Recently, my rental building changed over to this app & we are charged a new monthly amenity fee as result. I did not want to download app but was told by management there was no other way to do basic things such as put in elevator or maintenance requests. Upon downloading & opening this app I was outraged by the fact it obviously serves a sales/revenue generating business NOT the typical resident building program . Why am paying an amenity fee ($50 per month) to have a business (Hello Alfred) push various products & services on me? I have to PAY for this privilege to be solicited? Is this a joke? The business model seems to be geared towards rental buildings where tenants have no choice and the cost is dropped on them in the way of amenity fees. Hello Alfred makes money off services and the building makes a cut of that fee. I suspect without the costs being passed/forced onto the tenant Hello Alfred would turn into Goodbye Alfred. I went back & forth on chat with Alfred rep which was more frustrating than helpful. I asked to speak to a supervisor in the United States. The rep claimed he/she/it was located in NYC. I was never connected to a supervisor as per my request. Hello Alfred had a major data breach in '23 which included names, addresses, personal/credit card info, etc. I read the TOS on the app the user is required to agree which includes a class action lawsuit waiver and arbitration agreement. It took the customer service rep 2 days to come up with a solution to email Alfred directly in connection with elevator and maintenance requests and to also remove my email from their sales solicitations. All of this would be frustrating if I was not PAYING for this service and it's worse because I am PAYING for Alfred. I should be able to submit building requests (buildinglink) and pay my common charge (clickpay) as I do with my condo in NYC on a website. We all should have an option to OPT-OUT of their sales garbage. read more

I have LOVED the Hello Alfred service so far! They are so attentive and honestly save me a ton of time. Kassie does my building and does a phenomenal job every time. I trust her completely when she enters my apartment while I am at work, and I love coming home after she's been there! My building offers a light clean up for free which is wild to me because it is always SO well done. She wipes everything down, tidies up, makes the bed and changes sheets, and takes out trash/recycle. On top of that, I have her get my groceries. It has been so nice never having to grocery shop for myself! If your building has this service, I highly recommend you try it out! read more

I definitely advise to stay away, especially if you are considering them in San Francisco. It's a shame that nice buildings in the city parter with these gross amateurs. First of all, the only way to communicate with this "business" is through their in buggy app messages, where you typically get one response per day. It took me 7 days to schedule a cleaning. The cleaning was mediocre at best 2 times out of the 3 they came in. They cleaned a 2 bedroom apartment in 1 hour, I've never had a cleaning before that took less than 2-3 hours. They were completely careless with my furniture and ended up vacuuming over a floor lamp base and leaving about 10-15 deep scratches on it. I let Alfred know about the damage to the lamp and they asked me fill out a claim form. After several weeks of back and forth, they kept insisting that the cleaning vendor needs to come (don't mind covid spike) and try to "clean the scuffs" from the lamp with some chemical without giving any consideration to whether this chemical will ruin the lamp further or will invalidate the warranty of the lamp. They stated that only after trying to deep clean the scuffs, will they "submit the claim," whatever that means. This is a very amateur business that should never have access to anyone's property. They also dented a wall by a falling vacuum. If you have any furniture you care about, definitely avoid. read more

