First time I came here my pedicure chipped right away. Gave it another shot and it was great. But brought some friends this time and it seemed like they were rushing us out and my friend requested for cat eye to be done on her nails and toes "a services they advertise and the nail tech had it on her own nails" and they did not want to do it, had attitude and totally messed it up. After we could feel that the gel was not set on correctly and her nails were rough. Very disappointed. You shouldn't advertise a service (this location charges extra for ALL DESIGN AND DETAIL) if you don't want to do it. read more

Let me start by saying that my service today was great. I made a last-minute appointment, didn't have to wait long when I arrived, and felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I came in for my usual gel mani/pedi. Since I don't get Gel-X, the technician recommended builder gel to help maintain the health and longevity of my natural nails, which I appreciated. My nails grow quickly, so I usually come back every 3.5-4 weeks for maintenance. Today, I requested a short length and a round shape that followed my natural nails. My only concern was with the filing--because my nails were already short, it started getting a little too close to the skin near the sensitive nail bed area. It didn't hurt too badly, but there was a mild stinging sensation at times. Another thing I wanted to mention was the total. My service came out to $125. While I understand pricing can vary depending on add-ons or designs, I was a little confused because the last time I received the exact same services, I paid $110. I would've really appreciated a receipt or price breakdown so I could better understand how the total was calculated. For reference, this visit included a gel mani/pedi, builder gel, a simple design, and the #2 Tru Signature Sugar Scrub pedicure. At my last appointment, I received the #3 Tru Moisture Rich pedicure, so I was surprised to see a higher total this time. Overall, I still had a positive experience and enjoyed the service. It's super close to my place so i love the convenience I've had 2 different techs now and they were both good and confident in doing nail art and cat eye which in this area i think not a lot of people do nail art. I did a manicure pedicure.. manicure( gel)i did nail art with 1 nail being cat eye and my pedicure with gel.. both comes out to $106 without tip then of course i gave cash tip. Wow just wow is my first reaction from this overall experience. I booked my apt through the Booksy app which allowed me to see the prices, nail tech names, as well as the various times they had openings. The tech here truly love their jobs and are experts in the field of Dip. Normally my manicure and pedicure take 1-2hrs but this shop is so precise with their technique that overall my manicure and pedicure were done within 45-1 hours. The shop has ample seating and good air circulation which makes the overall experience better. Parking is a bit limited due to sharing it with a busy shopping center but they're worth checking out. read more

My previous nail shop had an issue with using proper sanitation of their tools which led to someone getting an infection soooooo at this point anywhere else was better. It was my first time getting dip powder nails. My technician was Amy. She was very efficient and did a neat job. A male did my toes. I'm so use to aggressive digging and scrubbing of my feet that when he started to work on my feet and was soft and gentle that my feet was going to look funny. But that was far from the truth. Two of my daughters nails have broken, all others are lifting . one of mine has broken and all the others are lifting.
