Chris was over an hour late to our agreed upon appointment. He then had to leave to get more materials. He didn't finish both TVs in one day and had to come back the next day. Wires were everywhere and he said "it's a wire management issue." He then texted me for a review and when I didn't respond, he said he'd come over and hide the cords. He hid the cords in the kitchen in a cheap set up that pulled the cords to tight making me lose my signal. He said he'd come over to fix it the next day and never showed up. Then he ignore some of my texts and a call despite telling him i was expecting guests, responding only that I need to change my HDMI input. I had to take down his terrible plastic contraction to make my tv work and I'm still not sure it will contribute to work correctly. UPDATE: when I submitted the review Chris had been begging for, he finally was able to pick up the phone and call me to try to dispute my review. Facts are facts, and you should beware of this guy. I used Chris again-what a mistake! He was an hour late, and he had to leave for another 1 1/2 hrs and come back because he forgot to bring the amount of cable needed to relocate the TV after I specified the 20 ft. needed on the phone. He has a time management problem. If your time is flexible and you have several hours to spare then that should not be an issue. You can see by this photo the TV is coming out of the wall. After his second visit and yet again had forgotten the clips to adhere the excess cable to the baseboard, I withheld partial pay until he would return to complete it properly. That would be his fourth trip. He became very aggressive and blocked my car causing me to have to get the police involved. I cannot recommend him in good faith. read more

I scheduled a installation for a TV and sound bar with both mounts. Just the beginning 5 days later my sound bar isn't installed. I needed to get the sound bar mount asked if he'd like to return a later date to install the mount and stated yes we paid for both services; was never guided on which mount was needed or specifics on which one is needed. My grand opening is tomorrow I also informed him of that. He has since decided he now doesn't want to install the sound bar mount because he'd have to take the tv down. Isn't professional and not to be trusted! Please be aware I've asked for a refund on the sound bar and he had no cash app, Venmo, zelle or any other way of issuing a refund. I'll upload photos of the conversation as well as the work he done. I wouldn't have this guy come to my business again let alone my home. Be advised. He did a great job installing our TV, for which I wrote him a check. He then called the next day to say that he couldn't cash the check because my bank was closed and asked if I would Venmo the money to him. He said he would rip up the check once he received the Venmo payment. So I did it and Venmo confirmed the transaction. Sure enough, he went forward and tried to cash my check. Thankfully my bank called to verify before giving him the money so he didn't succeed. Chris says this was a mistake, as my check got mixed in with a dozen others that he needed to cash at my smaller, not-so-mainstream bank. read more

The owner of this business lacks professionalism and courtesy and may be dishonest. I asked him if he thought he could secure a piece of equipment in 1-2 days and he said he could. He asked for a $100 deposit via Venmo and I paid it. Several days went by and because of the COVID situation, the piece of equipment did not arrive. Throughout the week when I checked in with him, he was curt with me. Rather than apologize for the delay and call the warehouse to check in, he kept me waiting with no updates. At one point I thought he disappeared with my money and I threatened to contact the authorities. It turned out he was in an accident. When I finally cancelled the job, he refused to refund my deposit. No where did he state his deposit was non-refundable. When I tried to reason with him and reach a compromise, he refused to take responsibility for any of his actions. When I told him that I felt it was necessary to post a negative review, he finally agreed to refund my deposit. That was several days ago and I still have not seen my deposit returned. At this point, I am so upset by his behavior and text messages (which I am choosing not to post here,) that I am forfeiting the money. read more
