And I mean it was taken apart with no labels whatsoever about where the parts went. I was not in a rush to get it fixed and they got it back to me in under a week. When I picked it up, the employee briefed me on what he did as well as how he lubed a part that he noticed was dry before putting it back together. He didn't charge me for that. The second laptop, Toshiba Satellite, I brought in because I had wiped it clean and did not know how to reinstall all the missing drivers. They got it back to me within a few hours and gave me a discount since I work in the exchange mall. The employees are very nice, helpful, and will answer your questions/concerns. I also appreciated how they do a little extra and brief me on everything they did. I highly recommend them! They are located in the exchange mall in Schofield. When you enter from the main entrance take a left at Starbucks. They're about the 3rd store on the left side. Also, when I brought in my hp, it was pricier and I had to pay a deposit before I left due to them having had customers who left their laptops there without paying when they were told there is no way to fix it. It was ideal that he provides on-site services. Stuart quoted me a total cost for hourly labor and travel time. We setup an appointment for the following afternoon. However, just so happened I ran into an acquaintance while I was out shopping who offered to help me with my computer predicament. I texted Stuart to cancel our appointment and explained why.
