The buffet is from 11am-3pm at $20 pp. the buffet bar is pretty small but does have the main items such as grilled tandoori chicken, butter chicken, chicken curry, biryanis, and a few other traditional Indian dishes. They do have a sauce bar with some salad and one dessert porridge. I will say, I wish they had goat curry (vindaloo) and some fried items like pakoora and samosas. For dessert, I do wish they had gulab jamun and jalebi as a standard. Most Indian buffets I've been to, carry these items. I tried most of everything and they were each good tasting. I'm a big fan of their tandoori chicken because it's freshly grilled and really tasty. I wasn't a big fan of their butter naan; their version of naan is more like a baked pita which threw me off. I'm used to the long traditional stone oven baked naan with burnet holes, etc. I also wish they served ice as normal rather than asking for it because the water is really like warm which was not pleasing. The service has been consistently good, with attentive and friendly staff. The ambience is pleasant, modern, clean, and welcoming, with good-quality tableware. And then there's the food!, flavorful, authentic, and remarkably consistent. The dosas were perfectly crisp, the chutneys delicious, and the sambar was spot-on. What impressed me most is that the quality and taste have remained consistent across all four visits, something I have rarely experienced at an Indian restaurant in the USA. Everything we tried was excellent: Masala Dosa, Masala Onion Dosa, Rava Dosa, Rava Masala Dosa, Paneer 65, Tawa Paneer Tikka, Pesarattu, Andhra Garelu with Sambar, and the Thali (available on weekends for lunch).
