This establishment use to be closed on Mondays but now is open all days of the week/weekend. It's always crowded on the weekends and there is a wait. They don't take appointments but they do it all. Threading, waxing, lash extensions, henna, tinting and facials at affordable prices. If you pay with a credit card it's an additional $1 fee I typically bring cash. My advise is explain to the person doing your eyebrows on what you want for example "don't make them thin" "just clean it up." read more

The worst customer service ever. Employees take breaks between every customer to drink tea, eat breakfast, phone calls, picking songs and much more all while the line is out the door. I hadn't known this was a chain, having only previously seen and patronizing their Richardson location. I'd been growing my brows out for months, but even with the spots that are still filing in, I wanted to tidy up, and could no longer stubbornly cling to the hope of having only my favorite brow shaper in Fort Worth touch my face. I carefully explained about how I was allowing my eyebrows to go back, and we devised a plan where she would go one line at a time. These are things that eyebrow groomers often claim to understand, but then you leave frustrated and half bald about the eyelids. This woman (whose name escapes me now) was magnificent about not only getting overzealous with hair removal, but also continuously checking in to make sure we were on the same page. This is a little late but never will go back waited 45 min to get my eyebrows and upper lip when it was my turn it was time for closing not even 2 min in another customer comes yelling at the lady who is doing my brows to hurry up and the lady doing my eyebrows is rushing and not even half way done tells me sorry and makes me get up and takes the other person that is yelling at her I'm like wth and I get to the counter and they want to charge me for upper lip that hasn't even been done I was like no ur not gonna charge me and the lady turns and says no no don't charge her for that I shouldn't even have to pay for anything the way I was treated and my brows didn't even look right never again am I going back. read more

I love this place ! Its my Go To!!! I always come here whenever my brows are out of shapw or just horrible and theres no way i can fix it. They do tend to mess up sometimes . they mess uo by making mine thinner or somewhat removed one hair and it changes the whole look. I aint complianing bcs hair grows back and i fill in my hrows either way. BUT WHAT I DO DISLIKE IS that they arent focused they talk during do the threading of eyebrows and it gets me so mad bcs it takes like 10 mins when it could be 5. other than that place is good. read more

Horrible service, horrible staff, horrible customer service......I've been to Heenas multiple times when there was no other threading places nearby. Their staff is very rude, and you can tell their talking about you in their native language when their threading your eyebrows. If you're in the Carrollton location, you should go to Blossoms salon, they do a much better job, their staff is super friendly, and prices are very good. Once I had to argue with the front desk lady at heenas to get me my money back after I gave her a $20 bill, she charged me for services I didn't even have, and when I asked her to corrrect it, she said she would give me store credit instead. I said I'd rather not, and she rolledher eyes and eventually gave me my money back. The owner is also very rude. They only care of their money, they do not care about customer satisfaction at all. Also, my sister accidentally took my mom there to get her face threaded, and the ladies there made my mom feel super insecure about her face. The ladies at blossoms salon were super nice, and didn't say anything, just did what we asked them to do. read more

They should figure this out with the banking systems considering there are so many place within this vicinity. i do not recommend this place to anyone! i went in to get henna done on my hand. i felt very confident about them because they showed me a book full of pictures of henna they have done on customers. i showed the lady the picture from my phone of what i wanted done. she said she could do it. worst mistake of my life. looked like my 4 year old son had drawn on my hand. worst part is after i told her i wasn't satisfied she just walked away. i still paid which in reality they should pay me for having to walk around advertising this horrible piece of crap on my hand!! stay away from this place!! horrible customer service!!!! will never go back!! read more

Nothing Special! I have been at Heena Salon three times now. They use the same makeup tissues to wipe multiple client's faces...which is a serious hell nooo for me. I always have to ensure they do NOT touch my face with that dirty tissue. Other than that they can speak their language and talk on the phone the entire time. Avoid the new Highland Village location for brow tinting! I asked for light brown but ended up with spotty black splotches that won't wash out! I look like I have leopard spots! The technician could not have cared less and did not try to fix the problem -- and then, in broken English, had the nerve to ask if I was leaving a tip! Horrible experience! read more

