Locally owned and great food / service?! Hello Boba!! I stopped in on Saturday evening with my 2 girls. My oldest is a BIG boba fan. And she loved the boba from here. As soon as you walk in it feels like you're transported outside of downtown Macon, the music, the decor, the artwork - It's beautiful. The service was quick and the cashier extremely nice and helpful, as it was our first time here. If you're a boba fan or even an Aimee / Kpop fan you should check this place out. This place promises not just bubble tea, but also a taste of K-pop culture. If, like me, you are not into K-pop, you will likely find yourself wanting to leave as quickly as possible. However, my beverage was quickly prepared and quite satisfying: a melon-flavored green tea with a generous helping of lychee-flavored popping boba that lasted me a while. They had the option for what looked like some pretty indulgent waffles. They are open later on weekends, which was not reflected in any of the online sources I looked at, so I rushed in somewhat needlessly. The boba shop of my dreams!! I was looking for a place to stop on the way home to Alabama and Macon seemed like a good place. Scanning through the available restaurants and cafes, I was pleased to see a boba spot open. I got delayed leaving and only managed to duck in about 35 minutes before closing, but no one seemed to hold my late arrival against me. All the staff I interacted with were truly so genuinely friendly and pleasant and eager to help. The shop (including the bathroom) was clean, and the atmosphere absolutely shone! Several bookshelves full of manga to browse, lots of beautiful and unique art prints, adorable chibi characters on all kinds of merch, a wall of anime characters...if you're a nerd for any of this kind of thing (like me!) this place will absolutely delight you! For drinks, they have milk teas, lemonades, and lots of boba. I ordered a smaller-sized Oreo milk blast, which is basically a milk tea with boba and Oreo pieces in it! It tasted a lot like a cookies and cream milkshake but thinner than an ice cream drink. The Oreo pieces honestly stand up pretty well and keep a little bit of crunch if you are relatively speedy about drinking your drink! I think they also have bubble waffles and some other eats but I didn't have time for a snack, sadly. Looks like they have fun trivia, game night, and watch parties here. It's a super cute quirky kid-friendly cafe and hangout/study spot, that serves delicious drinks and snacks, owned by funny people giving fantastic service. What more can you ask for? Well there's more even if you didn't ask for it! They have a wide variety of board and card games available to play, so you'll be sure to find something for any group size and age to enjoy. They have a nice spread of theme-appropriate reading material available to borrow, from popular mangas/comics to junior novels. They have fun public and private events almost every week, like D&D one-shots, coloring book days, cosplay contests, and even movie nights. They have actual nice people working there that are quick to make things right if they make a mistake with your order or if you simply don't enjoy it and would rather try something else. Literally the only downside is the location requires paid parking (boooo, I hate meters) which is not their fault in any way. If you're a fan of teas, sweet drinks, unusual snacks and desserts, board games, anime, fun places to take your friends or kids or heck even your friend's kids, cozy nooks to study or read, or just anything Japanese or Korean in nature, this place is a must-see. (PROTIP: If you want to avoid a long line, don't come in too close to open or closing times, based on my experience so far.) Wanted to get some boba and experience the atmosphere of the place and my gosh it was so beautiful and nice. Such a cozy place and welcoming. I would definitely recommend some more comfy chairs for people who want to study, watch tv etc. I got the milk tea with caramel and Cinnamon Toast Crunch that was my first time getting milk tea and it was pretty good. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch wasn't that good because they actually put chunks of it in there. But I would definitely recommend this place. read more

I am from suburban Chicago and visited while on vacation. This place is a perfect place for teens to ride their bikes to and meet friends. It is bright and friendly and so is the staff.
