Everytime I come here I feel Amazing coming in & Exquisite leaving out. The Atmosphere is so Warm Welcoming. The inside is very Elegant & Clean. The Whole Staff is Extremely Nice Attentive. They have Drinks (Wine, Daiquiri, Water, Soda, etc). & Offer many Amazing Beauty & Nail Services for Woman, Men & Kids. My Nail Tech is Thu (pronounced TWO) He is Super Awesome & Very Creative. I have "Never" walked out unsatisfied. He listens & always give me the EXACT Style & Look I want. He's QUICK & CAREFUL & is Top Notch w/Nail Art, Rhinestones, Junk Nails, Nail Designs etc. If you have a pic of a Special Look /Design you want for your nails show Nail Tech Thu & trust me he can do it.

Updating my review as it's been a few years. It was five stars then and it remains 5 stars. I hadn't had a pedicure in a long while - well before covid - but in the last 2 months I've gone here twice and had great experiences both times. The staff is excellent, accommodating and everything was clean. I didn't see a sign about masks on the door (either required, suggested. Etc) but everyone inside was wearing them both times I went (a Thursday and a Sunday), which I appreciated. I splurged yesterday and got the Deluxe pedicure and I'll get it again. It was like an hour of bliss while I relaxed and Macy scrubbed, massaged and polished my feet. My lighting isn't the best, but trust my heels/toes look better in person. I recommend this place if you're in the mood for a truly relaxing pedicure (it's been a few years since I got a mani here so I can't comment on that service).

I have been here several times and the work has always been pretty good, but during my most recent visit the picture below is what I walked out with. I even asked the nail technician if my nails were even she said yes it was just the angle I was looking at that was wrong. When I went to check out, I asked again and she assured me that they were even clearly that is not the case. I am giving two stars because they did give me wine. If you are coming here I would just suggest really standing up for yourself and not letting them make you feel guiltily about questioning their work.

I do not recommend this place AT ALL. *DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY* - first picture is what I was hoping to get and this is what I got. 1st day the white tip was already chipping. Not worth $80 plus 20% tip. The nail tech that did my nails was Diane. I tried coming back to get the issue fix, they weren't the nicest. I tried explaining to them that I didn't care about the money, or getting a refund I just wanted the issue fix or at least the color and they refused to.

This is what ALL of my nails look like now that the nails have come off. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Huge waste of money.

I definitely am reviewing the correct salon. My sister and I left extremely disappointed. We were told completely different pricing when we called in prior to coming in. I was charged $95 for the two sets of dip nails. I was charged $5 extra for tips, and $5 extra for shaping for both sets. Our nails were both extremely damaged, fragile, and indented after the nails came off. Extremely disappointing.

The person who did my nails told me she was new her name was Tiffany and she did amazing ! She was really formal and sweet and gave me amazing results! I am very happy with my nails.

Jessica did an amazing job and was very patient with my picky request!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

These are my nails after leaving Palace. I asked them to please fix them before I left. They kept saying 2 minutes and we'll fix them. That went on for 25 minutes and I finally had to leave because I had things to do. The lady who did my nails said there's nothing wrong with them and actually laughed about it. I'll never be back, they're rude, unprofessional and these are the nails I'm stuck with for the next 2 weeks. I got my nails done Saturday and came back Monday as I was told to have them fixed. When I walked in and showed the lady my nails and told her they told me to come back Monday, she looked at my nails and said what's wrong with them. I just left.

I've been coming here for years and today I came in and stood for awhile, and as I was about to leave, I was finally greeted. When she came to do my nails, I asked for something to drink....it was 20min later, and I told her I'll just get my own drink, before she got someone. I have always paid the same for dip (I usually do ombre nails with an accent on ring fingers). I always pay 48.00, including cuticles. The lady tried telling me it would cost 60.00 plus for just plain color, no accents, no ombre? She finally agreed to 48 but the work was awful. Crooked nails and dip residue left on every nail. I went back in for them to fix...they barely did. Run away from here, service has gone down.. I was refused a refund.

May as well not get a pedicure if this is the outcome.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. Even though I will say I liked the color the girl who did my nails chose, she did an okay job. Now to my pedicure. She was a little rough and noticed my toe started stinging. I put it in the water for a bit and then she proceeded to finish the pedicure. Woke up the next morning to see a nice sized scab on my toe. Really hope they sanitize everything well. I will be trying another place.

