Let me start by saying that my service today was great. I made a last-minute appointment, didn't have to wait long when I arrived, and felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I came in for my usual gel mani/pedi. Since I don't get Gel-X, the technician recommended builder gel to help maintain the health and longevity of my natural nails, which I appreciated. My nails grow quickly, so I usually come back every 3.5-4 weeks for maintenance. Today, I requested a short length and a round shape that followed my natural nails. My only concern was with the filing--because my nails were already short, it started getting a little too close to the skin near the sensitive nail bed area. It didn't hurt too badly, but there was a mild stinging sensation at times. Another thing I wanted to mention was the total. My service came out to $125. While I understand pricing can vary depending on add-ons or designs, I was a little confused because the last time I received the exact same services, I paid $110. I would've really appreciated a receipt or price breakdown so I could better understand how the total was calculated. For reference, this visit included a gel mani/pedi, builder gel, a simple design, and the #2 Tru Signature Sugar Scrub pedicure. At my last appointment, I received the #3 Tru Moisture Rich pedicure, so I was surprised to see a higher total this time. Overall, I still had a positive experience and enjoyed the service. I'm only giving 1 star because I have to Had an appt with the Owner Yen and I get there and someone else starts doing my nails I tell him I have an appt with Yen and then she walks up to me trying to convince me to let him to my nails and she still trying to convince me for him to do my nails and once she sees I'm upset then finally says she'll do them at that point I'm upset so I tell her I'm not doing them afterall I stated to her she was very unprofessional for doing that She lost a customer I can take my money elsewhere because her prices aren't low as it is read more

It's super close to my place so i love the convenience I've had 2 different techs now and they were both good and confident in doing nail art and cat eye which in this area i think not a lot of people do nail art. I did a manicure pedicure.. manicure( gel)i did nail art with 1 nail being cat eye and my pedicure with gel.. both comes out to $106 without tip then of course i gave cash tip. Wow just wow is my first reaction from this overall experience. I booked my apt through the Booksy app which allowed me to see the prices, nail tech names, as well as the various times they had openings. The tech here truly love their jobs and are experts in the field of Dip. Normally my manicure and pedicure take 1-2hrs but this shop is so precise with their technique that overall my manicure and pedicure were done within 45-1 hours. The shop has ample seating and good air circulation which makes the overall experience better. Parking is a bit limited due to sharing it with a busy shopping center but they're worth checking out. read more

I'm so use to aggressive digging and scrubbing of my feet that when he started to work on my feet and was soft and gentle that my feet was going to look funny. But that was far from the truth. $130 down the drain. My daughter and I got our nails done three days ago, full set/ Acrylic nails. Two of my daughters nails have broken, all others are lifting . one of mine has broken and all the others are lifting. I don't know if they don't use primer or what the issue is but nails usually last at least 2 to 3 weeks. This is Unacceptable and I have to now get them all replaced -four days later. I called for an appt as my other nail place was full and busy (even with an appt). I show up, no one acknowledged me for a good 2-3 minutes. Then told me to sit in one of the chairs. I sat there for 8 min without water and no one saying anything. as I considered leaving, someone finally showed up and started. They tried to upsell me three different times. The prices are kinda expensive for what you get and the service you get. The lady hurts you, doesn't give you the 15 min massage as it states on the paper, and she sat on her phone while giving a one handed half done massage. Disappointed to say the least, thought this would be a great place as the yelp reviews were pretty good. The only thing that I could say was good, is the fact that it's super clean.
