The pho broth was not as salty as most and the grilled shrimp was a nice option versus what are traditionally offered. Drove home 20 minutes to find when I opened it up to make our family dinner which by the way it's not cheap right $60 for three soups is to me on the pressure side when you're single Mom but I wanted to treat my kids and myself today open up and they're not in there. I call them continue to have a conversation of why are my items in there and they're keep telling me are you sure? Well I'm sorry I'm not blind and I can't miss packs of hoisin sauce and chili sauce and I said it's like you're questioning me after I spend all this money instead of saying you're sorry second time like I said I'm done. Their quality is OK but not the best to me. It was on my way home and there's not a lot of places that have this particular kind of soup. I continue to tell the owner I ordered $60 worth of soups and this is a part of what comes with the soup and he said no you paid for the soup not for the sauces. Asian decor. One annoying requirement is the surcharge when you pay with a credit card rather than cash. We didn't order any Pho this time but based on several other dine-in occasions. Came back for some more "Special Pho" or Pho Dac Biet and spring rolls with shrimp and pork. Ordered for take out and they did an better job this time. Included all the garnish and dipping sauces. However, this time they forgot the utensils and napkins. Not a big deal but most restaurants provide those in take out orders. Not sure if that was intentional or not but it would have been nice to have since it is pretty much standard in the restaurant industry. The "Special Pho" was delicious. However, I am noticing the sliced brisket is pretty inconsistent as far as the quantity included. This time was a little skimpy verses other times that seemed more generous with the portions of protein. I still enjoyed every bit of it and was pretty full/satisfied. The spring rolls seemed to have gotten better with their shrimp and pork portions - bigger shrimps and pork slices. So I was happy about that. Absolutely awesome food, service and ambiance! Stopped in recently with my son and a friend of mine after frequently ordering it for delivery and the experience was excellent! I had the Spring Rolls and Rare Pho and it was great! Although the restaurant is quite a ways out of my way from Anthem, it was worth the trip. There is a Pho place off I-17 and Carefree Hwy I used to go to, but the food is horrible, so this restaurant is now our "Go to" of choice when we have a craving for Pho or Vietnamese food.
