Walked in to a man meeting of maybe owners and everyone I know is gone .. I just came here 3 weeks ago . Ugh ok Definitely felt out of place Hard to trust a manicurist you never met, walls are empty..tons of stuff taken down. My skin was cut by the manicurist machine and as the days went by I noticed my finger hurting more and more.

Got a mani and pedi fill was my first time since the switch absolutely will be coming back great customer service and gave me exactly what I wanted !

But only when it comes to a spot I really like! Came here for the first time today and got the deluxe head spa with facial cleanse done. My experience was very relaxing and the service was exceptional good! The place ambience of the place was a star! They even have a complimentary bar on site. I went in as a walk in, and one of the owners, Miss Wendy, asked me when I wanted my nails, and I said "Can I do it right now?" And she said yes! I love how fast you can get service here along with such good prices! The ladies working there were so sweet. The vibe was nice as I was getting a new Gel X set, along with a pedicure which came out to such a good price in 2026.

I had a great experience here. I was feeling very tired and stressed out due to work. Being an agency owner I rarely have time to practice self care. This is a nice pause in the day. Burgundy aura nails done by the queen herself Wendy!

Under new ownership!! Wendy has been doing my nails for over a year and I followed her from her last salon. I switched from gel x to hard gel on my natural nails. My nails are sooo healthy and long. I came in today for a hard gel manicure and asked for burgundy aura nails. They look incredible. Cannot recommend Wendy enough!!

*UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AS OF OCT 2025* I followed Wendy from her old salon to this one because she is so great at what she does and pays attention to detail. She does the best shaping and designs. She has successfully made my nails stronger and healthier through how she does gel x. I'm excited to come back in 2 weeks when the head spa opens up. Her designs are so amazing that even influencer, tinx posted my nails as inspo on her instagram when I met her in person. 10/10 do recommend!

Do not spend a dime here just throwing your money to trash !! I was cut on my pedicure. Lady was very rough removing dead skin. The lady doing nails hasn't a clue of what she is doing. Nails are supposed to be attached to the tip of your nails. My acrylic nails are lifted allowing water in between acrylic nails and nail. I had to remove nails next day

Wow, wow, oh my goodness wow! I recently went into AI Nails and Heat Spa, and did you know that aside from great manicures and pedicures they also offer Facials, Eyelash services, Waxing, and *pause for dramatic effect* Head Spa services! They had many wonderful packages available. I went with a basic head spa package since it was my first time trying this service. It was so affordable I opted to add a neck and shoulder massage on to it and let me tell you, it was WORTH EVERY PENNY! The cleanliness, the ambiance, the very friendly staff...and the cherry on top was the service. Hair washing, scalp massage, facial with massage and collagen mask and more all included in the package. The neck and shoulder massage was magnificent. Wendy, who provided my services, was amazing. What an incredible experience. I went in a tired, run down mom, and came out feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and glowing. There is no question or doubt, I will be doing this again, and soon. The whole process for my package was about an hour long. read more

"I just had the most incredible experience! I treated myself to the Royal Package mani-pedi and it was worth every penny. Huge shoutout to Uncle Tony & B , father and son duo pro and made sure everything was perfect. I also added a Head Spa treatment, and oh my god, it was AMAZZZZING!! Walked in on a Friday for the first time and they were able to do a great job on my mani pedi. THEN...I saw that they also had a Hair Spa. I immediately made appointments for my husband and myself. The technicians were amazing. Gentle when cleansing the face and the shampoo but strong enough for the scalp exfoliating and head neck and shoulder and arm massage. Came here for the first time 1 week ago. I had a great experience with my pedicure, but my manicure not so much. Initially wanted to just get a regular gel manicure which was $30 but they were charging an extra $10 to soak off my old nails, the person soaking my nails convinced me to do gelx since it was only another $10 so $50 total for gel x manicure. Another person came to do the gelx manicure I guess she's the one that knows how to do it. Well, only a week later 3 of the nails popped off. Gel x usually last at least a month on my hands. On top of that after she was done she said it'll be $55 I quickly told her the other lady said it was $50. Are they just making up prices they see fit?? read more

The first I went here I felt like manicurist was in a bad mood because she was jamming on my cuticles so fast and furious, it hurt. Not the place to go to feel pampered.TThe2nd and last time I went because I got a text saying 10 percent off , so I went and I got the same manicurist and she just handles me so rough and abruptly and it hurts. I asked what the nail dip that's suppose to give you a healthy nail base. She said to try it and I asked what was in it. She said she didn't know what was in it. I tried it and I it was like an acrylic powder dip and it was horrible. My skin was stuck to the back of my nails. And to top it off I realized later that they didn't give me the 10 p percent discount.My only compliment I have is for the lady doing the pedicures. read more

This place never disappoints whenever i come here and get my nails done. MYLE does such amazing job. She has a great precision with nails and color ideas and very flexible and helpful as well. TINA also is amazing especially when she does my pedicures. She absolutely gives the best spa treatments on my tired feet and pedicures are always relaxing and beautifully done. Did a full face and eyebrows are included- i have not ONE clue what happened, since clearly our eyes are closed and we can't monitor what's going on until everything is done and we open and they tell us to check, but my brows got EFFED up. She threaded off MY REAL HAIR from the front AND THE TAIL END. She got scissors and starting cutting off a LOT and my brows look like a toddler got scissors and just cut me up. Yeah, i'm pretty upset due to HOW BAD this eyebrow threading turned out and nothing can be changed, but be warned, the newest lady (who is VERY nice and kind always) may not know what to do with your microbladed brows. Im SHOCKED at how terrible my brows came out and I have an incredibly important event this weekend. I see why many say do not do any cosmetic procedures when you have something important coming up. I'm hoping my hair grows back fast because i look RIDICULOUS. I will ONLY be going to Jody. I am truly SHOCKED and upset at how much of my real hair was chopped off and threaded off. This is crazy. I had such a great experience at Holo Nails today! Wendy did my Gel-X manicure and she absolutely nailed it. She was so detailed and gentle, shaping everything perfectly and making sure the finish was smooth and flawless. The color turned out stunning and glossy, exactly how I pictured it. Sophia did my gel pedicure and she was amazing too. She's very skilled at taking care of ingrown nails, super gentle but thorough, and my feet feel so much better and refreshed. The whole experience was relaxing and the salon is clean, calm, and welcoming.
