We stopped in basically off a couple reviews and found parking difficult as we don't live in town. You need to park in a lot just off the bridge and then walk over railroad tracks. The side lot I believe is for an apartment building and there are tow signs everywhere, but a welcome door into the establishment? The bartender was very welcoming and the bar has a great view of the Susquehanna river. They have tvs but they are hooked to some Roku thing so you'll never see anything live. They have a decent beer menu, probably bigger than they need. They offer a Sunday brunch menu which looked delicious but we ordered off the regular menu because it was 1pm. I had the crab cake sandwich. Not bad but mostly filler. The homemade chips are a plus. My wife had the shrimp po boy. She loved it. My wife's mocktail was tasty, she said. I get what this place is trying to be and it could be awesome. They have a lot of promotions posted. This reminds me of restaurant/bars on a river or an inlet except they had a dock or marina near by. The drinks were good.

They're located in the heart of Downtown Williamsport and bring their A game when it comes to food and brews. The Good: *Great location right across from the theater (we were there to see a graduation) *Friendly service *Small dog-friendly front patio *Live music *Sunday Brunch *Fried Pierogis were delicious and served up hot and fresh. I wish they were a little more seasoned, as the mashed potato filling needed more salt. But ain't that the way taters always is? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ *Carissa loved her Korean BBQ Salmon Salad, as the fish was cooked perfectly and the house KBBQ sauce was delicious. *Huge draft list of housemade beers, ciders, and even sodas. *My Pittsburger was epic! Talk about a meal in one handful: burger, slaw, and fries all packed neatly between two soft pillowy buns made this a Man vs Food episode in the making. The Meh: *Free but limited street parking. There are several small lots adjacent but I'm not sure what their limitations are. The Ugly: *The place can fill up fast, especially if there's an event/show at the aforementioned theater. Conclusion: Great beer, ambiance, and food. Say less.

The Sticky Elbow had a big menu and even bigger portion sizes…read more My bartender and server was great. She gave generous pours, solid recommendations, and constant smiles. Despite being one of the few patrons in the restaurant, my order took quite some time to come out. Drinks were made instantly, but I finished two before my entree arrived. The bathroom was strangely the only sticky element of the establishment. *Ribeye: huge 18 ounce ribeye served with sweet potato fries and creamed corn. Although I asked for medium rare, the edges leaned closer to medium well. That said, the steak was thoroughly seasoned and tender throughout. The sweet potato fries were heavily seasoned with sea salt, though the potatoes themselves were sweet enough to balance it out. The creamed corn was the most pungent and watery component. I wished the sauce had been thickened more, as it pooled underneath the steak and softened the bottom crust. Overall, this dish was hefty and a steal for the price. *Frost Bite: one of the seasonal mixed drinks. The Malibu and pineapple juice gave this a pina colada style profile. The blue curacao added a striking snowy appearance, though the drink itself leaned quite sweet. *Jingle Juice: another seasonal option, though this one packed a stronger alcohol punch. The tequila was more prominent, while the peach schnapps helped soften the edge. However, the cranberry and orange juices were barely noticeable, so it did not quite deliver the spiked fruit punch profile I was expecting. I loved the generous portions and strong flavors. While the execution was not perfect, the large sizes and heavy pours still made this a jolly experience.

After making my takeout order she talked with me for 20 minutes about her family, business (has operated this restaurant for 53 years!), and travels. I would come back multiple times as far as the ambience goes. The door is always creating an inviting environment. it's one of the places where you just go and you feel like you're transported to another country where you can just relax. The food also felt very healthy. It wasn't heavy at all. It was a little bit on the pricey red but still, it just felt so homey so organic and overall the ambience made the whole experience.

The Vegetable Samosas and Chana Chat, which is somewhat like a bean salad, are also very good appetizers, but the Pakoras win in my book. Nice portions of rice with all entrees, and good portions overall. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because our entrees weren't as great the last time, which was a couple months ago now. We got the Chana Masala (chickpeas in spiced tomato-based sauce), Saag Paneer (spinach with homemade cheese cubes), and Aloo Mutter (peas and potatoes in curry sauce). There was less depth to the flavor of each dish, and the ingredients seemed a little lower quality than prior orders. We hadn't had the Chana Masala or Saag Paneer here before, so maybe we just aren't used to how they make them, compared to elsewhere. Or it could've been a busy/off night? The employees are very nice, especially the man who is usually working the front. He wears a mask as well. The first time we went, he included a free order of naan. So nice! As others have said, the inside of the restaurant isn't anything fancy. It would be nice if they improved it a bit by the time indoor dining is fully back, but it's not a deal-breaker for me. Overall, I'd recommend takeout from here for now!

The only redeeming quality of this place was the guy behind the counter. It's $25 I will never get back. People who say this is authentic food lhave never had authentic Middle Eastern or Indian food.