My actual Hello Alfred lady is pretty good. Once when I was looking for an item I thought I had missed placed I wrote into the app thinking I could ask my cleaner if she might've seen the item. I received an email back from a manager basically accusing the cleaner of stealing. I canceled my service for three months because of this. When the cleaner finally resume service she and I had a conversation where management miscommunicated entirely but it had no effect on our relationship thankfully. My Hello Alfred lady informed me that she would be away for the holiday for two weeks but after one week someone arrive to do a cleaning. I asked the woman who she was because I never seen her before not once did she say she was a manager. Out of nowhere I get an email from Hello Alfred "area manager" now, requesting time and a contact number to discuss my service going forward. I told the person I was free until three this person call me at 2:53. She then proceeded to tell me that if I did not buy a deep clean from them that they would no longer be doing my tidy up. When I explain to her that I have a regular cleaning person who does deep cleaning for less this woman said that she needed to come and inspect my apartment to see if it was clean enough. Here's the thing I keep my apartment magazine cover ready the worst condition could be described as a few pair of shoes not put away and maybe some clothes falling out of the closet or on the bed. How intrusive of this non-certified cleaning lady to tell me that she plans to judge the cleanliness of my apartment when I never agreed to keep my apartment in any condition for the cleaning lady in the first place. What service requires you to clean up before the cleaning lady or face a fee of at least $200. I told her I thought this was a poor attempt at a sales call and I maybe would've considered it if she did not offend me first. I know for a fact my neighbors don't even take the care I do to straighten before they come to clean but nobody else got this call. Outrageous and appalling. There's is a crackhead in this building on income based that hangs out with his crackhead homies here and the hello Alfred told me about it because she cleans his apartment but my place isn't safe. We've been using Hello Alfred for groceries for a few weeks now, and I can say I'm very happy we switched to them after using Instacart since COVID started. I'm learning that our Alfred, Bobby, does read our instructions to the letter, but it can be a bit confusing for both of us, since the app doesn't link your item requests to a specific list item (as Instacart does), although you can upload a photo. I imagine that as you get used to using the grocery delivery service a bit more, these issues will go away, but I imagine it's a bit frustrating for the person doing the shopping to read a short essay about each item on the list. Aside from that, however, the service has been great. When I ask if our Alfred can get a specific item if he's already going to a specific grocery store, he goes there anyway just for us. During COVID, it's also really nice to have someone who goes to multiple stores, as with Instacart, you just get one shot and if the store you picked is out of that item, you're just out of luck. Every time I've written support, they've gotten back to me really quickly, even when it's outside their office hours, and they've always been super helpful and respectful. Haven't used any of the other services the app offers so far, and I imagine our experience is also good because we're in a large building (which I think keeps our Alfred busy) and because we have great building management that I'm sure would step in if we ever had any issues. read more

I first used the app when I moved into a higher end building. I hired my first vendor from Alfred- handy man. he was extremely unprofessional and was not able to hang 4 small mirrors. I then hired a cleaning crew and the 3rd time they came out they stole my $2700 earrings. if you live in an expensive apartment/condo and have expensive belongings... DO NOT hire vendors from Alfred. it's impossible to get ahold of anyone at Alfred, and they kicked me to the curb. please save yourself money and time, especially if you have experience things laying around your home, their vendors steal! especially in times like now. read more

Where to begin? I worked with Camille, Jasmine and Hannah. Starting from showing up to the wrong unit - and then charging me a cancelation fee and telling me, my roommate, myself and my dog ALL didn't hear the knock and it was my fault and charged me a no show - until I realized they may just have gone to the wrong unit. Which is what they did. To overcharging me on my service - then Hannah told me they didn't even though I sent her what I was quoted and my credit card bills. Talk about horrifyingly terrible service. I understand we are all tired and no one wants to work anymore. I get it - but please put yourself in my shoes. What if you were me? Would you want to be treated this way when you're making purchases. I get it, the billionaires own these companies and all you're doing is meaningless cs work. My building just started offering Hello Alfred recently, I had been kicking around the idea of using them for a couple weeks. I decided to use them to come and wait for a delivery I had setup for today and was unable to be there to accept the delivery. Juan was the Hello Alfred person who was suppose to be at my apartment by 9:00 AM, I received a call from the delivery guy who was knocking on my door to deliver my package and he told me that no one was there to answer the door. I had him leave the package just inside door and he said no one was inside. I emailed Hello Alfred and my apartment manager to let them know I withdraw my consent to let them enter and that no one showed up from Hello Alfred. Because this was my first attempt to use them and it failed miserably I will not be using them again. Update: For some reason they said he was waiting at the leasing office which did not open until 10. Not sure what the process is but when I have a delivery to my apt at 9 why would they go to the leasing office that opens at 10 and wait there? I think the process and communication is lacking. Originally I loved this service. Then they started switching Alfreds often, broke things in my apartment, mixed up groceries, didn't show up, and if you complain they tell the person. This lead to awkward moments when I did complain. The last Alfred did not clean up at all, changed the music on Alexa, played with my dogs and left. When I complained she said things left out made her few uncomfortable, and that's why she didn't clean. Alfred did not find her answer unacceptable and their response is "she's a sub from Texas and didn't know." That's not culturally appropriate, it's disrespectful to both her and I, and had nothing to do with why in the 6 months since I had this service someone refused to clean my apartment. Alfred never respond! Alfred updated me to the reason the don't want to clean is because my dogs use pee pads and this made the Alfred from Texas uncomfortable. They will no continue service until I find a solution for my dogs. So Alfred is no dog friendly. read more

