It was easy coordinating with Danny, Ivan and the foreman on site throughout the entire process. From the detailed proposal to final touch-ups with painting, I could tell how much they cared about doing a thorough and quality job. Not only was the perimeter of our house very clean (cleaner than before they started), they also helped clean up the debris that ended up in our garage because of the exposed ceiling which I truly appreciate. Typical sales scare tactics were used like telling us a leak was from condensation due to the lack of ridge vents. We have gable vents and so does every other house on the block. By his logic, every old house without ridge vents should be leaking water. I've been in my attic, there's no condensation issue. Their price for a new roof seems fair but given our roof is 12-15 years old with two leaks, it's far from needing a full replacement. They also offered no warranty if we went with a repair. He also estimated my roof to be 25 years old when my home inspection and other roofers estimated 10-15 years old.

Eighty-four years and 4 generations! For them to stay in business this long, they're doing things right. What made us finally decide to choose them to re-roof our house was how we were treated. Don was very knowledgeable. He taught us a lot of things and gave the right recommendations. Communication was excellent! Chelsea was so easy to speak to and she was always eager to help with all our questions. They were very friendly so we always felt at ease with no pressure whatsoever. But what matters most are results. We're very detail oriented so we looked at every aspect of the job. From placement of the shingles, how some of the fascias were replaced, the placement and spacing of vents, installation of new rain gutters, to the flashing of the chimney and everything else.