I am giving 2 instead of 0 stars because in the past i have had good service here from some of the male nail techs however my service today was highly disappointing. They charged me EXTRA to file my nails and "shape them" meanwhile i left with crooked nails and cuts from her filing my skin raw. Don't think I'll be back after today's experience. The nail tech asked if i was happy with my shape and i told her some of them looked crooked to me and she just smiled. ‍ i don't remember her name to note here for yall. But beware! read more

Came and tried the Aroma pedicure and even though I don't normally go for these and stick with the classics I really enjoyed it! Kathy did a excellent job and was super friendly as always! :) They start you off which a foot scrub which I got the Sunkist pleasure and really enjoyed how it made my legs and feet feel as well as the orange slices that go with it. Smells so nice! Then they put your feet in a wax mask and truly this is one of my fav parts since it leaves the bottom of your feel feeling super soft. She then massages your legs with the lotion/oils that come in the tray. Next they wrap your legs in hot towels (with rose petals which wasn't necessary) but feels nice to get pampered from time to time. I definitely recommend you try this one if you just stick to classic pedicures, it's a bit more in price but well worth it to do every now and then. Your feet will thank you! read more

Came here for the first time wanting a mani & pedi. I don't wear acrylics and really just needed my nails shaped, manicured and some pampering. Both ladies offered and asked if I wanted gel. Jacklyn & Kathy took care of me, such a great experience. Kathy is very personable & funny. I truly enjoyed my spa day. I got the deluxe pedicure with I think it was milk & honey. Mani & pedi included massage, hot towels & paraffin wax. It was so soothing & defintely worth the impromptu trip. The salon itself is beautiful, comfortable massage chairs & clean. read more

As with all the other crap reviews, this one is not gonna be much different. THE HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER IS WHAT THIS REVIEW US ABOUT. We went there to do our nails today and we had the worst experience ever. The rude and mean nail tech Nicky was doing my nails and I wanted to do my nails a specific way but she insisted that it wasn't good. I told her to do it my way and she did it. As she was doing my nails, she kept telling other employees that I was Stupid and trash talk us in Vietnamese. She did not know we spoke Vietnamese. This is unbelievable as a business would trash talk their customers like this. We did not tell them we understood them so they kept trash talking whenever other employees walked by. The second part is when they overcharged us. At first, they charged $5 extra for long and shape because they thought we'd pay separately. However, when we told them we wanted to pay together they wanted to charge $7. That Nicky said in Vietnamese "just charge them all $7 each". This seriously infuriated me. You cannot just charge me whatever you want. I complained to the manager and even the manager proceeded to trash talk us. The manager said in Vietnamese "they're complaining about $2" to the other employees. EVEN THE MANAGER TRASH TALKS THE CUSTOMERS. UNBELIEVABLE! I told them it's not the $2 that's the matter but rather how they were trying to rip us off. TO THE OWNER: YOU SHOULD REALLY WATCH YOUR EMPLOYEES AND NOT ALLOW THEM TO OFFEND AND TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

This salon went above and beyond to keep clients and staff safe during this Covid19 era. They provide masks and follow safe social distancing regulations. They have plexiglass at every table and made sure clients were at safe distances during pedicures. I came in for a pedi today and was satisfied with the service. My tech was Nikki or (Mickey) I couldn't hear her name that well through the mask but she did a superb and thorough job on my pedi. My feet never felt and looked better! I recommend this place and will return. read more

I went in for NYE for an acrylic refill and toe gel paint. Although it's a beautiful establishment and customer service was great (up until reception that is) - I was disappointed with the my nails which flaked the next day. I also asked for acrylic removal on a broken nail to get a fresh tip but was told no because then they would have to charge me. I said I had no problem being charged but was told 'no problem you'll like it'. It was a hit and miss for me, I will not be going back. read more

I would give negative stars if i can. This place is the worse place ever. people are nice but the quality lol I got a nexgen on saturday and it already looks like this.... as you can see the pictures... I've never had this ugly nexgen in my whole life lol. Avoid them... theres so many nail salons around anyways... read more

When you find a good nail salon you DO NOT STRAY AWAY! I have been going here for a while after several decades of searching for the perfect place (I'm exaggerating but not really). I want to first mention how clean and sanitary this place is. They're constantly disinfecting, no crusty stains on the chairs or towels and no chemical smells. Tom at the front is super welcoming and very attentive. Layla usually does my nails and she's a perfectionist-- perfect every time. I will say that once, they did not have the color I wanted so she created it for me using two different types.. I was so happy! Overall, one of the best nail salons in the area. They also serve complimentary wine and drinks for anyone who's into that. read more

My first visit with Nikki was great but this 2nd visit to get my nails done I am very unhappy. I think my being get last client she was rushed to finish. My nails were not filed even I mentioned I would just file them when I got home she said that was fine like she didn't care that I was paying her for a service I am not suppose to go home and shape my nails!!!! She burned the tip of my middle finger nail at the corner until it bled....I will not allow her to do it nails again...2nd time with her will be my last read more