I love this service! My building incorporated Hello Alfred into our amenities and I truly truly love what they do. I use the basic tidy up and it's wonderful. Every Monday, I know that my apartment will get a spruce-up that will bring it up to the level that I want to keep it. They are lovely, professional, and go above and beyond to even give me gifts sometimes. But the cleaning, the basic cleaning, is plenty. Everything else is bonus. The idea of Alfred is good but the execution is *terrible*. In just 3 weeks of using the service, we've had a number of different Alfred's entering our home without our prior knowledge. On week 2 when my boyfriend was feeling ill at home, he saw that the Alfred turned up on an unscheduled date with another random person whom we had no idea of. Then on week 3, Alfred has replaced our original butler with a new person claiming that our original butler is not available for the week. We felt that our privacy was totally violated. Our needs for Alfred was very simple: take out the recycling and trash, make the bed and 1-2 miscellaneous task each week. Once the Alfred has actually took out all the bottles that was in the recycling bin and left them on the counter. (like what?) Alfred pride themselves as your trustworthy butler service, but what we've experienced is the polar opposite. I won't recommend this service. read more

My building offers Hello Alfred, free of charge for the first 3 months, and then $50/mo. I just started about a month ago, and I'll be continuing to pay for it since the value that they deliver is pretty awesome (and definitely more than $50/mo in my opinion) Take a very specific example. I've moved in here recently and needed some salt and pepper shakers. Mayra bought some for me at Target, but she figured that they might not be exactly what I wanted (they weren't). So I left a quick note in the app and this week the exact item that I was after was delivered, and she returned the incorrect item to Target. This saved me the time of going to the store, buying the items, coming home, figuring out that they sucked, going back to the store, dealing with the hassle of the return counter, getting the correct item, and coming back home. I've also had Mayra grab very specific items from a specific store without a problem (gotta have my ginger beer!!!) The tidy up is super-awesome, it's great to come home to my bed being made, my living area straightened up, dishes done (I use very little in the way of dishes, so it makes no sense to load up the dishwasher) every Thursday. All in all, a super-useful service, and I'm really happy that my building provides it. read more

Below is feedback I provided Alfred when I cancelled the service. Happy to share some feedback. I would say that while I have appreciated the service Alfred provides, it seems like it isn't necessarily geared to my needs as a working mom trying to feed and clothe a family of 4. A few weeks ago a major part of my grocery order was not fulfilled (which I discovered a 5:45am when I went to make lunch and prep dinner). I barely had enough food to make lunch for my kids for school and had to order take out most of the week. I sent feedback on this and received no response. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. When I asked if I could have the clothes put away in my drawers (which is a standard Alfred service) I was told I would have to pay $10 a week for that since we have so much laundry. The time it was done my 2-year old twins' clothes ended up in my drawers and vice versa (hence why I did not decide to pay for that service). I primarily use Alfred for laundry and grocery and there are other services that are cheaper that can provide me with similar or better service. My main takeaway is that Alfred seems designed to help single people rather than families. read more

They are terrible about doing what they are actually contracted for and constantly harasses you to remind you about the additional services you can overpay them to do. I have contacted them multiple times after their employees neglect to service our apartment and they do nothing but make flimsy excuses. I am very appreciative of my Indigo Apartment management team for engaging Hello Alfred. Especially as a single senior citizen, I find their services are a very desirable perk, adding to the quality of living in this first-class apartment complex. Until recently, I only use the "Tidy-Up" feature: very pleased that weekly, my bed is made, the kitchen cleaned up and the waste baskets emptied. BUT, now with the Corona virus, their grocery and pharmacy shopping service is a significant, potentially life-saving benefit. I'm particularly pleased that Vincent, my aide, uses such good judgment. When I placed an order for a salad mix and they were out of stock, he bought fresh produce of each of the components so I could make my own. One time I needed an Rx, it wasn't ready yet but he waited nearly an hour for it knowing that it was important to me. This is Ritz Carlton quality personalize service. read more

