We have eaten at many Cotton Patch restaurants before and always enjoyed our food, but this visit was very disappointing. My husband ordered the chicken fried turkey, and I ordered the chicken fried chicken. His meal came out with two large pieces, but mine looked unusually small, like a child-sized portion. I asked our server, Logan, about it and she said she was sure another piece was coming out. It never did. When I asked again, she said the manager, Carlos, was supposed to come speak with us. He never showed up. We waited another 45 minutes to an hour and he still did not come by our table. Logan was a great server and we tipped her well, but the manager, Carlos, was completely unprofessional. He made no effort to come over or address our concern. It was very clear that he had no intention of making our visit a welcoming one. I boxed up the chicken fried chicken and threw it away.
