I have guest coming tomorrow and I just didn't want to risk hurting myself more while I'm feeling okay. Maidly got back to me quickly with my request. What I needed to be cleaned was small and important to me. I especially liked wanted my bathroom deep cleaned and all the floors as well. They did an excellent job!! I'm walking around barefoot and not feeling any thing below my feet. The staff were quick and efficient and I found the price was also just right. I look forward to having them return after my next upcoming trip! Check'em out, you will be happy!!

I scheduled a deep clean, with carpet clean (steam clean). I was quoted $400 for the deep clean and…read more$450 for the carpets for an approx 1,500sq/ft home. They arrived on time, and overall the house was clean upon completion. The carpets were cleaned with a potent cleaner that myself and my dogs are having difficulty (so not just a steam clean). Upon checking house cameras everyone wore sneakers and work boots within the home (we are a no shoe household). They were seen standing on top of the white couch in work boots. The carpet cleaners turned the cameras to face the wall so they were not visible (upon talking with maidly, they said this had to be done bc they didn't want to get the camera wet when cleaning the floor. It does not make sense, bc the camera (and Google home device next to it that was not touched) was not moved, but turned around from behind to face the wall. They also did not clean the carpet in one of the bedrooms. Bad experience, my house smells like the bathroom at a gas station, not trust worthy, attempts to gas light in response to bringing this to their attention. Find another company that is respectful of your home, devices, and honest. The door of my house was left unlocked and one was left cracked open after they left.

This is NOT a "professional" cleaning service. I and my wife generally do house cleaning 10x better…read morethan their "professional deep-cleaning" crew. One thing is for sure - this company sends any available person to clean - even if they are not professional cleaners and have ZERO experience. Such was my experience with them. During my 1st appointment, 2 people were to show up but only 1 actually showed up and claimed can clean in 6 hours. Thats 4k sqft of house that typically had taken 15-16 man hours. After 2 hours, I told the cleaner to go back as I paid for entire house (~4k sqft) deep clean and it cannot be done by 1 person and the service was priced for 15-16 manhours of service. Btw: when I mentioned it to manager Juan - somehow he kept claiming that he will not charge for extra hours - while I was thinking whether he meant he will charge less for less hours. The guy repeated that so I knew he was not joking. 2nd time - 2 people came - 1 from last time (had some experience) and another who was first timer and can't clean to save her life. Just terrible! Now about the quality - the worst quality I have seen in my entire life. This company's reviews must have been bought. Impossible that they earned the reviews. * toilets were dirty * sinks were dirty * Mirrors were not clean * Cabinets were dirty * Doors were not cleaned * Appliances were not wiped clean from outside * Gas range grates were never cleaned * Floors were not cleaned (kitchen) and rest if the wooden flooring had water marks everywhere. * Entire kitchen was not cleaned (in general) and rest wasn't cleaned * Stains in bathrooms were not removed until later inspection I mentioned to manager (Juan) that I feel like the cleaners DID NOT use any chemicals or sprays to clean because looking at toilets, sinks, mirrors, shower, cabinets, and floors - IT WAS OBVIOUS. To that Juan said they use eco friendly cleaners. I am not an idiot - his meaning of eco-friendly was just Water! The strange thing is that the cleaners spent 12 hrs of combined time yet things were unclean. How can that be? Makes no sense unless the cleaners were just NOT professional. My wife & I clean the house 10x better than them. By hiring and paying professional cleaners - the expectation was to have the house professionally cleaned - which was far from reality. Anyways, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone for cleaning. The spend was complete waste - and it was quite a bit!

I was using this service for several months, and all was well until they sent a new crew out one…read moreday. After leaving, I noticed all of my new cleaning supplies were missing. I checked the garbage bin, and everywhere in the house and they were nowhere to be found. I contacted Primadelia to see if the cleaners took stuff with them by mistake, yet they denied it. I spent another few days ensuring they were not misplaced and confirmed they were missing. Primadelia insisted that there was no way her crew would take cleaning supplies with them, and the cleaners insisted they did not take anything. I canceled this service because I consider this to be theft. If they are willing to steal cleaning supplies, I don't know what else they might take in the future. Keep an eye on the cleaners and check them on the way out if you decide to use this service. In response to your reply-- This is false. These were brand new, completely full bottles of spray cleaner, and they are not cheap. They were not combined, and there were no empty containers in the trash. I do not care what your cleaners have told you, because it is false. It is upsetting that you are so adamant about them being honest with you, when there is no way this is possible. The containers were full, new and completely removed from my home. This is not a mistake, this is theft and you need to take responsibility and hold these cleaners accountable for not only this, but lying to you. I took the time to make sure I was not mistaken before contacting you.

Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about the little things, such as house cleaning…read more I heard of Molly maids and always seen their car on the road. So why not have them do my move out cleaning for me? They kept contact with me via phone not only to ask exactly what I needed, to call and confirm what I needed but to also let me know the crew was almost done at the current location, which made everything easy for meeting them. Asked them to give me an hour notice and she gave a little more than that. Well to sum up this awesome yelp.... the realtor whose clients bought my house stated that house was left in great condition (I can't say my new house was left that way). He also said that the house smelt and looked really clean. I had no worries at all on how the crew was going to do. When I first came into the house to meet them, they were already fast at work in the master bathroom ( I was late meeting them, but my favorite neighbor ran over and let them in). Spoke with them for a few minutes and went on my way to run a couple of errands. When I returned to fix a couple of things they were still hard at work. I thought ,maybe they might be standing around when I go in. Nope, they both were still hard at work and the house smelled of it. The prices for Molly maids is the standard price ( I checked around with my friends on their private cleaning people and they are the same price and they are not licensed ) so it was a no brainer! I highly recommend Molly maids to any one for cleaning service. And yes i am still thinking of hiring them to clean my new house the way it should have been! Thank you guys for a job well done!! ~ Michelle Lilla

Molly Maid of East Contra Costa and Solano Counties: 2025 Nov - Dec (1 of 5)…read more Cleaners: 4.5 of 5 Communications: 1 of 5 Nov 9th & 10th: I secured Molly Maids for my mother-in-law whose spouse recently passed away. Because I want to make sure everything works out well for my mother-in-law, I drove over 4 hours from my house to hers. I drove there on a Sunday to meet Molly Maid's representative, Erika the following morning. Erika was friendly and seemed to have everything under control until she showed me the paperwork. She explained the charges and what I saw led me to believe that the frequency and per cleaning amount reads - $132.50 for every fortnight and $84.50 each week if we secure them for the entire month. Erika seemed to agree with me then even though I kept pressing her to explain the charges clearly. While she was there, I explained to my mother-in-law the cost and Erika did not argue, letting us to believe what we discussed was correct. We agreed to have the cleaners arrive on Dec 8th for their first cleaning after a $150.00 pre-cleaning charge was paid to secure that date. Dec 8th: First cleaning. The cleaning ladies were friendly and professional. They got the job done in under 4 hours. An additional payment of $345 was incurred, which my mother-in-law paid with a credit card. Between the time we secured the job, up to the day of the cleaning, I was receiving notices that 'Cash' or 'Zelle' is their preferred type of payment. I explained on numerous occasions that my mother-in-law do not have a 'Zelle' account and will be paying with a credit card so we can track the expenses. Dec 9th: After the first cleaning, we felt it'll only take an hour to spruce up if we hired them once a week. I wrote to Erika. See the following: "Thank you for your call back (at 10:46 AM) this morning. I believe we had a misunderstanding when you were explaining your fees and schedule to us on the 10th of November 2025. Charges: I repeated my thoughts on your charges a number of times. We thought that the $265 (making it $132.50 each time) was for twice a month and the $338 (making the charges $84.50 each time) 4 times a month. Reconsider: We were ready to confirm services for every week but seeing as that was not the case, we would need to reconsider our game plan. The document you presented was not crystal clear. We'll check in with you again soon. Thank you for your time. Receipts: I'm still waiting for the receipt from the original payment, and I would like a receipt for yesterday's work. Cleaners: The ladies did a good job yesterday." Dec 15th: I again asked for a receipt for payment received, via emails and texts. Dec 16th: I finally received the receipt, 8 days after the initial cleaning after I told them that my mother-in-law would like to secure a once-a-month cleaning. This shows how disorganized the company is. A well-oiled company would have had the receipts ready that same day to send to their clients. Overall, I think the cleaners deserve a high score and the company a very low score.
