This is the cutest, tiniest little bar I done ever been to. They don't have a great draft selection, which was a little disappointing.. but the service was lovely, and it seemed like everyone there was a regular, which gave it a nice local feel. Overall, it was cute and worth a visit. I probably wouldn't return, but it definitely seems like a spot the locals enjoy. read more

The Little Bar was an unexpected surprise after our previous plans fell through. My group discovered this hidden gem almost by accident, but we're very glad that we did. Immediately the bartenders (Elexus and Katie) showed us why the Little Bar should have been the originally planned destination. The drinks were not only delicious but they looked like works of art. The word "delicious" does not do the food appropriate justice. After tasting the pozole, we absolutely had to meet the chef (Polama[sic]). The overall experience was so awesome that we promised Elexus and Katie that any time that we're in Palm Desert again we will definitely make plans to visit Little Bar. read more

Little Bar is a great find if you're in Palm Desert. This place is great for meeting up with friends for a quick drink and a meal or to come out with the family. This place is small inside, few seats at the bar and a few small tables, but they have a large patio with plenty of seating outside. They're dog friendly, which I really appreciated. The servers were all attentive and all three of the servers kept coming around asking if I need anything. My Cadillac Margaritas were great, the Burger was juicy and my Tater Tots were nice and crispy. I will be back! read more

These drinks are STRONG. And delicious but be warned they will knock you over. The Kiwi Basil cocktail was def the winner. Even if you don't like cucumber drinks (I don't) they nailed this one, it combines cucumber, lemon, gin, kiwi, elderflower and basil. Sounds crazy but it's crazy amazing. The Bold Fashioned was also good, a nice take. But the Kiwi Basil won. read more

I've been here before and remember the filthy tots are 5 star and the drinks were very good. If I can find the photos I will upload them from my last visit near a year ago. Last night I decided to grab a quick bite on my way home. I grabbed a seat at a table as the bar was completely filled with patrons. Little bar has a nice outside (covid-era) patio and the inside is dark, lively and plays great music - great vibes. Staff is friendly, attentive and quick to refill water and bring the check once asked. I had a cheeseburger and a water. Cheeseburger: 5 stars. Solid 5 stars. At around 14 bucks the price is steep, but the burger was *perfect*. It comes with a dill pickle spear. Lovely brioche bun with slight smattering of flatgrill grease. I opted for the raw onion as opposed to the grilled onion. Burger patty is perfectly cooked, crisp romaine lettuce and delicious melted american cheese (wonderful guilty pleasure) to round out the perfect burger. small, but delicious. I would order this again. Water is ice cold, delicious. If it wasn't so late after work I would have ordered a cocktail or two and stayed longer. I look forward to coming back. read more

We did takeout. It was fast and ready on time. The man who answered the phone and took my order was friendly and helpful. Our food was plentiful and delicious. My husband had cheeseburger and fries both which were exactly as he likes those. I had the wedge salad with a different cheese. It was great. First time visiting today 2-17. Unfortunately, our experience was not that pleasant. I counted 6 staff members, so there were enough employees to attend to us. We sat at the bar...two lower seats. What staff did, they walked past us at least 5x before someone acknowledged us (a good 15 minutes). Finally, one of the staff members took our drink order. Then we never got the order. Can't remember the staff's name, but he did honor the drink, as a complimentary drink. Food and drinks were great. After the BAD SERVICE, and after we got our food, staff was a bit more attentive. Not sure if I'll return, probably wouldn't matter because they never noticed us the first time. I believe in tipping when well deserved, if it wasn't for my friend being such a beautiful soul...no tip!!! gg read more

Its name is accurate, a tiny bar! Not true, it's small but if you get there like we did around dinner time, it was completely filled, so we sat outside and had drinks. Hubby had beer, and I tried the Hibiscus Margarita- it was on point! Although the temperature dropped slightly, it was still a bit warm so in order to keep ourselves hydrated we kept drinking water with our drinks and to cool us down along with the outdoor misting system. I imagine it's nicer as the evening progresses. Food smelled and looked good, we'll have to give it a try next time. read more