I got a few months free from my apartment complex - thought it was great until this service actually caused damage to my apartment. Here's the full review on their monthly home cleaning: 1. My apartment is kept quite clean so I can tell what was and wasn't done. There's a standard list of what's included in a monthly cleaning session - which was not completed. Mirrors that were "cleaned" were completely streaky. The shower was not cleaned at all. Nothing was vacuumed, there are still things on my floor that were there when I left. The dishwasher with clean dishes was not put away. The bed was made though not actually made (who doesn't tuck in the sheets?). I have book cases with glass shelves - nothing was done to them. They remained dusty, they were not actually cleaned. I really wonder what the cleaning woman did besides clean the toilet. 2. As someone who works from home, it's an inconvenience. There is no way to know when someone is actually coming. Today I left for over an hour with my dog so that they could do their job. When I came back the cleaning woman was just standing around not doing anything. Okay, so I came in and started working at my desk. I was literally working at my desk while the person who cleaned waited to have her work checked by the Alfred apartment supervisor. She used my microwave which stunk up my apartment and listened to loud videos on her phone while she waited. Did I mention I was working? I don't understand why the cleaning woman had to wait in my apartment even though she finished her job. 3. This was simply annoying, but they completely used up my paper towels (though idk what they actually cleaned) and then wanted to charge me extra for replacing what they used. Please. 4. I noticed a chip on a painted wall (and I am without the paint which would be needed to touch it up) and multiple black marks on my white walls (an open door was covering one of them). The service did damage to my apartment instead of CLEANING it like it should have. I should have taken pictures, but luckily the black marks were removed with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Overall this is a laughable service. If I was actually paying for this I would be livid. I mean seriously, what does it say about Alfred if I ended up canceling a complimentary home cleaning service?? When I complained to the actual Alfred customer service they were polite about my cancelation, but they have some serious quality control issues. read more

My building in Los Angeles offers hello Alfred and I signed up when I first moved in. I ordered groceries, once- and then canceled afterwards because I was disappointed. I cancelled by speaking with someone from the company in person. For the next several months, someone from hello Alfred would knock on my door randomly to ask if I wanted service- I would always tell them no and tell them if my service was not in fact cancelled- to please make sure that it was. This would happen multiple times a month, never on the same day. It was annoying- but that's not why I am writing this review. Yesterday was terrifying. I am a petite 23 yr old girl who was home alone and taking a shower when I heard my dog barking like crazy. I turned off the water and heard the voices of two men coming from my kitchen. The LAST thing I thought of was Hello Alfred, I live in a part of Hollywood where there is a good amount of crime- and I had NEVER given Hello Alfred permission to enter my unit. Even the one time they delivered groceries, they were left at the front desk. I ran out of the bathroom with soaking wet hair and a towel and the two young men were in my kitchen talking- with no groceries to deliver, and no cleaning supplies in sight. They apologized and left. When I spoke to the company I was shown records that I had service regularly over the past few months, with jobs marked as completed that were never done. I work from home and have always answered the door when they came, refused service, and re-confirmed the account was cancelled. It is completely unacceptable to feel so unsafe in my own home- especially by a company which is supposed to be some kind of VIP personal assistant/concierge given a full access key to any unit in the building. Do not sign up for this service if you care about privacy and peace of mind. read more

Alfred is a typical "tech" play: presumably hire amateurs for cheap, charge professional prices, hope that the youths look past that Alfred is only a *slightly* pretty app with a turnkey support software backing it. We had Alfred "clean" our apartment, and it was quite mediocre. They didn't do things they advertised (like vacuuming the couch), and when they did they did a poor job (the grout and faucets were essentially unclean, many surfaces were untouched, etc). Bear in mind: our apartment was already clean, we wanted a professional to really deal with the details. What we got is a very expensive vacuuming service that would have even been mediocre if it were just that. When we complained we were assured our "alfred" ensured everything was done well. It was essentially a response of: "well we disagree that we did a poor job." They did offer to come back and fix the parts that were poor, but we decided we could do a much better job ourselves and spent a couple days on the real work. Cleaning, like any other skill or profession, is something that takes time, dedication, and a good eye. You cannot hire amateurs with a checklist and expect them to perform even close to a seasoned professional. To Alfred: your value as a "tech" company is only in the scaling. Anyone can offer a good service when they have a client list of 10 people. You are not scaling properly. Hire professionals, pay them well, maybe offer them equity in your company. Alfred hires amateurs, you should hire someone else. read more

