I found that some items were quite pricey in the clothing departments but I got some houseware linens for a great price so its good to be thourough in order to find the best pricing.

They called not one but two more managers over to the counter and after much discussions and about an hour of their time...made things right! I appreciate honest management. Buyer beware thought. Lots of clothes, some home items and furniture in a not too overwhelming or crowded shop. I did notice that paying cash for many of the larger furniture items reduced the price. The service at checkout was good, and paying cash seemed to help. Will be a place to visit when we are in the area dining at one of the many yummy Murray Hill places.

Quite a few times, I have heard from music playing with AWFUL lyrics with constant CUSSING and CURSE WORDS. I don't enjoy shopping while hearing "Fuck You" lyrics blasting in the background.
