To our absolute delight, not only are the Schlener brothers welcoming and non-discriminatory, they were perhaps the easiest commission I have ever made for any item, and that's saying something! The Schlener brothers were very friendly and welcoming, and easy to talk to despite how intimidating it can be to be surrounded by such fine jewelry (and worry about salespeople more interest in upselling than good customer service). After reviewing some designs online, we went in with a rather vague idea for a set of matched wedding rings. We knew we wanted a chevron, wanted to keep the price reasonable, and wanted to do a combination of white and rose gold. We were able to create a custom design in less than an hour, review a digital mock up, then a 3D printed cast. I believe our rings were ready within 4-5 weeks, from start to end, and they came out BEAUTIFULLY. I cannot stop telling my wife how perfect they are, and how much I love them (luckily she feels the same haha). We are huge fans and recommend Schlener Jewelry as strongly as we possibly can.

I went to pick up the bracelet and I didn't get my old clasp back. The staff acted like I was insane for wanting my gold clasp back and told me it was "baked into the price". I was told over a week ago they would try to get it back for me though it was likely "destroyed" by the jeweler but haven't heard a word from them. I've never had jewelry repaired or replaced before and not received my original items back. The ring I brought in for a quote and was a family heirloom. Due to a miscommunication, the jeweler did the work without getting my approval, not understanding I only wanted a quote at the moment. When the store called me to tell me what happened they told me it would be over $600. When I declined to pay that as I only wanted a quote, they called me back the next day and offered to "meet me in the middle" and I pay half. I again decline. Ultimately they did the right thing and didn't charge me. I do want to say the work done was beautiful but they kept the gold clasp from my bracelet and made changes to an heirloom piece of jewelry I wasn't yet ready to change without my approval. I will not be trusting them with any of my jewelry in the future.

I received a quote about 5 to 7 days later it would cost just under $300 to repair the watch. I elected to have the Watch sent back to me and I took it to King Brothers this morning. About mid afternoon I received a call that the watch was ready and the repair charge was $5!! I asked them to repeat the amount to confirm what I thought I had heard.
