This place can do quick cheap work but I think they have poor hygiene conditions...My eyelid is swollen and inflamed after doing eyebrow threading with them...I never had this kind of experience with anybody else or ever had any allergies with any products or with threading or waxing. read more

I love it! I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time ever! 4 minutes and 4 dollars and I have the most perfect eyebrows ever! I also got a gorgeous henna tattoo for $12! Fast and pretty good for threading eyebrows. However, don't ever come for a facial. The man boss is terribly mean. All I did was gave him an honest feedback about the facial and he won't take it and yelled at me. The facial lady did a horrible job on me and hurted my face (she doesn't speak English either). My eyebrows!!! Eyebrows are so important to a person's appearance. I walked in just wanting to have my eyebrows cleaned up. And the price was excellent, only 4 dollars. I asked for just cleaning, not shaping, my eyebrows takes forever to grow back. By the time she was done, my left brow was shorter and skinnier than my right one! I was afraid to let her try to fix my right brow. I actually had to get my bangs cut from my hair stylist to cover up my eyebrows! After 4 months, my eyebrow's finally growing back. Fantastic place for reasonable prices fast and efficient service by professional staff

I only go there sometimes because its the closest waxing/ threading place. The ladies that do the waxing are quick but VERY rough, I always get bruises. I do have sensitive skin but I've gotten waxing done at other salons and i don't get bruised! I have not found a good person for threading yet..can anyone recommend some names? read more

IF YOU HAVE THICK EYEBROWS, READ THIS. I am SO disappointed in Heena's Salon for several reasons. I have thick eyebrows and entered the salon in order to get them CLEANED (via thread) and not shaped or thinned in any way. I could not have EMPHASIZED this any more clearly to the employees. I was instructed to go to a new threader-- a little girl (literally looked like she was 14). I was already uneasy but the other ladies were busy & I assumed WHOEVER WORKS THERE, KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING. (I was wrong.) While she was "threading" my eyebrows, she wouldn't stop looking at other people and wouldn't stop talking about other things. (She even told me "I love your brows! I had to grow mine out with a $150 oil) About a minute later, I stopped her because my uneasiness was extenuated with her lack of focus/attention. I looked in the mirror and she made my eyebrows a MESS. they were UNEVEN, a random chunk of hair was removed from the bottom of my eyebrow, and she made my right brow SHORTER. THIS HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY NIGHTMARE. I went to the lady working the cashier and told her THEY'RE HIDEOUS. She takes me to another lady (seems more experienced) & I EXPLICITLY TELL HER TO NOT MAKE THEM ANY MORE THINNER. YET that is exactly what she did in order to "fix" the previous little girl's mistakes. They went from being king sized sharpie-thick to 2 pen lines. AND--- THEY MADE ME PAY! read more

Went to Henna Salon for the first time and got my lip threaded. The setup was confusing and customers kept getting called to a chair out of order. The lady that did my lip was fast and switched to thinner thread because my hair is finer. She was quick but missed some hairs. The price and speed will get me to return though. I'll just have to be sure to check that all the hairs are gone before I get up out of the chair. read more

Do not, I repeat DO NOT go anywhere else to get your eyebrows done! I get my eyebrows threaded here. I have paid upwards of $15 in other salons to get my eyebrows threaded and end up with them looking like a disastrous mess, but Heena charges only $5 and I can say in all honesty that I have never been disappointed with how the results have turned out. All the employees are pleasant and do a great job. I have never encountered bad service! In the evenings and weekends especially, the salon can get very busy and it might seem like you would have to wait a long time but you wont. They are very efficient, even if there is a crowd you take a number and you won't have to wait more than probably ten minutes for your turn. And of course they offer other services than threading, they also offer waxing, henna tattoos, and bridal makeup just to name a few. read more