Our alfred is actually great, the one star is for the company. With biweekly service subscription, we received six services in total for four complete bills. Our building also offers alternative grocery service so we decided to cancel. However, the cancellation is immediate while we are still 2 service short. When we reached out to reinstate the service until the next billing cycle since we were charged already, we were charged again! We are trying to get a refund and close the account and just let go of the services we paid but not received, as we would rather not deal with the company anymore. read more

I wanted to try this for my mother who had just been disiabled and was in the hospital. Had one hiccup, but for the most part (95%) the service worked for me as a once a week, scheduled, grocery drop off. My original grocer (Alfred), kind of spoiled me by being able to get to me close to or on time AND most of my grocery items. This worked best when I kept my items generic, but you CAN be specific if needed. When I needed to ask questions of support, they we very prompt with their email responses (during regular business hours). Unfortunately my mother hasn't come back yet and I'm capable of getting my own groceries safely, at this point, so will suspend service for a bit. Very useful if used properly and will be using them again in the near future. read more

1. If you travel and need them to water your plants, they charge $15/each time for watering only three plants. 2. Their "tidy-up" consist of roughly wiping the countertops. If they can't find trash bags, they "take" from your neighbors. So I don't even wanna think about what they take from my apartment when I'm not at home and neighbors didn't have something and did. 3. They arranged a gift wrapping station at my building as an "event", but impolitely rejected my request to take some wrapping items. I was in hurry and didn't have the time to wrap in front of them. This company is horrible! I was super excited when my building offered this service to us free of charge. I'm a single mom and I don't have a car, so getting groceries was usually a daunting task. Then, I started using Instacart and I loved Instacart. I just didn't like the delivery fees. This is why Alfred was appealing to me because you only pay for the actual groceries, no delivery fee. They just collect a 3% fee charge from whatever the total of your bill is. The first time my Alfred came I was happy, they got everything on my list except for one thing, and she left a really sweet note about it. Then, they changed my person and he would come back missing most of the items on my list that I know I usually see in the store. When I complained and asked if I could change Alfred's, they said I'm sorry you are not happy with our service but unfortunately you cannot change Alfred's. The company then sent out an email I guess to all clients saying they apologize if the Alfred's do not bring everything on our lists, especially items we see all the time, but sometimes since they do the shopping early in the morning, the store hasn't restocked the items on the shelves yet. I tried to be patient with them for a little longer and my Alfred shopper did improve a little. Then last week, I ordered my groceries and when I came home from work the day of my delivery date, I saw they did not bring my groceries or leave a note. I sent an angry email to the head manager and she responded that she was so sorry and that they just updated the app and there was a glitch in the system. She assured me that they did not want to lose me as a client and offered to take $10 off my next bill. I appreciated that. Then, I ordered groceries for this week. I came home and saw that they took $10 off my bill but they didn't get the majority of the items on my list. They claimed that the store didn't have popcorn, sugar, so many things that are usually in abundance at the store. I'm not going to list them all but when have you gone to the supermarket and not seen popcorn or sugar ? So I sent them an email saying I do not want the service anymore and they need to delete my credit card information from their app. read more

At Talaria Bubank, we are charged a monthly fee for Hello Alfred whether we use them or not as well as an additional fee every time we use their services. I have tried several times to use them for simple tasks, such as deliveries to the post office, and they are unresponsive, forgetful and inept every time. I tried their cleaning service too. Cleaners don't show up as scheduled. I don't know why we're forced to pay for them. Especially after the pandemic when everything they do is now offered by outside services. read more

I loved certain Alfred Home Managers that I've worked with in the past but the last price increase really pissed me off in how they were so misleading about it. The base price for my service was supposed to be $279 with a monthly cleaning. They announced a $10 price increase. They would have been understandable in the context of keeping up with increasing wages. BUT THEY NEGLECTED TO TELL ME THAT THERE WOULD NO LONGER BE AN INCLUDED MONTHLY CLEANING. To keep the same service I had with the cleaning, it would effectively be a $114 price increase that they just tried to sweep under the rug. I would have been fine paying it too had they not been so damn misleading about it. It's shame too since I had planned to refer a bunch of ppl to them in the new year but now no longer. read more