We've been to this bar twice now when visiting Palm Desert, and it's quickly become one of our favorite spots. The vibe is perfect - laid-back and not too loud, so it's great for grabbing a drink and hanging out. The drinks are strong and packed with flavor! The foam on the espresso martini was amazing! Absolute best atmosphere in the valley. We spend 1 month a year in the area and visit Little Bar at least a half dozen times. The bartenders are friendly and attentive. The setting is the best part. Inside is pretty cool and the patio has a good vibe if you're here with a group. The bar is better if you're solo. Locals are friendly. The drinks are okay. They have a good selection of beer. I had a "bold fashioned" which is on the sweeter side. Can't speak for other drinks. I wouldn't recommend the food. This isn't a restaurant, it's general bar food. The tater tots are good if you're in a group. The burgers are okay but very pricey for what they are. I do not recommend the pizza at all. Overall, this place is best if you're grabbing a couple of drinks in a friend group. If you're solo, stick to the bar for a little bit. Food isn't great and pricey. read more

We had a party of six. It was raining for only their small inside area was available. They actually moved a couple of tables to other spots as to accommodate us! Service was excellent. Food was good. Love the buffalo cauliflower bites and chicken wrap. Husband had a burger and really enjoyed it (they are known for their burgers). We will be back. What took us so long to discover this gem?? Nonetheless, we know now (that we've visited twice in 3 days!). Everything about this little place is great: the fun atmosphere, the locals vibe, the friendly-&-attentive staff, the impressively fabulous food, AND the delightfully strong cocktails!! Perfect for what we were looking for; we wanted a casual spot with table games, good food, and craft cocktails and we found it. Showed up with my lady super hungry for dinner, and thirsty. The misses ordered a margarita and myself a whiskey on the rocks. Elexis was our bartender. Super friendly and margarita was phenomenal . Food came out super fast, and really delicious. We ordered a cheeseburger, the carne asada fries and their soup of the day was chilli. Overall food was 10/10. Drink prices are pretty high and the food prices are astronomical for what you get. Stopped in on a recommendation from a friend and left pretty disappointed. I ordered a cheeseburger and a beer and it rang up to $30, despite the food being pretty generic. The bartenders weren't very welcoming and came off as passive aggressive. There isn't much of an atmosphere, it's just dark. The best part of the whole place was the bathroom because it was the only part of the bar with any personality. read more

What can you say about the little bar?! It's little: the name does it justice. Little bar is located in a strip mall off 111. Good size outdoor space to enjoy in the winter. The interior space is small but well appointed for a good time in an unpretentious environment. Cocktails are not cheap for this causal bar: average price of a cocktail is 16 dollars. Cocktail drinks on menu look good. During happy hour they are 4 dollars off. We didn't try the food, but I heard good things about their chicken sandwich. The ambience is amazing and I always think of that poor restaurant that everyone has to walk by to get to the Tommy Bahamas restaurant and it's never busy. I think when you have such a great restaurant like Tommy Bahamas next to you, any restaurant will suffer a bit. My recommendation is don't let it take 10 years before you go to a really good restaurant ‍‍

With happy hour, there was a couple dishes that was included. Also they offered a deal with a charcuterie board and a bottle included. We just went with a glass of their house red and white. I stopped in for lunch with my wife and was pleasantly surprised. When they say "Little Bar" they mean it literally. It looked like a bar inside of a man cave, but that was the beauty of it. You felt like you were at home with friends. The menu was small but the service was fast and the food was great. Why have I never heard of this place before. Went there on Friday night with some friends. What a great time. The outdoor area was completely full. My friend and I ended up talking to some women from San Diego. They were fun. The cocktail I had was awesome. I think it was called the Paradise Mule. I will be back here again soon! read more
