Do not rent from this place…read more 1. On 1/17/26 I reserved a tuxedo. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday 1/21/26 and that I would get a call before 2pm 2. On Wednesday I called at 3:42, I was told they were about to call me. I had an event at 5 pm at a location at across town. I was given a tuxedo to try on with a shirt that was 3XL. I have never worn anything larger than a L. I was told they could hem the shirt and be ready by 6pm. When I informed them I had to be across town at 5pm the older clerk angrily said "do you want it or not?" I politely said I would pick it up Friday afternoon. The jacket would have to also be hemmed up to match the shirt sleeves. 3. Friday afternoon I had another event that run late so at 5:46 I called them to inform them I would be 8 mins late to pick up the tuxedo. 4. The shirt was still fitting to big but i thought if i keep the jacket during the whole event on Saturday it would be ok. 5. The jacket sleeved were hemmed up about two inches from the mark the young staff member had done. The older gentleman even said it was hemmed up way above the mark. That gentleman was able to fix the jacket sleeves on the spot. 6. On 1/24/26 at 10:01 the event organizer informed all attendees the event would be cancelled due to the deteriorating weather conditions. At 11:18 I called Image Avenue Clothiers to inform them I would be returning the rental. I asked about their cancellation policy the young staff lady informed she would call me in 30 mins because they never had that happen in the past. I did not receive any calls. 7. I showed up around 1:20 with the tuxedo and rental agreement that has a cancellation fee of 50% on it. I was told by the older staff lady that I would not get any refund. Spend you money somewhere were you will be treated better.

Each time the owner has tried to charge me for their mistake.I took a 600 dollar suit to get tailored , he charged me 117 dollars to ruin my suit . When I told him I was not happy with the way the suit turned out he tried to tack on an additional charge . The owner was super rude about it . I'm sure the business will not go belly up on the count of my bad review , but if you don't want to deal with poor quality and service please stay away from this place .

I am extremely disappointed by the way my niece was treated by Olivia Grace Bridal…read more My niece recently got engaged and was excited to begin the process of finding her wedding dress. She made an appointment, only to receive a call from the shop canceling it. During that call, the associate asked her, "Do you even have a wedding date yet?" and questioned when she had gotten engaged and whether she had even started planning. She was also told that because they charge a fee to try on dresses, they suggested she get a wedding date first. There is absolutely nothing wrong with asking reasonable questions about an appointment, but the way these questions were presented came across as judgmental, dismissive, and condescending. A newly engaged bride should be made to feel excited and welcomed--not made to feel as though she isn't "engaged enough" or doesn't belong in the shop because she doesn't have every detail of her wedding planned yet. What makes this especially frustrating is that my niece was genuinely looking forward to shopping for her dress. I am her uncle, and I am fortunate enough to be purchasing her wedding dress for her. Whether that dress costs $1,000 or $10,000, the price isn't the issue. The issue is how she was made to feel. Unfortunately, Olivia Grace Bridal has lost our business before we ever even walked through the door. There are plenty of bridal shops that understand that every bride's planning process is different and know how to make a newly engaged woman feel special. My niece deserves to feel celebrated during this exciting time in her life. She will be finding her dress somewhere that appreciates her business and treats her with the respect and kindness she deserves.

Before you buy a suit from this store, DM me and I will personally call you and talk you out of it…read more Against my better judgment, I decided to give Jos A. Bank another shot. And this store succeeded in one thing. I didn't think I could have a worse experience than I had the first time I wondered into one, but really this one is the worst. Here's some context. MY SON is getting married. I decided that due to the occasion I should add somthing new to the wardrobe. It's a very special occasion. I tried a bespoke tailor but really not enough time. So now I go into this Jos A Bank on a Wednesday. My first instinct when a young man came to measure me was to run away, as he didn't make me confident that he was getting the correct measurements. But I allowed him to continue. Saturday comes around and I get the message to return and pick up my new suit. I return to the store to find my suit had some oily spots on it. I bring it to the attention of one employee and they ask me if I will have time to run it to the cleaners before the wedding. I politely said no honey, I will not accept the $700 suit with oil. I was then asked to return after a couple hours to pick it up again. A couple hours goes by and I return for the 3rd time to get my suit. I am told it's all cleaned up, and so I take it and I also purchase two more ties and an overcoat. I return home and take my suit to my closet to prep it for the wedding. I see many more oily spots, even larger than the first few I saw in the store. Now I have to return to the store for the 4th time during rush hour, with my brand new suit with oil spots. 1 hour of traffic later I get back to the store for the 4th time with the suit. I show the manager and he informs me that there are two options. He can have it cleaned, or take measurements and have a second suit made. It's Saturday and express that im feeling anxious about everything as I need the suit to be ready to fly on Tuesday. I'm assured everything can be ready before. Remember I said fly on Tuesday for the 5th time. Monday rolls around and I call the store, I haven't heard anything. I've had no updates, no reassurance. I leave a message to return the call at my office as I did not have my cell on this day. Hours and no return call. I call again. I get told "the manager is still out, I'm sorry". I ask for someone to call him and ask him to call me. Finally I get a call and I'm told "I called and left a message on your cell". Now I'm getting pissed and worried. I finally get the update: Your suit will be ready to pick tomorrow (Tuesday) at 9am. At this time I needed to be at work before the airport at 11:30. I always communicated and over communicated my schedule and flights and when I needed this suit by. I was guaranteed the whole way through. I had guarantees all the way until it was too late to even find a replacement suit off of the rack. I fly tomorrow and this store had over a week to fix this situation. I'll wear and old suit to my sons wedding day and didn't even get an apology. It's very odd and strange for a store to sell $1000 in merchandise amd them treat customers this way. I ultimately returned everything and will swear to god I will never return to Jos A Bank again. When I returned everything I didn't even get a "hey we are sorry", it was very informal and it even had a guilty feel to it, like I should have not returned what I purchased for $1,000 after all of the failures. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place ruined a special day and gave no consideration to it being their fault.

Slowly, they completed serving their current customers, so he thought he'd be next. In the meantime, he walked around the store several times. Nope, they looked him in the eye and went off to do other things. You think they'd talk to him just because they think he might be a potential shoplifter. Nope, not even that. Not a word of acknowledgement. Bummer. More was expected.
