The manicure lady who always does my feet is amazing -- super detailed, gentle, and you can tell she really knows what she's doing. I had a painful hangnail and she hooked it up, took everything out, and had me walking out of there feeling brand new. They do such great work here overall, and they even offer eyelash extensions that look incredible. Clean salon, great service, and very professional. I have another new update to my review! BUT not for nails, this time LASHES! First of all 10/10 ! Carrie is a gem. She did awesome, got me in and out and while she was doing my lashes I snored away.. she was very gentle and I felt comfortable. I will definitely be returning. He should not be doing any pedicures. He cannot even apply polish decently. It's affordable compared to other salons, but NOT worth a single penny. I really Wish that I had taken a closer look at my pedicure before paying and giving a 20% tip - it appears as if there are two different colors layered on top of each other, the top layer doesn't even reach to the edge of the nail, and there are some bubbles in it as well exposing the coloring of the bottom layer that appears to be lighter . I was excited to try this place since it was under new management and it is close to my home but left extremely disappointed. I asked for a stilleto shape and showed them a picture of the shape as well. I had even asked the lady to sharpen them more but she insisted she was right. Left with really round nails like an almond shape, uneven French tip, and gel polish sticking to the sides of my finger. At the end she was cutting off extra polish and cut my thumb. I would've been ok if they had told me they weren't familiar with the style so I could go somewhere else. read more

I recently switch to Natalie after my nail lady of 5 years started slacking. I have to say Natalie is on point. I showed her a picture of how my nails are usually and she nailed it. I wanted to try something new and close to school but after coming here it traumatized me. I got 4 cuts and when I got cut it wasn't cleaned it was just there bleeding until she had to wipe it off. I don't want to call out the lady because she was nice but she kept being super rough and used so many harsh tools. I was crying and I was really trying to hold in my tears. I think they need to be trained better and there's no point in using so many harsh tools when other places don't need them and they provide a quicker service. I got a gel x fill and it took over an hour and it was super painful. I will never come back. read more

I don't know how to start this review. I'm very sad because I tried to explain the whoever text me the problem and instead she told me is because I wash my eyes and was not true. When I was driving home I already was texting here. Some lashes was falling out I wanna clarify my own lashes don't fall. It's something in the glue instead she answer. She worked hard for the money and she's not gonna give me my money she offered to come back but after a horrible service and horrible eyelash work I don't wanna come back first why just go for a pedicure but she put too much pressure on me to get the eyelashes so finally for me I feel like as she was nice so I fall. She do the eyelashes like in 30 minutes I think and I believe she don't wash the lashes and I have to get out of the oils because she wanna get my money so bad. I text her few times in the last text. She sent me say oh you wanna give me a hard time. I don't wanna give you a hard time Everybody's work for money. She's working for money too, but when it's something is bad is bad I don't care. I don't recommend this place for anything. My nails are uneven and nowhere. Well pain though try me $40 because supposed to be a get that package and she don't make the massage for 10 minutes because all was in the hairy all the time when she doing my eyelashes, the other one was doing finish the pedicure Was talking and talking and I don't know if your dad they didn't put attention. What are they doing or something I request to get my money back by zelle but obviously she's not gonna give me nothing back. That's not for the way she fight for the money to get me to do lashes as they wish you need to do something to correct this thing she offered the service again, but obviously I'm not gonna do it because when I was driving home, the eyelashes falling off the next day. I wake up and all the eyelashes was in my eyes. That's not normal. It's not my first time with my eyelashes so I know about that but like it's like good I was thinking it's a good place to get a good job but not really let her know.
