Big NO. Scheduled to have TV mounted on wall with concealed cord. Guy comes out and seemed surprised when I said " the cord needs to be concealed". Did all kinds of language calculous; you need a plug in wall and etc.", I am really confused as I watched videos showing that you run the cord from tv, fish down wall and connect to the connect box which is plugged into the wall. it Became obvious he did not want to be working on a Saturday. He says " I don't want to do this job as you will probably not be happy with how I hang the tv". Huh...showed him the door. What a waste of my time. Worst service!!! Untrained agents!!! And non present supervisors!!! I purchased a tv, tv mount, and hellotech installation from Walmart... they took my money claiming they could provide service. After 7 days my installation was not done so I called in to fix it the first agent was great. The next four were horrible. I was told that a supervisor would call me back 3 times that never happens. I was hung up in 3 times and now they cancelled my order for unknown reasons. I am reporting hello tech to the better business bureau as well as the 3 rude agents and the supervisor who lied and never called me back. do not ever use this service they are con artist read more

They came the day I called and did a neat job of mounting TVs in a reasonable amount of time. I am disappointed by the mount they provided. We paid $149 for the "full-motion" mount and it does not tilt. This is a problem as the TV is high over a fireplace.I looked up the mount HelloTech provided and it only costs $39. Ugh. We had them install our own, older mount for the bedroom TV and it works much better. read more

Had to replace my old faithful plasma after 12 years and hired Richard S. from HelloTech to do the dismount and remount. My old mounting bracket wasn't exactly made for the new TV, but the tech was able to adjust it to work without any attempt to upsell and he did a fantastic job on the install. I initially tried to set up a computer tech appt. at home with Geek Squad, but wasn't able to set it up so I tried Hello Tech and was easily able to get an appt. at home (Geek Squad website kept saying to bring my computer into store which I didn't want) I had to reschedule once which was no problem. Yes he was friendly but know knowledgeable to the job I have requested for which was to fixed my outlook email incoming and out going. He was not able connect my TV with my u-verse after he mounted to the wall. He did good job mounting the TV to wall that's all but nothing else.