I went here to get my eyebrows done today and was extremely disappointed with the service. I sat down with Naina and initially she rudely asked my friend that was with me to sit somewhere else. After I sat down she began to thread my eyebrows pretty roughly, and since I have sensitive skin I asked her if she could be a bit more gentle. She rudely replied with "I am. You just have a lot of hair and this is what happens when you don't get your eyebrows done every two weeks" and continued to thread my brows with the same strength. Afterwards she began to speak badly about me to her coworkers in Hindi (assuming I would not understand) about how I was being too picky about the force with which she threaded my brows. She then proceeded to finish as quickly and did not even trim my brows properly. Overall terrible customer service! This was my first time going there and it will definitely be my last. read more

Sept. 27, 2012. WOW!!! This place is great. The service was fast and the results are excellent. If you can get pass the temporary discomfort of threading your eyebrows and upper lip, you are SUPER! This was my first time getting my upper lip (mustache) done. Even though my eyes watered through the whole thing, the end of it all is amazing. I decided to give them a try on the Brazilian wax job. Boy! The young lady...Petra is on point. No hair left.....clean as a baby's bottom. I was really impressed with the fact they make their own wax out of sugar, water, and lemon juice. I called the Richardson salon at 5:35 while driving on G. Bush to ask what time do they close. She said in 20 mins. I said ok. I should be there in 15 mins. She said come on. I pull up at 5:49. The lights are off. I called the 214 number and it rang and rang. I called the 817 number thats on the door. The person that answered said the salon closed early because of the holiday. I asked why didnt the person just tell me that. She asked me what was I getting done. So was she intentionally planning to waste my time? The person that answered apologized which is fine and dandy. I however dont like liars and feel I cant trust them so they will never touch my eyebrows. They are too important!!!I have never been here before. As soon as I walked in at 6:17, I was told that they are closed. I said no because they don't close until 6:30 and they said "Sorry it's the owner, plus we have a lot of people waiting". We went back and forth and She finally allowed me to get my eyebrows threaded, I sat for ONE SECOND and was called for my turn. My eyebrows were rushed and the lady refused to shape one side because "it barely had hair". I've been coming here for years, this is not good customer service. I'm sitting in the parking lot at 6:23 pm writing this. Rushed, no one looked happy or even said "thank you". I'll see how my next visit goes and if it's not acceptable then my money will not continue to go here. read more

Awesome Experience! The salon is located in the Party City parking lot.. This was my first time having my brows threaded (I ususally just touch up with a tweezer as needed), and I was actually nervous of what I was getting myself into when I walked in. My friend and I took our number and patiently waited (about 5 minutes) for ladies to become available for our threading. The entire process took about 4 minutes, and was not painful ( as I had been told it would be )- We left the salon with perfectly shaped thick brows. I am glad I was told about Heena, and I will be back every 4-6 weeks to get them touched back up!!! read more

I live in HP, but I travel north every month to get waxed at this place. The waxing ladies are very nice and very efficient. For $50, I get half legs, modified Brazilian and underarms. I've had to wait only once and only for about 10 minutes. Waxing takes about 20 minutes for everything I get done. I have gotten just a bikini wax and it took about 10 minutes and costed $15. So cheap and fast, I love this place! read more

I go to Heena Salon every 2 weeks or so to get my eyebrows threaded. I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes and they are quick and efficient. They do a great job of making my eyebrows even and listen well to how I would like them done. Yes, they do carry on conversations over my head in a language I don't understand and some of them are not the most attentive employees, but for $4 ($5 if paying with a card) it's still a great value for money. read more

I go to the one on Southbound side and have always received great service. You can't beat the prices. Only $4 for eyebrows, $5 if paying with a credit or debit card. You get what you pay for so watch out! There seems to be no system for taking clients. They have a number machine but weren't using it so it was kind of stressful figuring out who was next and if someone would try and cut in front of you in line. I waited about 20 minutes on a Thursday evening which seemed normal given the crowd. No friendly customer service from the technicians and I noticed that my eyebrows are totally two different shapes. No use saying anything because it can't be fixed until they grow out and need to be reshaped. I will continue driving to Las Colinas for my services. And the great thing is my spot there is only $1-2 more but much better organization and service. read more