I think this was the best pedicure I've ever had. Lynne (hope I spelled that right) took the time to get an ingrown toenail almost painlessly, and was genuinely happy/relieved for me when it was gone. I don't know what magic she did on my feet but she rubbed them and now my back doesn't hurt and I'm way more calm... my toenails are now perfect and my feet are callous-free and feel amazing. 100/10 will be back read more

I have been going here consistently for a year and a half since moving back from Cali and I'm NEVER disappointed. Whether it's as classic burgundy/pinot noir mani or pedi or something fun and different I always leave with a pep in my step. I popped in here today because they were open. Hooray. I called prior and the lady up front was so so so rude. She is normally the young lady working up front these days and oooo eeeeeee she was not nice. Abrasive. When I settled in she was talking to another woman no so politely. Sigh. I sat down and my nail gig was nice and offered me some wine. Sure! He didn't do a great job but he was nice. No massage? Hmmm. Must have missed the memo, budget cuts?. I have came here several times and I probably had 1 or 2 bad services, it honestly depends on the nail technician I've been here lately and I got a girl that didn't speak English but she did such a great job, Hannah is her name and everytime I come she hooks me up!! Okay so I haven't been there in several months because of working wayyyy too much. I cannot begin to tell you how much I love them!! They are thoughtful, kind, give the absolute BEST arm and leg massages, do excellent work, and make you feel so relaxed!! I had forgotten what that was like... I came here due to my regular nail shop failing me again with not having enough staff so I wound up here. I really appreciate coming in and being seated and serviced in under 5 min. I must say this was probably the best pedicure I've had, my nail tech who's name I forget was very thorough, took her time and gave a very relaxing foot/leg message it was great. This place would have easily gotten 5 stars and I would have said sayonara to my regular spot, but ..... this place does not appear to be well maintained at all. My seat was old , peeling and dirty and the message/seat controller was absolutely filthy, I couldn't wait to get to my car to sanitize my hands and phone. Maybe I'll give them another shot, but I won't rush back. read more

I came in to get an acrylic set and I was not disappointed. The lady who did my nails was Sophy and she is the sweetest and did an amazing job. I paid $45 and it was worth every penny. The staff here are very friendly and the service they provide is incredible. Will definitely be retuning in the future. read more

She had me get undressed and I had nothing to cover myself for when she returned. I know she's going to see it, but the hallway doesn't have to! So she begins the prepping, sprays my crotch directly like she's washing a window, and dries me with paper towels, or sand paper? It felt the same. Next a pile of scented baby powder, great. I asked if it had talc because that's a big no no on my crotch. She had no idea, checked the bottle, no talc, but then asked what talc was. ‍ After every time she touched something she Didn't sanitize, she just seemed to change gloves or add a new one? It was odd, but whatever works I guess. Finally it came to the actual sugaring. She MICROWAVES the whole jar right next to me, several times, checking by tapping the inside of the jar to see if it's ready. The other place I have gone before, and will only go now, uses special warmers because sugar wax is basically food and will cook in a microwave. My esthetician let me know this was how ALL of the Sugaring NYC's do it that way. A national chain can't afford the proper equipment? No, they're just cheap and greedy. So the the hair removal starts, this was way extremely painful not at all like I'm used to. I had to stop her so I wouldn't be bruised. She did discount me since we didn't do the full service and I tipped her the same because it isn't her fault, it's the company who didn't give her the tools or training.

I'm not usually loyal to any one nail tech over another. However Kyle has been doing my nails for over 2 years now. I pass at least 4 nail salons on my drive to Palace Nails. I always call to reserve a time and he completes my solar French pink and white tips in about an hour each time. They usually last 4-5 weeks which is the longest I've ever had Nails last. Every other tech can only create Nails that last 2 1/2 weeks, but Kyle's last a whole month! I'm not as picky with the pedicure tech. They've all been great. I don't do the dip nails here because, well I hate the nexgen. It only lasts about 2 weeks before it flakes off my nails. read more

Everything about this place is pretty amazing. I've always had very thorough, and proficient technicians. The salon is clean, and they have many luxurious amenities. The pedicure chairs are great, and they have this extra feature where the water-bin area flips up into a footrest which means the tech doesn't have to laboriously hold your foot in the air during the massage. I'm on my third gel pedicure from here, and I'll never get a plain polish again because the gel lasts for three months. It's awesome. Gel polish uses the UV lights to dry in stages, and it's a thick, durable lacquer. It stays intact and shiny for a long time. read more
