me feel guilty about not seeing a dentist in so long and she didn't make me feel ashamed of the work I inevitably needed to get done. Dr. O'brien was also very cognizant of my comfort. When I felt pain, she stopped immediately to administer more numbing so that I would be as comfortable as possible during my procedures. The office staff were also extremely kind and fun. They walked me through every little thing: my insurance, cost, what I owed. They were able to quickly accommodate my schedule and I was able to get all of my fillings done within a week of my initial appointment. Overall, my experience here at Aurora Dentist Office was phenomenal and I'm grateful to have found such a kind and professional dental team!

Even after I reply that Yes, I am still coming, they send even more reminders. It's a bit crazy but I guess they really want to make sure you show up! When she called a little after noon she was told that they took walk in and could see her today if she got there by 5pm. She had to call out the rest of the day from work (a financial cost to her that she was willing to do to get help). When we got there to check in before 2:30pm the front staff person said that they were short staffed and couldn't do walk-ins today. When we told her that whoever answered the phone to use they could see her she acted it was no big deal. We asked her to go and see if they could still work us in since it was their fault that they told us to come in, and when she came out she said no. Horrible customer service and they don't care if they cost you big bucks by lying to you. This place used to be good, but has hit rock bottom.
