DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! The owner Rob R. Rogers is a CROOK! He completely RUINED the suits for my wedding. He was extremely rude to me (the BRIDE), my husband, my mother in law, and the 8 groomsmen. We reached out to him in April about getting suits for the wedding in June. My husband picked out the suits for everyone the first week of May. By the end of the month there was still no email to the groomsmen, no email to us--nothing! I called to follow up and ROB started yelling at me because I was simply just following up because I wanted to make sure all of the groomsmen had their suits because they had not received any information. He yelled at me and said that he was busy. My husband went there two days before we left for our wedding to get his suit and the suit was completely wrong. Rob started yelling at my husband like a crazy maniac and provoking him to fight. My husband left the store and Rob said that he would have the suit the day before we left for our wedding. In the next two days, my husband was able to get his suit but when the groomsmen picked up their suits, they were mismatch pants and broken cuff links etc. in our wedding photos the groomsmen all had different pants on. After our wedding, we went to return the rentals and the WIFE of Rob Rogers, SANDRA started yelling and arguing with my mother in law. After about 20 minutes of back and forth my mother in law left. The following day, another groomsmen turned in their suit and requested for their money back and he called the cops on him and then proceeded to yell at my mother in law AGAIN. This man, ROB ROGERS IS DANGEROUS! I was looking for a quality rental place for a wedding, and assumed that heights tuxedo was the place. The quality of the material was so cheap feeling and looking and was very surprised. In addition, three of the five suits were measured incorrectly and had to be corrected at the last second...even though I ordered them a month beforehand. Two of the suits had buttons fall off and generally did not fit any of the party properly. I ended up buying a quality suit as I was embarrassed to wear it. When I spoke to the owner during & after, I found him to be disconcerting and unwilling to accept the truth nor offer any sort of discount or apology for all of issues that we encountered due to inefficiency on Heights Tuxedo. Would highly recommend that you don't use them, as quality, management, and responsibility to do the right thing seems to be foreign to the owners. read more

Fantastic service and quick turn around. I needed a Tux for an event that was occurring within a week. The big box guys were willing to provide me a tux for a larger rental fee plus a rush fee. Heights Tuxedo was able to provide me with the tux I needed in time, with no rush fee, and for a lower price than the other guys. 10/10 would return here for all my tux needs. read more

Customer service is lacking. It seemed we were an interruption from the time we walked in. We weren't really given any guidance or help in selecting the items that we needed (vest, tie, cuff links, etc.). The man in the store took measurements and rushed us out. He didn't offer us any options to look at different cuff links or buttons. He said the tuxedo would be ready the day prior to the event. My son was never allowed to try the entire set of clothing on prior. When we arrived on the day before we needed the tux, it had wrinkles ironed into it. (I looked at every other jacket in the store, not a single one had wrinkles pressed into it.) And it was frayed, and well-worn. The pants were much too large and we had to insist on a better fitting pair. When I asked for a different jacket I was told I would have to come back the next day. On the day of an event one doesn't have time to come back. The gentleman who came in after us was told his items would be ready two days prior to his event. Why couldn't we have had this service? When I complained about the wrinkles ironed into the jacket, the man in the store took the jacket and pressed more wrinkles into it and told me that if I wanted to iron it at home I could. When we took the wrinkled jacket home for my son to initially try it on, with all the items, for the first time, since he was never allowed in the store to put on all the items together, a button fell off the coat. I do not recommend this store. The man in the store, whatever his name is, gives the impression the customers are a real bother. My teen son selected this store because it has been in business so long. He thought that implied good service. If you notice, most the positive reviews are years old. Be warned. read more

I was the father of the bride at a San Antonio wedding last weekend. The local groom had numerous groomsmen from out of state along with a few locals. The owner Rob went beyond normal expected service to accommodate all the suits measurements, rental arrangments, and overall service. Everything went very smoothly and Rob even arranged to pick up all the suits at the downtown hotel on Sunday, thus avoiding having the out of state groomsmen figuring how to get them all back before flying out. Great customer service. Rob is reliable and professional. We hired 3 suits for our groomsmen, 2 of whom flew in from England for our wedding. Our groomsmen from out of town sent their measurements to Rob in advance of the fitting. At the fitting, one of the guys needed a different size vest and the other a different size jacket. Rob ordered these in the next day. No worries. I would give them 10 stars if I could! We came into town last minute for my father in laws funeral. Rob was wonderful over the phone when I called ahead from the road. He came in an hour early the next morning to fit my sons for suits. He was great with the boys who were not thrilled to wear a suit. He had their suits ready in a matter of hours. He even gave one of my boys an extra option for pants, just in case the fit wasn't perfect. At a time when we really needed things to go smoothly and quickly, it was nice not to worry about suits because Rob truly took such good care of us. DON'T RENT FROM THEM! I've never had a worst customer experience in my life. We ordered tux's for my brother's wedding. We were also told that sending measurements in online would be fine. Well that was far form the truth! Sizes were completely off, it doesn't make any sense to get a medium shirt and an extra large vest. One of the groomsmen didn't even get shoes. When I called, after the wedding because it was a weekend, Rob was horrible. He stated it was all our fault and we must've entered the information incorrectly and not ordered shoes. I went and looked at the order forms and everything was ordered correctly. If it is an out of town wedding, with people flying in, it can be impossible to fix problems on the weekend. If Rob ever would've said I'm sorry or sounded the least bit apologetic it would've helped. He was extremely rude and did nothing but blame us for the problems. He even started yelling at me over the phone at one point. Learn some customer service!! read more