My building has a partnership with Hello Alfred and part of the "deal" (aka it's folded into our monthly rent price) is we get free tidy-ups for the first year we live here. It's a high turnover business, which is fine, but that's the kind of service you will get - inconsistent and mediocre. A hotel tidy-up is much better than the job you'll get through Hello Alfred. We had 3 different Alfred's in one month - the Alfred's are trying to make a few bucks before they go back to college or onto their next gig. The one time my boyfriend got his dry cleaning through Hello Alfred, they returned a woman's order by mistake. It took them 3 days to pick up the clothes. Kinda sucks for whoever was missing her clothes for the week. The app was also outdated with prices, which caused even more confusion and the need to go back and forth on email unnecessarily. Hello Alfred is such a joke. They actually made my life more difficult with many, many failures to provide the requested services. A small example of many issues: HA was supposed to pick up my dryclean from my unit, and it took multiples follow-ups and contacting the apartment management to finally have them picked up. Finally they picked it up, two weeks go by, no update. I contact the customer service, and it just ignored my messages until I finally contacted my property manager almost a month after they picked up the dryclean. I thought they had lost my clothes. The property manager let me know that they had been keeping the clothes. HA just failed to pick it up. Then they sent the bill a month later- no itemized receipt. I requested itemized receipt I believe 4-5 separate times before I finally got it. Turns out they overcharged me with a mysterious unwarranted charge which I pressed them about, and they agreed to refund the amount. By the customer assistant's reaction, it appeared it was an everyday issue where they were charging more than the actual services + 5% fee. I asked if they were going to correct all the past orders with other customers where they were overcharging, and they did not promise to fix it. This is just a small sample of how HA operates. Please avoid their services. Waste of your time and money. read more

Beware! Decided to use their cleaning services as I moved out, what a headache! First they sent reminders for the wrong date, than after triple confirming they do NOT show up for actual date. Reschedule for the next day- they can't find the leasing office ( keep in mind it's an "Alfred service property") Reschedule again and instead of a move out clean I apparently received a deep clean. What's the difference? not sure but about $40 out of my bank account. When I try to address all of this, they attempt to lie and say they were there the original date- luckily I have a screen shot of their message they didn't show as proof. Asked to speak to a manager and still waiting. Word of advice - DO NOT USE ALFRED. Spare yourself the headache and just google what you need read more

Be warned. I had to hire a lawyer to deal with the inept and negligent behavior of this company. This was after I tried to amicably handle matters, but to no avail. Broken furniture, poor cleaning were just the beginning. They auto select your dry cleaning and you must turn it off each week or they will take it. read more

The cleaner who was supposed to come take care of my place canceled at the last minute, and rather than the company asking if I wanted to somebody else to arrive, they asked me if I wanted somebody to come next week instead. This would've been my first appointment with the company. The day they offered to have somebody come the following week was a day that I told them I would be out of town. I had a doctors appointment that day. They said they would get back to me ASAP about whether or not they could get a cleaner for the same day. I did not hear back from them. I took it upon myself to reach out to them again to see if maybe one would be available the following day. Again, this was not something that was offered by the company but some thing that I myself took the due diligence to ask for. Again they said they would let me know ASAP. Again I did not hear anything from them. The following day, I was charged $114 for the person who never came over to clean my living room. That's right, $114 for a single room in a small two bedroom apartment. After that they had the audacity to STILL schedule me for the appointment on the day when I wasn't going to be home and I would be at the doctors office. This took place all last week, I have yet to receive my $114 refund although they did finally delete my banking information off of the app after a lengthy argument with one of their top executives. Of course since I had already found a different cleaning company to take care of my cleaning services and spent the money on them, I no longer have the money in that particular account and thanks to the mistakes of this company, my account is now in the red and I am receiving $35 overdraft fees every day. If I do not receive the full refund by tomorrow afternoon in my bank account I will be filing a police report for fraud. Of course with the daily overdraft fees, by tomorrow it will be nothing but a wash. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT AND ABHORRENT COMPANY. It's a waste of time and money. read more

I use Hello Alfred for my apartment cleaning (Every other Thursday is like Christmas for me!). Today there was an issue with the person cleaning my apartment, and I notified Alfred about the poor service. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue! Things aren't always going to be perfect but it is important for me to know what a company does afterward which shows their true level of service! Thanks again, Alfred! read more
