This is a hair salon and spa. I cam here for some much needed eyebrow threading before celebrating my sister's birthday (I was visiting her) and was more than super impressed. I was way overdue to get my eyebrows done. I just kept putting it off. Since I was visiting my sister and we were going out in the town as part of the birthday celebrations, I wanted to make some time to get my eyebrows threaded. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for eight years now. This was one of my favourite places. I walked in, a woman sat me down and started working straight away. She was gentle and shaped my brows naturally. I was quite pleased with how my brows came out. I went to pay and the stylist said it was $4! In my eight years of eyebrow threading, I have never paid less than $8. If there was one thing to sell me, it's the cheap price for great quality. Truly a bargain. I really like going here for face depilation. I normally wax full face and thread eyebrows. I can trust that they will not burn my skin and that my eyebrows will come out looking really clean and pretty--they can also add shape if your eyebrows are shapeless. Aside from the great results, it is a better price than most places--seriously. I've gotten waxed before, pay like $30 and get burned or my eyebrows don't look so great. I get full-face (with eyebrows) here for $15... the place is also clean and the aestheticians are very nice. Keep up the good work, Aesthetics Salon and Spa, you will have faithful customers! I LOVE THIS salon! These ladies know eyebrows! I've been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded and they've done an amazing job! I've walked in every time and they are quick. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait on the weekends, but it goes fast. $4 for eyebrows and $3 for upper lip, and they also have a cooling gel at the end. I have been coming here off and on for awhile now. Rani is the best person that has ever threaded my brows. It's not painful with her and they always look great. Don't let the low price fool you, this is the best place I've been to get my brows looking amazing. It's better to book an appointment with her because she is always busy since she's so great. I was in search of keratin treatment but I am so glad to learn that Brazilian blowout was also offered here! Because it was my first time going blonde, I needed the Brazilian blowout for keeping my hair healthy and less breakage. I called in and Hina was available right away. She also checked out my hair and during the entire process, she was very meticulous and careful. She made sure my hair received the treatment as much as my hair can get. She also trimmed it at the end because she said my hair was a little uneven. Honestly, it's been a while since I had a hair cut too. Well, my hair looks less damaged and dry as of now. I hope it lasts a lot longer too... but we will see. Then I had my eyebrow tinted because I wanted to have a little more color in my microblading eyebrows but it looks like I need to get another session of microblading. I think the eyebrow tinting wasn't right for my looks, so I'm not going to subtract stars for it. Plus the store honored the Yelp check in for a free eyebrow tint. Thank you so much. This place is a hidden gem and I'd love to come here again for eyebrow threading since other Yelpers are raving about it and facials and as well as hair color. I used to come here very often! If you go to the owner then you are for sure to get a great experience. The man sitting at the front desk is rude and needs to have better customer service with customers. I was just standing in front of him waiting for him to respond while he continued to use his phone. When I walked in initially he didn't even acknowledge my presence. I've had a few facials here before and they are definitely the best with the owner. Today I was a little disappointed because the room was very cold, the water used for the facial was cold, product was left on my face after the facial and the lady doing the facial kept turning the bright lights on in the room without covering my eyes. It definitely wasn't worth the money I paid. It was not the worst but not the best either. But like I said if you go the owner then you should be happy with the services! read more

If I could give this salon a zero, I would. I have been going to Rani for about a year now. Last time I was in, she mentioned that she could go a little darker; so when I went in today, I reminded her I wanted only my roots to be a little darker. After I got home and looked at my hair better, I found out that she colored them so dark that my roots didn't even match my other hair. So I went back and told her that I wanted all of my hair to blend together to the previous color that I came in with. She spent another hour plus two more colorings and my hair is still dark. She said she didn't color all of my hair, but she did. She colored all of my hair and covered up my highlights that I previously had and my hair is still dark. Now my face looks white compared to the color of my dark hair. When I called back to ask for a refund, she said come back in two weeks. Well, I'm not going back. I didn't like that the salon personnel all talk to each other in a different language anyway but I put up with it. But I won't put up with dark hair! Now I'll have to go somewhere else to have my highlights put back in because of her covering them up. read more

This was my first time at Aesthetic, as well as my first facial ever - very happy customer! It was very easy to make an appointment, and they were very flexible when I arrived about 5 minutes late. I advised the young woman that I had dry skin and it was my first facial, she advised the "$65" facial though I'm not sure what the name of it was. It was a very thorough facial, with nice smelling creams and very relaxing; also involved steam and an electrode device. All in all, a great experience for a first time. On my way out the gentleman at the register advised it would make for best results to do them once per month, and at their pricing I can say that should not a problem in comparison with others in the area. Really!!!!!!!! I made an appointment in advance for a reason! I chose this place because it had good ratings, but I am not impressed and very disappointed how they conduct there business. Love Love Love this salon. I have been going here for almost 10 months now. I live about 20-25 minutes away and I don't mind the drive because this is by far favorite place to get a Brazilian wax. The prices are affordable, the staff are friendly, and I always come in on a walk in basis and never have to wait. Rani has been doing my waxes and she is lovely.
