Needed A last-minute gift for my stepdad's birthday today. I'm the new girl in town and have zero idea where I was going to accomplish that. The first place I stopped by was a hard pass because they had let's just say less than classy Cigars. Helios was my second stop and I'm so glad. For starters the lounge is super vibey but most importantly, the nice man with a beard who assisted me was super welcoming from the jump. All I told him was I needed some good cigars as a gift. He asked me my budget & cigar preferences of the person I was getting the cigars for and boom, he walked me into the cigar humidor room (which btw is a very sexy room even for someone that doesn't really smoke cigars (aka me). He grabbed two diff cigars with complete confidence & told me he will love them. I was nervous once I got home wondering maybe my step dad will hate these, didn't get the right ones? Blah blah. When I got home I put the bag of hand selected Cigars on a plate next to his fav muffin cake (with a balloon & a nice bottle of wine, duh). Had my first visit to the Mirage Cigar Lounge a couple months ago. Just getting to writing my review. Parking was easy. Getting to the lounge itself wasn't a problem either. My Wife and I were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we entered. Felt very welcomed. First impression walking in was WOW. Very clean, classy, comfortable and friendly environment. As somebody who's only been smoking on occasion for a few years, I consider myself a "newbie" in the cigar world, I had a lot of questions. Their staff was extremely knowledgeable. By asking us a few questions about our tastes, etc. They were able to immediately recommend several cigars for us. Very reasonably priced as well. We left with several cigars that were added to the humidor at home, marinated and later smoked. They were super enjoyable. Next time will be enjoying a few smokes inside their top notch lounge. 10/10. read more

The smoking area is comfortable with great seating and big screen TV's. What truly makes Mirage a great cigar destination is the private member's side of the lounge. They also offer a membership room and it's $100/month. They even have a special price for people outside the immediate area for half price! And the membership gives you half off of cigars also. Denny helped me and introduced me to Kevin and Mike, the owners. Great sweats and TVs to watch the games, and the regulars aren't quiet about including you. Prices were average, even reasonable, given the area. They even invited me to a special event the next night at the casino. Unfortunately, when I got there, I couldn't find them and forgot to bring Kevin's business card that Denny had provided. So I just ended up eating a steak on my own. She gave me a tour of the humidor. I mentioned I never had a cigar before and she made a recommendation. She walked me through the steps and showed me how to enjoy a cigar. Looking for a place to watch Peach Bowl and was welcomed into a cigar lounge with a fully stocked humidor, leather chairs, friendly personnel & customers and large TVs. Five Guys 50 feet away and Yard House next door. Why isn't there a Mirage Cigar Lounge in Atlanta! There's also a private club to join that allows access to a contiguous TV room (3 giant screens) with plenty of space and uber comfortable leather chairs.
