Absolutely delicious! The pho was incredible, full of flavor, fresh ingredients, and the perfect balance of herbs and seasonings. If you live in the Sun City or Surprise area, I think this pho spot is better than most of the local options. Don't mind driving an extra 8 mins or so for it. The prices are about the same, so you're getting better quality without paying more. The restaurant is clean and has a nice atmosphere. The pho broth is well-balanced--not overly sweet or too salty--which I really enjoyed. The service was friendly, and overall I didn't have anything to complain about. We stopped by this afternoon for some HOT Pho. LOL, yes in the summer. But it really sounded good so off we drove. My guy order the Meatball Pho, no veggies. I went with Vegan Pho, extra veggies and tofu. To be honest on our past visits, the veg and tofu was a bit skimpy so I ordered extra today. And yup, the food server told me the serving has them, I asked for extra. The wait wasn't very long and was I surprised. Yes, I got what I ordered but imagine my surprise at a HUGE bowl! Haha! First time here, after living in this area for the past 7 years. The good- decor and service were nice, and Pho was good. The bad- everything else. We ordered Stir Fry Combo with beef, chicken, shrimp and crispy noodles. The beef was rubbery strips and the texture of the noodles were indescribably gross. The Shaking Beef had a few pieces that were well overcooked. Not to compare with another local Vietnamese restaurant, but it doesn't come close to Saigon Kitchen's (in Surprise) version of this dish. The sauce was ok, but nothing can hide dryness and toughness of the meat. The rice that came with it was also dry. If you just want Pho in this area, I think this will work, but for the other dishes we ordered, we won't be returning. read more

The pho broth was not as salty as most and the grilled shrimp was a nice option versus what are traditionally offered. I call them continue to have a conversation of why are my items in there and they're keep telling me are you sure? Well I'm sorry I'm not blind and I can't miss packs of hoisin sauce and chili sauce and I said it's like you're questioning me after I spend all this money instead of saying you're sorry second time like I said I'm done. Their quality is OK but not the best to me. It was on my way home and there's not a lot of places that have this particular kind of soup. I continue to tell the owner I ordered $60 worth of soups and this is a part of what comes with the soup and he said no you paid for the soup not for the sauces. The marinade is a factor. Spring rolls contained shrimp and grilled pork with a peanut sauce. Vermicelli bowls were very tasty . Pork, shrimp, egg rolls, clear noodles. Ambiance was good. Asian decor. One annoying requirement is the surcharge when you pay with a credit card rather than cash. We didn't order any Pho this time but based on several other dine-in occasions.