Are usually go to the Mesquite location but because I moved and my usual girl who tried to eyebrows was out of the country and I decided to try to swim now I let the girl know that I want to do my eyebrows as they can as possible left as thick as the work and when she finished she showed me the results they are she left them really really thin! Don't waste your time or money going to this horrible place! That is unless you don't mind the two Spanish-speaking girls talking about you while you're sitting there having a procedure done. Let me start by saying that I am a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Texas and this salon is UNSANITARY. There were about 10 people in front of me and I watched the stylists perform services on each client without sanitizing the tools and their hands between guests. One of the stylists repeatedly dipped a one time use wax stick into the wax after touching the tool to a clients face which means the wax meant for everyone was being contaminated. When it was my turn I decided to only do lip/chin threading because the thread is one time use and immediately disposed of so I was comfortable. When I sat in the chair I asked the stylist to sanitize her hands and she looked shocked like no one had ever asked her to do that but she did. When I payed I asked to add a tip to the card and instead of asking how much the cashier decided for me and when I asked her to change it she said it was too late because she already ran the card. When I left I checked my bank account and noticed that she had charged me for more services than I had and when I called she said it wasn't an option to refund my money on my card that I could just get cash from her next time...Next time HA. State Board needs to take a look at this place. read more

If i could i would give them a 0 . I went a while back and i tried paying $5 with quarters and a $1 bill. Normally I love to spend around $20, but that day I had a budget problem so I had to spend $4 and the rest on tips. Once i tried handing out the quarters some chick didn't want to take my money which i was confused bc money is money and she seemed really bothered by it and i told her that i didnt have dollar bills on me only quarters and she was really bothered by that. Me being the nice person, i go back to my car and start searching my debit card knowing that i only have money for gas. I go back and I'm like i found my card and i tried to pay for the work she did, then she says oh no we don't take anything below $10 , so thats when it really got to me but i kept calm and eventually i just decided to tint my brows. I finally left paid and left them a $3 tip to a women and some chick just to be nice. Finally one day i decided to come back, 15 min before the place was closed. The doors where open and as me and a friend walk in the same chick was like ohh where cl.... and started laughing with some other women & i just said ok and left with my friend. She got lucky that my friend didn't shave her brows that day when she walked out if it wasn't for me. read more

I went with my friend for henna, the henna was alright. Then she decided to get eyelash extensions because the price seemed really good, so once she finished with her extensions I thought they were cute. So I decided to get eyelash extensions myself. Worst decision ever. First of all they don't even look "natural", they look like falsies. They felt so heavy on my eyes and taking them off was such a pain. The lady put so much glue that I couldn't take them off naturally. I had to rip off the lashes, which resulted in pulling off my real eyelashes. The lady said they would last 2 weeks but I took them off 4 days after I got them done. It ripped off so many of my real eyelashes that half of my eye is literally bald. On top of that the glue left me some sort of red bump on top of my eyelid. Never getting lash extensions from them again. First and last time getting them done, worst place ever. read more

If I could give negative stars I would!! Do not waste your time on getting any services there. Today was my first time there I decided to try it out because I live right across the street, and I was superrrrr disappointed. I had to go back once to get one of my brows fixed because the lady missed my whole top of the eyebrow, she didn't offer me a mirror to look that's why I missed it. I had to go back twice which was a waste of time and gas because I had realized I gave her a 20 dollar bill when I thought I had given her a 10 because my services was only 7 dollars. Once I noticed I imidiaetly called back to let the lady know I had made a mistake in giving her the 20. She did not want to give me my change back. She said once I left there was no refund... I was just trying to get my change back and she sat there arguing with me over my money. It was the worst expirience ever I never will go back or recommend it to anyone. How unprofessional of them of trying to keep my money instead of being humble and saying I'm sorry here's your change back...so unprofessional of the business owner to sit there and argue with a customer over their own money. They should advertise that they do no refunds once you walk out so no one gets ripped off. You defiantly get what you pay for. read more
