I stopped by with an automobile that had a chip in the windshield, no appointment. The staff at the desk were very polite, they answered my questions and processed everything efficiently. I have a truck that had a crack that ran from top to bottom of the windshield. While the chip was being repaired on the car, the staff took care of everything, from contacting the insurance company and filing the claim to scheduling an appointment for later in the week for the truck's windshield replacement. When that was all set the car was done and I was on my way. When I returned with the truck, it was promptly taken back for repair. I was told it would take 1-2 hours, but I barely waited 1 hour. The truck was treated with care and it looks great! From professionalism to workmanship, I am very happy with the team at this Henderson Glass location. I would go back should I ever have additional auto glass repair needs and I highly recommend. Side note: My visits were during second wave of pandemic. Everyone is wearing a mask, there is a partition at the front desk, and they provide hand sanitizer. read more

I made an appointment to have my windshield replaced, took the day off work. They confirmed my appointment time the day before. NEVER called to tell me the windshield came in damaged and they cancelled my appointment without even calling me!! I had to call them to see where my installer was! If they had called me as soon as they knew the windshield was damaged I could have avoided missing a days pay. Poor business practices. read more

I booked an appointment last week at Henderson Glass in Waterford to have my windshield replaced on my Audi convertible. I dropped my car off at the appointment time today and an hour into the appointment they called to say that they underestimated the time needed to replace the windshield so I would have to bring it back another day. They said it normally should take 2 hours but my windshield is so complex it will take twice that long. They knew the type of car and model when I booked the appointment so why they just discovered this is mind boggling. Other windshield repair places have replaced this windshield in less than 2 hours. They are obviously incompetent. read more

Nope, never again, seems like my windshield was put in by a cut rate installer. You can tell the seal isnt correct, considering it was wrinkled in area's, they didnt bother to replace the windshield molding they removed either. As well as a few other things. After telling the person on the phone the exact model car I had, they still ordered the wrong windshield. So now, I am forced to source new molding and apply my own seal to keep it from leaking. My time has been wasted, and my money stolen with these people. Best advice, call safelite. read more

Not only was the estimate reasonable, he called back a few minutes later because he could offer quicker replacement possibly if I was interested! BEWARE!! We had Henderson Glass of Waterford come out to replace the windshield for our vehicle. Immediately upon driving, it was clear that the windshield had not been properly installed/sealed. It began producing a loud whistling noise continuously coming from the bottom center of the windshield when driving. When I called to have them come out to repair the poorly installed windshield, they refused and insisted I would have to drive my car to them to have them inspect it and then have me wait while they made the repair. They claim to provide a warranty, but only if you bring the vehicle in to try to fix THEIR POOR WORKMANSHIP. There is clearly not even a reasonable effort at customer service to fix a poor installation they are responsible for. Though I called repeatedly, they continued to refuse to honor any repair of their work unless I drove the 40 minutes and waited for hours for them to check it out, because "This is our policy." Clearly this policy is not based on an acceptable level of customer service most especially when the problem was due to their unacceptable improper installation. If we were interested in driving our vehicle in to a shop to have the windshield repaired (especially during covid), I would not have requested that they come to the home for the initial replacement. I will never do business with them again. read more

Will not be taking any of my vehicles to Henderson glass for anything. They put a new windshield in my jeep and it whistled. I had to go back two times to get it fixed. They put a new windshield in and refused to refund me for their mess up. Wasted too much of my time. read more
