The aesthetician Kayla is amazing! Going in I was slightly concerned with how my skin would respond to the facial since I'm currently using topical creams, but Kayla assured me I would be good. Kayla was extremely knowledgeable about the process, as well as the products used during the facial and their benefits, and she talked me through the whole facial which I truly appreciated. I have extremely sensitive skin and she was so gentle, she really put me at ease through the process. The facial was relaxing, and I noticed an immediate difference in my skin once done. They made it more difficult than a gym membership to cancel. I wanted to share with others: USE your credits otherwise they're gone once you terminate contract. I was a couple of days out of my canceled contract and lost that previous months unused credit. The company's main focus is to gain memberships and require you stay there for so many months without the option of canceling when you want. Therapy staff was nice. As a potential client, I don't think it's unreasonable to want basic information before committing money to a consultation. I repeatedly tried to get answers to my questions so I could determine whether their services were a good fit and within my budget. Unfortunately, I never received the information I was asking for. What made the experience even more frustrating was that once it became clear I wasn't ready to pay the deposit without additional information, communication essentially stopped. Rather than addressing my concerns or answering my questions, I was ghosted. The entire interaction felt more focused on securing a deposit than helping a potential customer make an informed decision. Maybe their services are great, but based on my experience, customer communication and transparency during the inquiry process were disappointing.