Don't ever get the "eyelash extensions " they look horrible and thankfully they peel right off just like regular fake lashes. I paid 35$ for these trash lashes. And took them right off. They do great threading though. read more

I have been a regular customer here- about 4 yrs more or less and the services have always been the same (eyebrows, lips, sideburns). Last visit was an unpleasant experience because a lot of obvious hair was still left on the areas I request to have waxed off. However, I decided to give it one more shot hoping it wouldn't happen again especially since I felt comfortable coming here considering the years I have been a customer. After today's visit, I will never return. I specifically pointed out what needs to be done and the lady who attended me has worked with me before so it was no surprise. When attending to the sideburns, she applied wax over my entire cheek as if she was smearing peanut butter on my face or something. I told her that was too much wax considering the sideburns were what needed attention. She gave a stupid excuse that she wouldn't do anything in that area but she knows my skin is sensitive as it is and it immediately developed a rash. When she began to apply wax for my eyebrows, once again she smeared too much and nearly covered my forehead. Why on earth is it necessary to spread that large of an amount? Needless to say I had wax on my hair that wasn't even near my face and wax all around my ears and even neck which wasn't even touched. Too me, this just demonstrates she was rushing and very sloppy in her work. And unfortunately, I had to pay for it since the product was way too hot that it burned my skin and now has given me a rash. To top it off, eyebrows still had quite a few strands that require attention as well as the left side of my face where the sideburns were supposed to be taken care of. I personally recommend for you to stay away. They were great before but I don't know why the change in the quality of their work. I also find it disturbing that they do not sanitize their hands before and after each service considering how many faces and cash handling they do. GROSS! read more

I Used to go always there for waxing full body wax specifically. Never walked out happy with the results but i let it go because they tell me the hair is too small for the wax to get it .or wen I complain about how hot is the wax they say no its not its some ppl more sensitive than other ?!! . Well I'm The one who feels it not you so when i say its hot then its hot and they need to wait for it to cool down but they don't . Today after i let the hair grow for almost 4month because i have special occasion .before they started i told them to make sure the wax is not hot and to make sure there is no hair left and i told them to make sure that when they pull the strip they need to pull it against how the hair grows and to press on it before they pull it to make sure they don't cut the hair so they don't tell me the hair too small to be pulled i , they told me ok ok ,but one of them applied what i asked and the other she ignored , when i asked her to do it again she told me " you wont teach me how to do it " well she was doing it wrong and she didn't press on the strip hard so all the hair stick to it " so ofc ill repeat myself And when i asked her to go over the area again she gave me an attitude and she heated the wax again which i have told her not , and she did it in away to hurt me !!!!???. I was shocked from her actions and thats what made me write a review. Because I always go there and i tip each one of them 10$ each. And now i get treated this way. I don't think this is acceptable. I go here for getting my eyebrows done. This is less costly than other places. You get service what you pay for. Its your luck. Sometimes people you get your eyebrows done from are really good in their work. Others in the same salon will be so harsh with threading as if they are angry on something and taking it out on you. When I went on Sundays, I mostly got threading done by the owner who was perfect. The girls there need to gossip less and concentrate on the pain they cause their customers sometimes. read more

We were on the way to dim sum and my sister in law was like hey wanna get your eyebrows done since we're here? Sure why not lol. Normally I'm really picky about people touching my eyebrows since I'm a cosmetologist, but since I've become a mom, I've got no time to spare so I have to get things done spur of the moment if I want anything done. I was in and out in about 5 mins. Seriously the best 4 dollars I've ever spend for eyebrow threading! It's kinda ghetto and I was hesitant when I walked in, but my sister in law was like do it you'll love it..and she was right, I love my eyebrows!
