    Vietnamese stew

Phó Tan TI've come to the LeeLee supermarket many times and always pass by this place. I already have a phó place that I love, so I never really bothered to branch out. Had a craving for phó and my local place is closed on Thursdays. Ugh! Anyway, here we are... They have Vietnamese stew, which isn't at most phó places, but is my favorite. It was good here, not great. The beef was a bit fatty. Service was just okay.

Stopped in to Lee Lee's and by the end of the trip ended up trying Pho Tan Thanh. This was our second visit to the this Lee Lee's and completely missed this restaurant the first time. The service was quick, from us being seated to receiving the food! It was definitely delicious and a good amount of food for the price. I look forward to returning and trying more of the menu!

Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Ordered Pho (#3 & #10a) and the whole family loved it! We will be back.

I've been going to this location since it first opened and I eat here every time I go to LeeLee's. In fact, I usually make up reasons to shop just so I can eat here. I love their beef pho, especially the #1 with everything. Their broth is rich and clear and so comforting. My husband prefers the bun with pork, shrimp and a fried spring roll, especially during the summer months. We always order either the summer rolls, the fried spring rolls or the banh xeo. None of them should be missed! Service here is friendly and super quick. While the decor is lacking, it's nice to be able to have good conversation and be able to see your food and dining companions. I'll be coming back forever.

Best pho restaurant in town hands down! Bomb food! Bomb service! Reasonable price. I come here every time. I highly recommend this place. I refer all my white friends here. Bow Chicka Wow Wow!

It was really nothing special I just stopped in Lee Lee International supermarket while I was in the area because everyone's been raving about it. I literally didn't purchase anything, however I did decide to get some Pho my favorite Vietnamese food at this place. Going to leave this right here

Went in this evening & have been going there for the past several years. My family and I are never disappointed! It's delicious! We ate the sliced beef pho, combo spring rolls, banh mi, and a couple other pho combos. The service was quick, friendly and the food is authentic every time. I only recommend this pho place when people ask. It doesn't compare to other pho places in the area, it's so good!!

$2.50 for spring rolls and about $7 per plate. They use tons of veggies and proteins: squid, crab stick, shrimp, meats, etc.

This was usually a stop a Poketrition (or NakedQ) but Poketrition closed up sometime last year. Pho AnAn stepped in, offering Vietnamese fare in a serene environment (or, as serene as a strip mall on a major road can get). The menu covers off a number of familiar dishes (summer rolls, banh mi, bún, and, of course, pho). Needing something light and fresh after a day of travel, I did an order of shrimp goi cuon (summer rolls), bún thit nuong (vermicelli + grilled pork), and iced tea. The summer rolls, filled with shrimp + vermicelli + mint + lettuce, held together well, even when paired with not too thick peanut sauce. The vermicelli bowl (vermicelli + grilled pork + cucumber + pickled radish + bean sprouts + peanuts + mint) provided a great mix of flavours (smokey / salty pork, sour radish), and improved even more with some of the pickled dipping sauce from the summer rolls Geared towards takeout, service is speedy, the food satisfying, and the portions more than generous.

First of all, ordered at the counter and chose our seat. Place had plentiful tables to choose from. Menu had a variety of sandwiches, vermicelli, and rice plates. So many choices, but my tummy stuck with the sandwich. When the nicely wrapped sandwiches came to our table, I we were pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches were more than generous and huge. I ordered #2 - grilled pork, pate, fried egg, and with all the trimmings. Absolutely delicious! Bread was nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Protein fillings were not skimpy at all- the grilled pork was not overly salty, the pate was a nice thin creamy flavorful layer, and the fried egg was perfect and fluffy to top. The produce- pickled veggies with decent balance of cilantro and thinly sliced jalapeños! Omg soooo good. All fresh and flavorful! Can you pls open another eatery in San Antonio?!

An employee quickly cleared the table without hesitation, wiping it down and giving us a pleasant greeting. He was also clearing plates through the small space. It looked like there was just one person working the counter and he was also helping to cook. Everything was cooked to order. We ordered a BBQ pork banh mi, spring rolls, and a pork eggroll noodle bowl (which is my newest obsession). The vegetables on the sandwich were fresh and flavorful; we had some inconsistent knife cuts on the pork resulting in "a big 'ole hunk of meat" on one side of the sandwich, but no big deal. A few issues for me, which may not be a deterrent to you: The rice noodles were overcooked to my taste and my noodle bowl was missing the crunch of bean sprouts! Those same mushy noodles were in the spring rolls. We both didn't care for the addition of bacon in the spring roll and the peanut sauce was the consistency of peanut butter, but we mixed it with siracha and made our own little spicy sauce. All in all a friendly, clean, and inviting place!

It was very quiet inside and no one else came through while we were there. Just one to go order. Every time we try a new Viet spot we always get the egg rolls and spring rolls. You get 4 large egg rolls in an order and they were fresh and pipping hot. Spring rolls were fresh and the peanut sauce was very good. Husband ordered the vermicelli noodles with pork and egg roll. I ordered the banh xeo. When the banh xeo came out it was the biggest I've ever seen! But it was rice paper thin and crispy! It's hard to find crispy bun xeo so this one stood out. We were also convinced to order the fish sauce chicken wings. They were super crispy and had a light batter on them. Sweet and sticky. Our total ended up being $70 which is steep for lunch. But the portions were large and everything was fresh and hot. I want to go back to try the pho. They also had some items you don't see normally. Like snails and other shell fish.

The place is small like the size of 10 round tables that seat 10. Except they had round and square which made it hard to look at the stage. Not really a dance floor. Those who were into it were on the dance floor moving to tango, Belero, rumba and cha cha. I got a passion fruit ($7.99) drink and a can of soda ($4). I liked the fact that they use crushed ice. But somehow I had saved this one to my map so I came here with a couple friends for dinner last week. I wasn't super hungry, so I just ordered spring rolls, crispy chicken dumplings and a "dragon egg" boba tea "smoothie." Though it was on their menu under "Smoothies" it was not a smoothie at all. It was an icee. That said, it was still delicious and I loved the fresh and fruity boba balls. The flavor was more lychee than strawberry, but I didn't mind. My friends got an appetizer plate and 5-spice chicken. Both enjoyed their food very much. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere, but does have sit-down service. Very chill vibes, and prices were fair. The place was clean, staff was attentive, and the peanut sauce that came with my spring rolls wasn't spicy, which I appreciated! I wanted to just chill and take my time to eat, but the server never came back again for me to order another drink so I decided I should just get out then since they didn't want me there long it seemed let's start off with the food review tho my spring rolls tasted off like there was something a bit funky with them, as well as how to frozen texture on the inside and I was given the smallest amount of fish sauce I've ever seen every other place. I've been to is a huge amount or like a generous amount of that sauce dividend but I got like barely anything so I was like trying to scoop it at the end, but yeah, definitely funky tasting rolls. The pho itself consisted mostly of noodles and a decent amount of meat at least but with the combination, I felt like the tendon they just gave the biggest chunks possible, which were extremely hard to try to bite through unusual for me to come across I love tripe and tendon the most in the combos, the regular size is generously sized tho no need to pay extra for a larger size unless you're really hungry the flavor of the broth tasted good nothing special but it was a alright meal prob won't come back but I don't think it was entirely a waste of time
