The location has ample parking and is inviting when you walk it. I was promptly greeted, and my esthetician was ready before my appointment time. She was very patient and explained every step of the facial and what she noticed about my skin. It was such a relaxing and thorough facial that I was very impressed. The best part is that there was a noticeable difference in my before and after photos. While most facials are nice, it takes it to a whole new level when you can see visible changes after one visit. My color is a different shade of red and is significantly darker, they did say that they did it a little darker because the previous highlights will lighten but that's a conversation that should happen before my service not when you see the disappointment on my face after I see the color. The behavior you'd expect in this industry -- they make you feel welcomed for sure. I contacted this office via the strong recommendation of a dear friend of mine. I called and booked a procedure called "threads,'. When I called, I was assured the Dr. was experienced with them and performed the procedure. I was so excited and booked a consult. I was seen promptly, and the doctor instantly told me that skin sagging is not real, and that drapey skin is caused by volume loss. For reference, you should know I have had every filler imaginable, id say more than 40 times. Cheeks, jaw, under eyes, nasal labial folds, and more. I've had the 5000-dollar treatment called The Profound which is far better than The Morpheus 8 (I've had both) plus lasers and more. No facelift yet, and that is why I want threads because that treatment acts as a facelift-lite. it's temporary yes, but who cares? Well, the moment I sat down the Dr' told me dislikes threads and tried to convince me that skin does not sag, and that the problem is volume. Then he said how deflated my face was deflated and I needed fillers. he promised me I'd get the lift. I was looking for, and I did not. 100% I did not. I feel like I got tricked through the process. If he's not going to do threads OR doesn't like them, why does the front office say he does and he's great at them? I am so confused and I DONT TRUST HIM AT ALL ANYMORE. My cheeks are not only uneven in terms of volume, one is higher than the other, and since I don't trust him, I have to pay more to go to another Dr to have it repaired AND to get threads. I wasted a total of 2,800 because the repair work will cost a minimum of 600. hey might be a good guy and a great Dr., but I had a terrible experience. Unfortunately, I won't see any doctors for face stuff in San Antonio again. THIS LEFT THE WORST TASTE IN MY MOUTH. I'm so disappointed it will cost me 5000 now to get threads when it should have been a couple of thousand. 5000 is close to the price of a neck-lift. Imagine if this happened to you.

Got me in real quick and I loved that they explained the whole process even though I'm a regular at getting my lashes done. There is a clear explanation of what you can expect and what look you can achieve. Took about 1:30 to get done. Since I'm not from this state I do consider the prices higher than MY usual but the quality and experience is exceptional. Would def recommend if you need your lashes done.
